The manager at this Stop & Store provided my family and I some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Cindi went out of her way to help us on more than one occassion and Chad was also very helpful. I highly recommend this business.

I rented 2 units for well over a year & everything was fine until it wasn't. I found out the hard way that there is a false sense of security here. Initially it was quite easy to rent a unit from them and the access hours are a bit longer than other local storage facilities. I was generally pleased until Feb 2019 when i discovered someone had accessed our units and most of our high value items where stolen along with some highly sentimental items. I had called right away and was assured that someone would review all the available footage and get back to me. No one ever got back to me. Finally i got an email back notifying me that they only keep 48 hours of footage and that all of the footage since i had called had been overwritten & no one pulled a copy of the footage after i called. To the point if someone picks your lock the daily walk through by the site manager does not help you, so unless you visit you unit every 2 days the security cameras are worthless. There is also nothing preventing someone renting here to pull up and access you unit. I regret renting here. If you do rent here i recommend buying an expensive lock.

I had reserved a storage unit and planned to store our house contents as we had sold our home and hadn't found a new one. However things quickly changed and we bought a vacant house and the in/out dates lined up perfectly. When I called to inform Stop 'n Store about this they graciously cancelled my reservation with no penalty or charges.I was most impressed that they were so understanding and efficient and can highly recommend their services.

We moved our household to Penticton, after 35 years in the same location. We used Stop and Store for several months finding the easy access and location to be very handy for moving our stuff in a bit at a time. Other clients were friendly and staff answered our e mails, phone calls etc promptly. I would use this location again if we needed to store more things...clean and dry units even with snow and rain.

Shop and store was truly accommodating and helpful to me the whole time that I used their facilities Right from the last minute needing a large enough until to when I had lost my keys and needed to access my unit and replace my lock, in fact it was Cindys birthday and she came down to help me !! My personal items were well protected and in the same condition as I stored them a year ago Will defiantly without a doubt recommend this company in Penticton !

I have had the opportunity to use this storage facility since 2020. However last night was my first time there. Only because of my awesome Son who moved my stuff up there for me, I had not had any reason to go up til now, and as far as my belongings, also my son's. Who recommended them to me, we have had no issues with theft. In fact security respectfully met me at the gate, where my I'd was checked and confirmed with owner. Perhaps the gentleman who s comment was suggesting expensive locks was up to no good. Although, I do know that to be true. I just know that we had know issues with theft or lack of security. THERE rates are reasonable too. I would recommend them.
