Chris took care of all the details in delivering our pirate ship to us, hours away from him, including oversize permitting and arranging a route. Chris made safety his top priority as he lifted a two ton pirate ship over our home, taking all the necessary precautions to keep the job site safe. He took time to listen to our ideas, and made our dreams a reality. Not only did he deliver and place the ship for us, he took extra time to help us level and set up our kids playground exactly where we wanted it, with patience, kindness, and professionalism. We will absolutely recommend Chris to anyone who is in need of his services.

So we had a friend of ours looking to get rid of their play centre. I called and talked to Chris @ Falcon Trucking & Crane, who also turns out to be the boss. He was great to work with. Worked into his schedule and said if I was a bit patient he would try to do me a good deal if he could just grab when in the neighbourhood. I was a bit concerned about him driving on my lawn at the acreage, but then he only went on it a little, and threw out this massive 70’ boom and placed the play centre perfectly in my yard. A big thank you to Chris and Josh. We needed a shed moved so we could install our fence. The shed was very close to the side of the house and garage so it would be tricky to move without doing damage. Chris said “he likes a challenge”. Within an hour the shed was moved and on the back of the truck. These guys are amazing and we would recommend to anybody looking for a crane service.

I had to write a review because Chris really deserves it. He provides caring customer service, was on time, took time to make sure we were happy with the placement of our kids playhouse, ensured it was level, etc. He was personable and enthusiastic about his business but it's not just about business either, he is involved in building community playgrounds and helping the restaurants move in barriers for their patios to keep their business open during the indoor dining closures. I definitely recommend Falcon Trucking if you need a trucking and crane service!
