Ive lived in Perth 20 years, and always forget this place exists, its like an old relic from your childhood that when you see it you just think "oh yeah i remember you" but never give a second glance. There are just too many small pizza places for this to compete with; Jerseys, Thomasinos, Victors, hell even Perth Restaurant is better pizza. If you want pasta or wings, O'Rielley, Golden Arrow, St. Louis or Rocky River. This place has no purpose. Turn it into a taco bell.

Never had nothing but good to say about this place until tonight. We drove 40 minutes to have a good meal. Service was slower than the second coming, and everything we ordered was wrong. I'm about as patient as they come when it comes to service, when it's busy it will be slower etc. But no excuses for the performance we had tonight. After finishing our salad and appetizers we were asked if we wanted dessert. She didn't realize that she didn't bring our pizza out yet. This was an hour and a half after we ordered!! Then we find out the order was lost and it would be 5 more minutes. She apologized and said the "manager" would give us a discount. 20 minutes later I had enough. Just as we were about to get up and walk out the pizza comes out and I told the waitress to box it up we were leaving... 2 hours waiting for a meal with a 3 year old was ridiculous! I had my mind made up that the "discount" was going to be 100% of the bill no matter what the manager was going to discount. Never once in my life was I going to refuse to pay for a meal but tonight was the night!! He did the right thing and acknowledged they dropped the ball and sent us on our way without having to pay and I didn't have to fight for it. Appreciate that sir, but you either need to find more staff to accommodate your customers or better staff. Extremely disappointing, will not be returning.

Horrible experience. We went in and there were maybe 10 tables of people with 2 servers. Took 15 minutes for them to take our drink order and another 20 minutes just for bread sticks. The pasta dish my boyfriend ordered was overcooked and they still brought it to him. It was rock hard pasta! Won't go back

Their Panormous pizza is the best deal. Most of their specialty pizzas are decent, but you'll be surprised at how small a large is for the price you pay. Always be sure to ask for parmesan cheese at the takeout window when you order a Caesar salad or you won't get it. They need to reconsider their logistics of ordering by phone, as their answer to a overly busy takeout phone is to leave it off the hook for a while. They need to bring on a dedicated staff member for these busy times. Not possible to place orders online for this location.

Worst experience we've had at a Pizza Hut. We normally go there for occasions but this time it wasn't great the managers 1 female blonde wasn't wearing any uniform and was yelling a workers in the back, we could hear her from our table and the other manger older male with dark hair wouldn't give us our pizzas for $5 as its advertised, instead gave us $5 off. We ordered 3 pizzas, chicken wings and pasta, pasta didn't come out and when it did everyone was done eating and chicken wings didn't come out until half way through the meal. We will not be going there anymore and will be telling all our friends and family about our terrible service. The server was great.

Went during the lunch buffet and ordered wings while everyone with me did the buffet. She seemed to forget about me because she didn't come back to the table untill everyone else was full on the buffet. The wings tasted good. But they were very small and cold because she forgot about me. I give it 3 star because the people I was with enjoyed the buffet, but otherwize would be 2 star for the service.

Got in the door and waited for 5 minutes to be seated (there was no line, there was just no one there to seat me). Once I got my seat, I waited over 10 minutes (I tracked it) before I even saw the server. They took my order and I waited 30 minutes for my pizza, at which time I was told they "made the pizza wrong" and they were remaking it. Keep in mind this was *not* at a busy time. Food was fine; it's Pizza Hut.

Always great food and great quality. Even though it was apparent that all the servers called in today, the two managers covering the restaurant were able to get our order out quickly annd correctly. When going out for pizza, I never feel disappointed by Pizza Hut. Bathrooms could have used a clean but it wasn't horrible considering the understaffing and dinner rush.

Well first off the Pizza Hut website/app is a joke. It doesn't even list the perth store or any addresses near the perth store. So good luck trying to order here in the 21st century. Anyways to the food, I purchaced the large pizza with 3 x $5 add on items (med pizza, salad, breadsticks) the small salad is smaller than a personal size at other big name restaurants. Both large and add on medium pizza's are also smaller than a similarly priced pizza at a comparable competitors(think medium and small sizes at competitor's locations). In my opinion the amount of food to dollar value is less than acceptable. The food quality was however acceptable but just barely. The crust and breadsticks were overcooked and dry. p.s. I've added a picture of my hand in front of the salad container for size comparison

In the last month have tried to place an order twice by phone and they immediately place you on hold. You stay on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. The last time that happened had to drive over to place an order and tonight ended up doing an online order. Get there for online order pick up time and had to wait another 10 minutes. It wasn’t even busy. I’d recommend if you want Pizza Hut go to the Smiths Falls Pizza Hut as they pick up there phone and Pizza is ready on time.

Bad pizza, but even worse customer service. I ordered 3 pizzas and picked them up on a way to a cottage. When I got to the cottage, realized that none of the pizzas I ordered had any sauce on them whatsoever. The cottage didn't have cell reception, so when I left the next day, I called, and the manager said "we can't give you a refund, but we can replace them if you bring them in because we had somebody yesterday claim that the pizza give them food poisoning but they wouldn't bring the pizza in. If you call head office, they will tell you the same thing". I said to him "too late now. I don't need 3 pizzas now". Nonetheless, I went into the store, showed him the pizzas and he said "well, nothing I can do about it. I can send a note to the owner, who owns 13 pizza huts and lives in brampton and ask for a refund." 7 phone calls later, 7 weeks later, I filed a complaint with head office. I called back a week later, spoke to the Manager again, and he said "I saw your complaint in our system, and I sent it over to the owner. It is out of my hands". So either he didn't do it before and lied about doing it 7 times previously, or he did do it and the owner is just not processing the refund. Either way, completely unacceptable. The pizza was also gross. In addition to not having sauce, it was undercooked, and overly oiled. 2 months in - and still have not received my refund.

Awful service, came in to this pizza place. Guy at the front tall guy didn't even greet us, he kept attending the pick up side. Someone at the back advices him he had people at the front we were a party of 7 and a party of 4 was already waiting and his response was "there is nothing I can do about it so I won't worry" then he told us it was going to be a 20 minutes wait for a party of 7. THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY!!!!! We said we could sit on 2 tables of 4 as there were 4 tables of 4 empty, he didn't even acknowledge us when we said that and instead of coming to attend us he went to the back to cut up a pizza! REALLY?!! Worst Pizza Hut ever and worst service!!! Super arrogant!

Absolute worst service in the Pizza Hut franchise history! You can literally call that place 10 times in a row and they will either not answer you at all or pick up put you on hold and then hang up on you ever so rudely. Someone really needs to open a better Pizza Hut location in the Perth Ontario area because this place is truly retarded and unprofessional beyond words. Worst pizza hut in the country!

Was told order would arrive at 502pm. Called at 530 and was told he had to deliver someplace else first. Order finally arrived at 550. Order was barely warm. No appology or anything. Sad when i only live 2 blocks away, and they had to deliver way out the other side of town first.

Was told after waiting almost an hour for our food that they were running behind. Why wouldn’t they tell us that before we ordered so that we could’ve decided if we were ok with waiting. Nothing was offered for compensation for making us wait. People who sat down after us, got their food before us. This restaurant is very poorly managed, horrible staff, food was late getting to us and it was still UNDER COOKED!!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone, I hope they get shut down. I would give this place negative 4 stars if it was possible.

Found a long blonde hair in our pizza. as soon as it was put on the table. Brother went in to use men's washroom and he told us it was full ... Plugged - so he went into one of the stalls instead. Upon leaving noticed a girl working in kitchen taking the pizzas out of oven and cutting them up .She had long blonde hair .It was not tied back. It was falling well down over her shoulders -- and swinging at every turn or movement she made oblivious at the fact that it could have well been and was falling into the next customer's dinner . We weren't charged for that pizza --BUT we will never go to Pizza Hut Perth Ontario again.

Its been a while since i had a slice of pizza from the hut, and this time i was not disappointed. For $10 you can get access to the all you can eat pizza/salad buffet and totally indulge on your favorite pizza from deep dish cheese to their apple pie pizza. Truly high quality pizza for a seemingly low price that can only be considered a steal. The environment is a family friendly place and the staff is some of the most kind people that ive seen. Such a great place for family and friends.
