If I could rate it lower than a 1, I would. I’m not normally one to post a negative review of a business but I have had nothing but grouchy, ignorant, and downright RUDE experiences with drivers and dispatch. I will never use or recommend your services to anyone.

The drivers were good, but the diapatcher was very disrespectful towards the driver. Taxi driver got stuck in the snow because the roads were not plowed yet. He was an older person. When the driver let know the dispatcher of what had happened he was very rude and spoke as if he knows better than the taxi driver, he also made the driver feel if he was lying. I think the drivers are not treated well. In addition cars were in poor condition. I was in the car when we had freezing rain and defroster would not work in the car so it was getting difficult to see ahead. Inside of the car is also very dirty and dusty. More importantly the taxi would come to pick me up at 9 am or pass 9, when they supposed to come at 8:30 am, 8:45 latest. Only after calling again to talk to the diapatcher I would have a car sent to me. The taxi drivers told me that they had a dispatcher that was not very organized, that would not tell the drivers to come to a destinatination untill it was too late. I think employees should be more respected, especially when they are much older than the employers. Employers actually need to get organized in my opinion. My school is paying for the taxi, but if I needed a taxi I would not call this service.

Sadly I live and own a business in the county yet I wa charged a crazy amount for a ride home. A ten minute ride was $35. Insane. Will never use them again as they seem to try to rip off easy targets.

Picked up my daughter and her boyfriend who are teenagers driver wasn't wearing a mask and let another passenger in the cab who also wasn't wearing a mask. During COVID the taxi drivers are suppose to ask the passengers if it's okay this is not ok

Terry’s taxi was nothing but amazing service! From the dispatcher to the cab driver, they were nothing but friendly , helpful and fast! Our driver even helped us find some cool hidden spots in Prince Edward county! I would definitely recommend Terry’s taxi!!

Very little point in calling a cab when they take longer to pick you up than it would take to walk to your destination. Poor pick up times as they schedule cab rides for many locals who get serviced first.

No meter - found out at the end of the ride they charged $55 to go 20 km?? Driver complained about tourists the whole time and didn't wear a mask. Van smelled like pure cigarette smoke

I had to get picked up from picton general hospital this morning and they drove me all the way to Demorestville for only $30. If your calling late then u might have to wait a while but other then that its a perfect 4 stars.

Terry's is the best cab company in PEC! My partner and I were in town for our anniversary and had a really hard time ordering a cab (wait times were over an hour) but Terry fit us in and promptly picked us up. Highly recommend this reliable cab service!

Called for a taxi and waited 20 minutes, it never showed up so I called and was told the driver went to an address I know does not exist on my road but was assured that he would be here. I continue waiting another 10 minutes (at which point I am late for my meeting) call back and inform them I am cancelling my cab to which the response is 'alrighty.' What horrible business practice. I will be sure to never call again.

Incredibly rude on the phone. Sent someone that didn't come, allegedly looked for us and couldn't find us. Second attempt, was given an eta of 30 mins, to call her back and see no one has been dispatched. Super rude, super unprofessional, wasted over an hour of our time

Great service! We booked two cabs to take our party of 9 to and from the Hayloft and everything ran smoothly. The dispatcher was very helpful and let us change our booking with no hassle. The drivers were on time and courteous, and even arranged a code word so no one stole our ride at the bar. Would definitely book with Terry's again!

Called for a cab at 530 on a Saturday night. We expected a bit of a wait, so when they said an hour wait (maximum) we weren't shocked. They confirmed they would call us back when the cab arrived. Around 645 we called to inquire where the cab was. We were told they called us 10 minutes ago and the cab driver went to the door (both untrue). Staff was very rude on the phone. Did not apologize when we told them we did not receive a call.

Awful service, and shocking price! $27 for a 9 minute ride at 6.30pm felt very dishonest. Driver didn't wear his mask and played loud music without asking us if we minded.

Worst service ever, called for a cab and waited 40 minutes only to call and be told there is not a cab for me. Unprofessional and didint even call to tell me the cab was not coming for me!! It used to be a great company but now all the quality drivers and dispatches are over at taxi guy! Due to poor treatment from management and terrible organization. Not to mention the vans are always falling apart!! Take your business elsewhere.
