Movers were the most unprofessional I have ever experienced. RUN from this company FAST. They quoted 1400 and charged me 2000 .Driver of truck was drinking alcohol in a concealed cup. They stole my power tools. The driver was outright ignorant as he was leaving after the move. They took hour lunch break and several smoke breaks all of which I paid for. They would go to truck and take one item ( such as a lamp) and slowly bring into house. One mover had a bowel movement in my bushes while another took photos of it. They broke pieces of my furniture . I opened the box that was intended to put in clothes that hung. My clothes were thrown in the box! How do these people stay in business? I would give them minus 10 stars if I could

We moved from the GTA to Niagara recently. The movers were amazing. They wrapped all our furniture, nothing was broken or lost and they worked extremely efficiently. Super fairly priced as well. Highly recommend Johnson's Moving!

I have used Johnson moving 3 times in the last 2 years. Always on time!!! They moved our whole dealership and then moved us back into our new Building. Also came to move files upstairs to downstairs and large tools. If you need it moved they can do it. They moved items that were over a 1000 pounds up 2 flights of stairs. They took great care with our stuff and never damaged anything. I gave the A-team there instructions and they followed them well. I would Recommend these guys for any moving job you might have.

We were a bit hesitant to use Johnson's Moving based on some previous reviews, but pleased to say that the day really couldn't have gone better! The two men who moved us were very friendly and polite and worked very quickly. We thought it was going to be a long day, but it wasn't at all. The price was also exactly as the estimate said it would be. All in all, I would absolutely recommend.

Johnson moving was extremely easy to work with for my move in June 2018. The quote was done in person and it was very informative and professional. The day of my move, the team arrived a bit late but they did phone me to let me know. Once they arrived we did a walk through to go over the items being moved and I was able to relax and leave it in their hands without any issues. They were very courteous and efficient loading and unloading my items. Special care was taken to protect my furniture and belongings. Only one picture was broken and the men brought it to my attention immediately. I enjoyed their sense of humour with each other while they worked together and they made my move so much easier. I chose this company because of their price but mainly because they were the only ones to provide a personal meeting to give me a quote. I contacted two other places and was given an online quote by them. I would definitely use Johnson movers again in the future and recommend them to my friends.

Paid a premium price expecting a premium service and did not receive it. Things were put anywhere despite our careful labelling of where things should go. There was a bit of a delay getting the key but then the movers showed up at our new house half an hour after the agreed upon time when paying $230 an hour. Cursing and swearing in front of my three daughters. I think they were tired after a long day, yet they would not agree to a later start time even though we let them know we probably would not get our keys until after 4:00 so our belongings sat in the truck in the heat for hours. Would not recommend.

I recently moved with Johnson Moving. I was a tad skeptical at first because of some older reviews but spoke with the new manager and was very impressed with the booking process. On the day of my move, the guys showed up on time (with a smile as promised) and did a fantastic job. Not a single item was broken and the payment at the end was seamless. I'm very satisfied with Johnson Moving & I will recommend them for years to come!

It is my opinion that this company may simply threaten legal action rather than help solve an honest dispute or even possible alleged criminal activity. Very pleasant staff, was careful with my furniture and other valuable stuff. They didn't scratch any wall or damage the flooring while the moved us out. It was overall a seamless and hassle-free move. We are happy we decided to go with Johnson Moving - will strongly recommend to everyone!

Our movers took soooo long to move us. We had everything ready to go. Beds apart everything (we had even already moved an entire bedroom and more over ourselves.) They quoted 6 to 7 hours and took 10... AND didnt even move everything!! We only had an 1100sq ft house!! The movers took a 20 min breaks every hour...TO SMOKE WEED! And we just very unprofessional in general. The swearing was also ridiculous. I contacted the company the next morning... gave time for a solution and didnt hear anything back. I emailed after and was told too bad so sad and estimate means nothing and movers need that many breaks or they get tired and take even longer. The company put 100% of the blame for everything on me. HORRIBLE COMPANY DON'T USE THEM!!!

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Called 24 hours before and canceled saying they had no movers because of injuries which is acceptable because I know that happens. However when asked when they will be able to do it next they replied with we are too busy and will not be able to fit us back in. I would think we would be a priority since they canceled on us but nope. Thankfully it was bot the last day we had to move or we would have been totally screwed. I also love how every rating on their website is 5 stars and it specifically says they are all true and u tampered with. What about all the ones that weren't 5 stars that probably didnt make it to the website

well...not the best experience....movers were at our house 45 min..and already on a smoke break..for 15 min..no prob really if they need a smoke that bad..want to keep them happy ..offered our garage for shade. Asking for water and drinks right away..."what do you have for us to drink?"...using our kitchen sink and taps with out asking...used downstairs bathroom without asking..just saw the guy coming out...really just made themselves at home...took all our furniture out the smallest door..even when we asked them not to....gouges in the wall and trim...yea thanks..I had to repair that..we find more and more scratches and dings as we unpack at the new place...white leather ottoman corners ruined..I asked them to wrap it while he carries it out single handed..no wrap. I could go on and on...lamp broken....leather couch makes loud squeeks now that it never did before...Ill be calling them...I have pics to prove...all in all found the 3 guys a little bold and once we talked a few times..they did straighten up and get the job done on time as quoted..it could of been pretty bad tho had we not complained to them at the time and kept a close eye

Wouldn’t recommend them at all! Movers were unprofessional, didn’t wrap or protect furniture, broke or damaged almost everything g they touched, leather couches scratched, cabinet missing chunks out of it. I believe the you g man said “ we don’t cover ikea furniture it’s cheap” excuse me? I paid almost a thousand dollars for that item and it’s quality was outstanding until you goofs damaged it! Besides that if you want your personal possessions stolen these are your guys! Took off with everything I had that meant anything too me, GONE! Un replaceable and completely heartbroken. Better yet discuss your claim and get absolutely no where with this company they will dodge taking responsibility at all cost! Do not waste you money on this company they clearly do not care who they send to your house to handle and steal your things!

Just witnessed 2 of there moving truck leave the Wendy's on 4th ave. 6 guys and they left all there garbage in the parking lot. Not one of them cared enough to walk it to a garbage or hold until they could dispose properly. Not the kind of company I would ever hire!

They actually damaged all of my furniture... And left my daughters broken piggy bank untop of the mattress ... I think they pee'd on it. Not only did they urinate on my furniture and break into my daughters piggy bank but I found needles everywhere on the truck. The owner is French but claims he's native he will only speak to me in Cree.

I have used Johnson moving twice in six months and they were fabulous both times! I would highly recommend them to anybody moving short distance or a long distance. Bob and Larry were the best, no marks on the wall no dirty boots and we’re on time and very cordial and friendly. Love Johnson moving!!’
