The worst storage place on the planet run by an old fat boot and her trusty sidekick clean up man. This is why woman need to stay out of this type of industry. They lack common sense. Its a storage facility. Not a place to grow flowers. Very poor business decisions for sure.

Was my first time there today and I didn't realize they closed at 5, it was 530. I'd been a few spots looking for the right boxes, with no luck. Fortunately they were still there because of a staff meeting. They were happy to open up shop for me to grab some boxes! I will definitely be going back if I need more boxes, plus they have a discount when you spend 50$ or more on packing stuff!

Me and my brother's storage locker was broken into in the first week of January. Thousands of dollars worth of bikes and sporting equipment was stolen. Nothing has been done and we will not get money back. Camera footage of the thieves was only given to the RCMP. Which is ridiculous since they don't actually do anything in Penticton.

I recommend the Affordable Storage Centre in the strongest possible terms. If you are looking to safely store your possessions in a space administered by accommodating and responsive people, this is the facility for you. Sharon, in particular, is that far too rare combination of competent and personable. She is an absolute joy and the personification of the facility's obvious values, namely support, reliability and trustworthiness.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received! The staff is friendly, helpful, and super accommodating. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and security the lot has. I accidentally left my unit unlocked but the lock was on. If anyone had walked by it the chances of noticing the error would be minimal as it appeared to be like every other unit. I received a call first thing in the morning advising of my blunder and I was able to fix it immediately. Very impressed, very impressed indeed. I highly recommend these folks for your storage needs.
