Had them move a client's belongings twice, 1 time being last minute. They were very accommodating! Very friendly and always answer the phone when I call without having to leave a message and wait. Will definitely be supporting this family company again for future moves!

I contacted Family Movers when a delivery company literally left my 600 lb Murphy bed outside. There is no way for me to get it inside or up to my condo because I've recently had surgery on my spine. Without a word of a lie I called Family Movers and within five minutes they were here and moving my stuff upstairs. They were both very very professional and kind to me as I was quite upset. I would highly recommend these guys when you're in a jam they sure help me out and I'm very thankful for them.

Don't use these guys if you like your furniture. Careless, don't pack the truck properly and put fragile pieces in precarious places. , Follow up to your response. June 27th, two men and I sent you photos of the disarray of the seacan and also told you that they had taken things out of the seacan and not replaced them. Parts would have been missing if not found in the bushes in the yard. You said you would get back to me and never did. Apparently you do respond to social media.

This was a very good experience. They were very punctual, quick and careful. The owner sounds a little gruff on the phone, but in fact very professional with great staff. Being able to move my stuff and store it short term made my move much easier.

The guys that do the moving are always polite and pleasant and make sure there are no issues or damages. The fees are very competitive and reflect the great service. Terrible company......I have been in a 2yr insurance claim battle with Darrell for property damage their truck did leaving my neighbors.....Im an innocent by standard in this. I live on a no through road no turn around street. As his truck was backing up it torn all my lines from my house including bending the mast!!!! When I called him about it he said dont worry .......2 yrs later after his company has been on notice.....still no response....do the right thing Darrell and pay me like you said you!!

Needed to get rid of an old appliance and some other household junk that had accumulated over a long time. They provided an accurate estimate which was less than other quotes and showed up right when they said they would. Overall everything went smoothly as expected.

We called for a VERY last minute move (within the hour). They were able to send their guys out promptly. These guys approached the challenge eagerly and head on (moving a large bio safety hood, approx 600lbs, onto its stand). They were efficient, professional and reasonably priced. We had asked them to bring our new appliance up stairs and take the old one down. They did now finish the job and took extra money, not only that they damaged out walls and the appliance. Our walls have indents, the stair railings are chipped. Also when they were here they spoke rudely towards us. I could go on more but overall I do not reccomend

Terrible - did not show up on time, had to call repeatedly, when arrived, truck was full, so had to leave again, then charged double what was quoted claiming a "minimum 2 hour" and then didn't take everything - said it would be more $$ to come back and get the rest. Very disappointing how they ripped off people counting on them to remove items upon move out!
