I am updating my review because TMS offered exceptional service. I have now used them for 4 moves and they were professional and created safety for me (wearing masks) and my things (mats to protect floor, furniture etc) and through their scheduling. They committeed only to what they could really do. I really appreciate this company.

Great service, both Keith and his helper were friendly, courteous and saved me money. They moved the piano I bought from Powell River to Courtenay. All other companies I contacted weren't very positive, Keith found a way to make it work...thank-you again!

Not reliable 3 hours late no contact at all. 2 young boys sent to move took over 2 1/2 hours to move what should have only taken 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Complained when found out there was more to move. One stood around watching the other fellow stack boxes, picked and chose what to move, missing two items. Texting on their phones, no regard for anyone's time or finances. Left a disabled lady and her granddaughter to try to move the rest of their stuff. Another moving company saved them at a discounted rate for their bad service.

I had to move boxes from two different places. When I inquired about an estimate, the response was very fast. On the actual move day, the movers were efficient and thoughtful. They asked about different items I was not moving, making sure I didn't forget anything. Also, they put everything where it was labelled, asking where to put boxes that weren't labelled. They even offered placement advice. It was a hot day but they were impressively hardworking!

Keith and his team moved us from New Westminster to Powell River. We moved from a 3 bedroom condo to a house and from the very first inquiry to the final box it was a smooth and easy process. Keith is extremely professional and experienced, easy to work with and he goes the extra mile to make things work. Reasonable pricing, on time, courteous, hard working. We were scheduled for unloading a truck and moving a piano. They never showed up. This was quite stressful because then we had to unload it in a hurry in order to return the truck. I left three messages over the following week and got no response. We had to call River City Moves for the piano and they did a fine job.
