When my battery went tje 1st day they made sure i had something to drive while they fixed mine. They were always willing to answer my 1000 questions daily. So pleasant to work with. "Remotely" purchased a used F-350 DRW, since CANSO Ford was the only one having in stock what we had looked for for a long time. Devyn went out of his way to answer every technical question, provided service records, and even took us on a video walk around, pointing out every detail.
