Excellent service from my first on-line communication to telephone calls seeking advice to final moving from house to condo. Casie and Angie handled the booking and gave me good advice on packing and how the moving process works. Len Wrays also sells packing products at very reasonable prices - they don't gouge the customer which makes the packing alot easier. The moving crew, Mike, Mark, Max were great fun guys. They were professional throughout the move but kept their sense of humor and teamwork while working very hard. The move to my new home was freshly painted and carpeted. The guys were careful and there was no damage. I would most certaily use Len Wrays service again and recommend this company again. Moving is stressful enough - Len Wrays made it eaaier!

We had a stove delivered to our house and the old one removed this morning. The movers were professional, courteous and quick. They showed up on time and returned calls. We hired Len Wrays for a full move last year. There were some surprises and it turned out we had to move somewhere else. Len Wrays did everything they could to help us out plus they were everything already said above. ** I would also like to add that your lead mover was training a new mover this AM. These guys are terrific. We used them for a major move a year ago and to just move a few big items recently. We gave them an incorrect home address (duh) but they responded like pro's and were still able to help us out at the time originally scheduled. We really appreciate how nimbly they adjusted. They may be very good at local moves, but they have no idea of what their on-going responsibilities are for the international component of the move that was booked through/by them. Shipment of my goods were held in Vancouver for several months because of COVID and BREXIT. Len Wray, however, did not advise me of the delay and (when pressed) stated that the shipment was being held until a container load could be assembled. Then they effectively washed their hands of the whole move. In addition, they sold me all-risk insurance that did not cover breakage for anything packed by me (i.e. the entire shipment).

We were very impressed with Len Wrays movers, they were on time, courteous, careful, hard working, and never stopped. They handled our possessions with care and everything was stored securely in their truck and one trip handled all of it. I was amazed at how strong these young men were, they carried everything and did not use dollies or carts of any kind. Very professional with a very good attitude. I would use them again without question.

It was such a pleasure to deal with Len Wray's Moving and Storage, True professionals all the way. The cost estimate by Romeo was thorough and detailed. The moving crew, Brian, Mike, Liam and Tyler (hope I have that right), were pleasant and hard working. The move in was not easy with a steep driveway and a house with lots of stairs, but even the piano wasn't a problem for these guys. Well done and thank you.

On the plus side, the guys who delivered our boxes and furniture were friendly and cheerful. On the negative side, they dropped and damaged two separate lots of goods, including one that was packed in a dish box labelled 'fragile.' When we reported the damage, we were told that we would receive no compensation for the $1000 worth of dishes that had been shattered because we hadn't seen the worker drop the box. The box was dented on the bottom and no one else had handled our belongings. Not recommended.
