I was flabbergasted when the lady from the office said "Whoever installed the small oil tanks in your area should go straight to hell!" With her customer service I think she's headed there too. ???? This could be the last time they get a cent from me.

Bunch of crooks, charge you finances charges on balances paid within 30 days, when you have a issue they don’t want to deal with you tell you to pay the balance when the charges don’t make sense, cut off your service and don’t care about you. Carol says she gets paid either way doesn’t care about you or your needs!! Thanks Carol, good to know you appreciate our business!!

would not recommend this company for service! I was with Maritime fuels for 7 years (amazing company) until Breton Petrolum bought it out-has been a nightmare ever since! Very poor customer service, ran out of oil twice from march-sept(even though i was on automatic fill up) and outrageous prices even for budget pricing. Does not respond to emails and does not show up to deliver oil when expected, nor does anyone call to inform you of this! Irving Oil will be getting my business from now on....anything is better than my experience with this company!
