Purolator has given them a few of my deliveries, since I'm in a rural area, and the people doing the deliveries are always kind and respectful!

Mike's deserves negative stars. I've complained to Purolator and refuse to use their services so long as they use Mike's courier service. Disgusting warehouse. Terrible customer service. Parking lot is absolutely horrendous to drive a passenger vehicle through. Worst courier service to ever exist. I'm sure Mike is rolling in his grave.

If I could give this place less than one star I would! Two different occasions I have dealt with customer service reps over the phone, both times they were rude, short, and very un-cooperative! How any national courier would continue to use these people as a depot for pickups is un-believable!!

Use this company pretty frequently for work. Service is fast and efficient. They are also a dropper for Purolator, so you might seem them stopping in if you were expecting something from the latter. Prices are competitive and what you would expect.

Many bad experiences with them. This past delivery "attempt" the driver brought my package to the wrong address, and left a notice on my neighbours door before taking my package and driving away. After calling mike's courier service to attempt to resolve the issue, I was met with rude comments and was told there was nothing they could do. Would 1000% not recommend their service. Carrier pigeons are more reliable than this.
