I was impressed with how friendly and efficient they were! It only took two hours for them to completely load, transport, and unload the contents of my 1-bedroom apartment. The movers who helped me were polite and friendly, and I'm happy to report that none of my property was damaged during the move. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Exceptionally rude, the men were either drunk or hung over. One threw up in the parking lot. They broke some of the furniture, and didn't tell us (the leg was broken and cabinet was balances precariously on said leg). Never again, would not recommend! One guy even showed up half way through the move and proceeded to vomit in the parking lot before 'helping'.

Beware of this company!! We used them for a move from Benito,MB to Fredericton,NB. After we paid the deposit the move coordinator Walter was not responsive to my emails asking how much notice we would get before pick-up and I didn't hear from him again. Our move was to be priced by weight (as per the contract) and I was supposed to be provided with a weigh bill as well as an itemized list of our belongings. I received neither, or even an invoice and my credit card was charged the maximum amount on the estimate without my approval. I asked where the scale bill was and was told "there were no scales open but it was more than the 7,000lb estimate so we just billed you that." I've been trying to speak with their head office for close to a month now. Every time I speak with someone I'm assured it will be dealt with and I will be contacted right away. I am still waiting on their call. I've also since heard from 2 separate friends that used the Winnipeg location that they had billing issues as well as many broken and stolen items and ended up taking them to court. Stay far, far away from this company, they are not honest and are completely unprofessional. The last thing we needed during a long distance move with 4 children.

Terrible. Will never hire them again. All my dishes were broken even when fragile was written all over the box, and they broke the leg off of my china cabinet without telling me.

These guys are great. The only drawback is there is one guy who continually asks for a cash tip before the work begins. Who carries cash today? If they could manage this issue, they would be the best in the business.

I will praise the quality and expertise Dave and Jim put into our move- they managed to pack and unpack our entire house and craft business with no damage to walls etc in both houses- we don't plan on moving again- retired now- but I will tell everyone I know how great Dave and Jim are. This is the second time I have used this company for moving and it was another amazing experience. I had three men show up and were fast and efficient. When we came into a bit of a hiccup, they had no problem working with me to fix it as soon as possible. They were careful with all my belongings and were extremely polite and friendly, easy to work with even though I was having a tough day. I recommend this company to any person looking for movers. Do not recommend to anyone. $1039 to move a 2 bedroom apartment 200ft! Really? Same exact furniture and contents a year ago same company was less then half that. Excuses of it was hot and the end of the day. No relief on your bill, not our problem. You use them, ur on your own!

Moved within Regina. Quoted $450 max. Came to $750 with their breaks. Had to go and buy them drinks. Which is fine. But then charged us for that time and their lunch break. Stuff came broken and all cloth were dirty with greases gloves. Nice guys but we feel ripped off. Same thing happened to our neighbour.

If anyone ever needs a mover in Regina I highly recommend Two Small Men with Big Hearts! The guys might look a little rough but they had a fabulous ponytail and sense of humor. :) As a single female I never once felt uncomfortable. They were very professional. They took great care with my belongings and the properties. They even offered me advice about the neighborhood.

expect to be overcharged and things broken. Quote over the phone was 125 n hr and 3 maybe 4 hrs that turned into 165 n hr and 6 hrs and then having dressers lamps and home theater receiver broken. Holes and massive scratches in the walls of the new house...... Definitely a con name. Should be named "more than 2 guys with no heart move and wrecked your stuff co".... if I could give a nagitive star rating I sure would..

Driver earlier today driver was flying in and out of traffic on Albert in a rusted 3ed gen white dodge with the first 3 numbers of the plate as "996" cut me and multiple other cars off including one with children in the back. Driver looked to be older with a blue jacket or shirt. Very dangerous and unacceptable. Had two small men with big hearts sticker on both driver and passenger rear windows.

Two Small Men with Big Hearts was a very fast moving service. They only charged me basic rate. I needed a large square table moved, with a leaf, and 8 chairs with fabric. They moved them well enough, although one man used one of my chairs to prop open a door, which I did not like. Other than that, they used fabric to line the items, to keep them from water damage and things like that. They used a rug to walk back and forth on inside my home. They set up the table swiftly and properly. Overall, a good experience.

The overall experience was positive and efficient - the movers were friendly; arrived on the scheduled date and on time! They were prepared with the necessary/extra moving equipment (floor protectors; blankets; tie downs, etc.) and they worked hard to achieve the move in a timely fashion. Two issues: both noted after the fact - the moving van leaked oil on the moving-out driveway but the new driveway it was noticed and protected with cardboard; the hardwood floor at the new location had some slight damage from the heavier furniture pieces. I have ordered multiple times from this company, however, each time they could not ship the product order, they would either substitute without calling and would then always short change the order with low grade product and will not provide a credit on account. They do not honor their point reward system. Placed an order applied my points to the purchase price, my order was shipped reduced product. Tried to call multiple time, but they will not follow-up. The time I did get to speak to the woman she just screamed on the phone like a mad peerson.

The whole process of setting up my move, Surrey to Vernon, was so smooth and stress free in all areas. Sandie MacDonald, the Move Coordinator, was so organized and clear about all the costs and the in's and out's of how the long distance move would take place. She also had a very calm demeanor which really helped. The two movers, Chuck and Joe, couldn't have been more polite, careful my belongings and friendly. It was a great move thanks to all the staff that I came in contact with. Highly recommend this company.

My mother got these people to move her belongings, she had used them prior and paid $300 for the move out of town, which I get 5 years their may be a little hike in price but not this bad and not only did a driver/mover by the name of mike, move her, he damaged her belongings with his moving partner, and tryed to hide it by not mentioning it at all to her, she also bought some new furniture that is beyond repair now with scratches and chunks taken out of the wooden parts, she has recently had a rough start to the year, so this was more than devastating, they charged her $850.00 for a 5 hour move, he stayed til 2:10 but charged for a half hour extra because he said he was "rounding up" , after a number of smoke breaks and sweeping out their truck, they asked for a tip after everything was done and not only did they complain about having to move certain items, she is out hundreds of dollars repairing her furniture and accessories, I wouldn't recommend anyone use this service or be very cautious in doing so, she wasn't expecting to pay a months rent for a move that was only supposed to take a few hours! Unbelievable!

The positives: movers were friendly and quick at moving stuff out. Reasons for giving them 1 star: the movers weren’t very careful. They put a gash in our desk and broke the tempered glass on our tv stand. We were putting stuff into a storage unit and they were just stuffing our furniture in with no organization. My husband made them redo it because half our stuff was still in the truck. The unit was supposed to be big enough for all our belongings. The movers also refused to cover our furniture with furniture covers, which we bought specifically for our move. They said our things would be alright in the unit without. When we spoke to the storage unit employees, they said our furniture should have been covered. We’ll have to do some major cleaning when we move our stuff out. To top off our experience, we called the main office to make a claim for the broken glass on our tv stand (the mover who broke it claimed full responsibility for it). We’ve called them 4 times and it’s been well over a month. The owner or manager has never called us back and appears to never be in the office when we call. We need to move our things out of storage at the end of this year, but we will NEVER use this company again, nor recommend them to anybody!

This company moved a piano that we purchased a couple of months ago. The movers left a piece of the piano at the home of the seller and they did not tell us about it until we had already paid them. When I reached out to the company via email to ask what could be done to reconcile this issue they did not reply. While the move of the piano was good, I will not be utilizing this company again in the future due to their poor customer service.

Highly recommend these guys. I thought the price was fair and they work fast. No damage to anything. Plus the two guys I had were positive friendly guys! One tip I have is if you use this service is to have anything fragile boxed up so they can take it in the truck.

Great for small jobs because you can watch everything but terrible for big jobs like moving from a house to a condo. Everything was labeled but one third of the boxes were put in the wrong place - ie kitchen box found in garage or basement storage. Basement rumpus room boxes in master bedroom. Garage boxes found in basement rumpus room. There were some big pieces, recliners, chairs I asked to be moved from basement to main level of house. Found them in basement of condo. Overall, nothing was broken but the misplaced items have been very inconvenient as I can’t move them myself so had to pay another company to do it. Also made mistake of giving a big tip as they were so friendly and wasn’t until they left that I found the mess. Phoning in to raise concerns got no response when I suggested I should get some credit back as I’ve used them a fair bit in the past. No more!!

Small but heavy load and a LOT of stairs. Very fast and didn't skip a beat. Friendly and joking the whole time when clearly they where exhausted.This is the second time I'm using this business for a move and once again I'm not disappointed. Keep up the good work. Rounding up is their policy, and charging for drive time makes sense. You pay the amount for the convenience. Hiring help is never cheap.

Regina location-I have to give a review to warn people what a scam these people are upto. I was quoted a rate of $350 for 2 hours which is still expensive, but i agreed to.So these 3 guys show up, not at all enthusiastic about the job.These start the job and do it very slowly, taking cigarette breaks as they please.One of the guys keeps reminding me of tips to be paid.The whole job including delivery took close to 3 hours, including their transport time and breaks. They gave me a bill for $647 for moving stuff within a 3 km radius.Then as i could not afford the tips, one of the guys stormed off like an angry wife.I cannot believe how they can con people like this. Never again!!!! i would rather burn my stuff than ask these people to move it. If you hire a big cab and transport most of your stuff, it will still be lesser than $150. I was completely conned and my foolishness made me believe the fake reviews on Facebook.

I wasted three hours of vacation for a no show. Then when they did show for the reschedule, they were 45 minutes late, no Covid protocol, smelling of alcohol. 45 minutes to move 4 pieces of furniture without any complexity. Complex moves of other items total time to move of 2 hours. Two drop offs, total bill of $500-550, no itemized receipt provided when requested. And no reduction in billing for the no show.

These guys call themselves professional movers? I totally disagree with that. They damaged just about everything they moved and never told anyone about it until they came back to do the junk run weeks later. Mike the driver was belligerent when confronted about it and simply stated that's what insurance was for. Professional movers destroying your goods isn't what we paid for. He also doesn't want to move stuff he feels is too big or hard to do. Example being a truck topper, a deep freeze and a pool table that was already in pieces. When confronted about it he whined about a surcharge or that I wasn't the boss. He physically assaulted the home owner after this Mike guy wouldn't let the home owner in his house as he was blocking the door. He was assaulted and his cell phone was broken from him being thrown down the steps and landed on by this guy. We're in the process of putting in a claim for all damages and a possible assault charge against this Mike guy. I'll post the outcome at a later date. My advice is NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!
