Ridiculous line ups and internet was down so no debit transactions available. Seems like this is always the case every time I've visited this location. I'd strongly consider reserving a rental at a different u-haul location.

Waiting time for renting a truck is too much. I think they need more employees. Customer service is also not very good. After returning a truck then we also have to wait untill they check the truck and all meter readings. It needed to be improove.

Two weeks ago, I rent a 12' opened trailer at Newmarket, consumed gas 12.7 L/100 km (empty trailer); the trailer was quite new. On October 10th, I rent the same size trailer at Oshawa for 2 days. The trailer was very old, was very difficult to haul, consumed a massive gas 16.6 L/100 km on highway (empty trailer). After I self-returned at 7:10pm, the system did not recognize the location (very poor system!). The next day, I found out that I was charged for another day, totally of $118.48 for 3 days. No body from this facility calls me to discuss; yes, it is a Thanksgiving Day! I called U-Haul Oshawa right away, no one pick up; google said it was closed. I am going to call again tomorrow to learn why I was charged despite of I already to self-return. Hence, The 12' opened trailer MUST to remove from the market, please!

Very efficiently run location but also very busy so book early!! Lots of selection and a very convenient location. I suggest entering the driveway off of Taunton Road from the west as entering from the east is really close to the Wilson Road intersection so is super busy!!

The prices are great and they usually have what I need. I feel for the staff they have good hearts and work hard cold rain snow heat spells and rude customers. Always an exception but the most part 5????. Going there today to pick up a 5 x 8 $20 ???? You need to be smart and navigate their busy times like the end of the month and time of day.

This one's a four star for sure. I walked in, just after lunch, got me a rental, cargo van. Employees were damn good and very polite. Van was spotless and clean. Location was spot on. Only down fall was the parking lot, but barely a problem. Definitely use this one again, especially if I'm in the area.

Great facility. Very few parking stalls available near the store. They have extra parking stalls in the very back. This location could get very busy at times and the line ups can get very very lengthy. Slow PC, printer connections, all sorts of excuses while slowly handling customers one at a time. I would recommend getting reservations due to prices could vary regarding how many hours you rent the vehicle for example. They are doing great getting the most dollar from you if you decide to show up in the store without booking an appointment and they is based from personal experience. Just be aware! Don’t do what I did and next time I know better to book it online first. So the pricing is clear and the length of time I have is clear and you usually end up paying a lot more than what the estimate they provide you. And the drop off key after hours is very hard to locate and the instructions are not very clear. Signing the vehicle after hours and having to take photos for proof could get difficult because the yard is very dark therefore getting a bad quality of a photo. The management needs to step up upgrading the slow printers and computers. Improve the horrible horrible wait times. Perhaps add a newer equipments and staff to serve the customers faster. Calling on this location is a joke because all staff are too busy handling the long line ups. And I personally think the staff here needs to do a training on having a great customer service. Prices are misleading. You could end up having to return the rental earlier and end up paying more if you do not book it online. They do very very extremely well making the profit. But yet can’t even assist the customers requirements to a satisfaction. And have it from a customers point of view You’ve been warned!

They boast that they'll buy back any unused boxes, they neglect to mention that they have to be in pristine condition... the boxes I tried to return had a few small scuffs on them, and they wouldn't buy them back, leaving me with an extra 12 boxes and no use. Buy what you need and no extra.
