Initially I had a problem with notification of delivery that hadn't actually happened. I called them and spoke to a real person explaining the problem. He wasn't covering my area but one hour later I was called by a local person and delivery occurred within the hour

Very dissatisfied with the service. Waited days for my package, kept saying it had attempted deliveries on it, but no one came to my door; As I was home the entire time. Every time I hear one of my packages has been sent threw alopex or UPS I internally cringe because there has never been one instance where I have recieved my package on time with out any complications. Very unprofessional and completely unsatisfied. No, I would not recommend this business.

Tansy showed me that small businesses can absolutely shine by giving the personal touches and generous care for their customers. The entire crew, but especially Mike, was so helpful. He went above and beyond to help me with all the shipping requirements and customs forms that I had to fill out in order to send many boxes of household goods from here to the states. Thank you for such great service! Much appreciated ☺️

All I can say is wow! I have never dealt with a better delivery service. I live in a rural area (Clearwater), often when packages are delivered the driver will call and pass the buck onto me and have me rushing around with my kids to go meet them in town (we are 10 km out of town we are about an hour and a half north of Kamloops). Today I got a call that they would be dropping it off. Ha I was waiting for the catch. Nope he knew where I was at and drove out here. Baffled as it's the first heavy snow, roads aren't great, and I can't even get a driver to come here in the summer????. I'm sure the driver hasn't had a great day as the roads have not been good in the least, yet he still had a great attitude. Where in previous times I've had to talk with some very agitated grumpy ones. If I had this company I would only wish to have drivers like today's! I will certainly be recommending this company

brought a package to send was told just put it there and the guy walked out of the building leaving me in the lobby, it was my mistake to bring it there because it was supposed to go to purolater,but since he didnt even deal with me personally he didn't say anything so I left.2 weeks go by and recipient has not gotten the package went into the office to inquire and he says he cant tell me anything about it, waited a couple more days then called he tells me he personally gave it to a purolater driver 2 weeks ago, he cant help me .Since I know the purolater guy in town I contacted him after about an hour or so I get a message from purolater that alopex just gave the package to his driver,so it sat in their office for 2 weeks while he kept lying to me about giving it to purolater 2 weeks earlier.Would never send anything with this company ever again.The service is bad enough but the lying to me about how he delivered it 2 weeks ago is the worst part.Called to complain no apology or anything.Never again this was a large package 4 feet x 2 feet pretty hard to miss sitting in your office.Terrible had to give 1 star rating or it wouldn't accept my post but they dont even deserve that.The drivers do a great job but this guy should lose his

We were having a large package delivered to our rural property. Due to an injury I wasn't able to assist. But all Alopex staff were exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly. Businesses like this with attitudes like theirs are what make these trying times positive and us proud to live in Powell River. We highly recommend this service!
