Absolutely love this place for my son. He's 2 and it's perfect for him It is meant for small younger children though, so keep your kids over 6 at home because all they do is run over all the babies and toddlers and is completely unfair and not meant for children of that size. The play ground and ball pit are small which is perfect for a little kid! If you have a toddler or a smaller baby this is the perfect place and is completely affordable and a great time for you kid and yourself, they have healthy snacks and some strong coffee for the parents! only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the issue of older kids potentially being there and knocking you 2 year old over because they're too big for it and don't understand how to be gentle around littles.

Great place to take the little one! She loves it there. Cheap to get in, the food was good, there was a massaging chair I sat in while the kids were playing! We've yet to try the salon! But a great experience cor the kids!

My son has loved playing here this year, especially over the winter when it was hard to get outside. He was very interested in sitting in the kids' jeep to get his haircut so we finally got his haircut it today - what a great experience! He had a blast, and the hair stylist was super professional, gentle, calm, and obviously awesome with children. Best haircut he has had yet, by far (both style and kid experience) and he is almost 3yo. Thanks so much!

If it were all little children it would be fine. The space is far toooo small to have the little ones mixed in with the older kids. We came on a Sunday and it was packed with a lot of kids that would do better at a place like Kings & Castle not Treetops. If I can make a suggest it absolutely needs to be 4X the size... Maybe on a Monday it would be better.

This place is amazing! Food is pretty inexpensive and the kids love it, the staff are amazing and super helpful. It is a clean place, doesn't get too crazy, and is a great way to spend a couple of hours with the kids. I brought my 2 kids (4 and 5), got tons of food, and had my daughter get a haircut, and we only spent about $60 (and we got a LOT of food). Kids are already asking when we can go back!

Very small compared to the other indoor parks in Barrie. It got crowded very fast. There was one bouncy animal toy that sang "Let it go" and all the kids fought over it. Not sure why they didn't add one to all the bouncy animals. We will probably head to Barrie next time.

Took my son for what we thought was going to b a fun morning. The manager was very rude. Seems like she has NO customer service at all. Cost way too much for a kerag “latte” never have I gone somewhere and they use a kerag for my coffee. We won’t b back ever and will make sure we tell everyone we know how horrible it was. If I could give NO STARS I would......

Great place to let your little ones explore and laugh. Our nephew loved the ball pit and slides. Clean,bright atmosphere really friendly staff. My 62 yo mom loved it too. We came here for her birthday.

It is a great way for the kids to play and have fun. A nice place for a young ones birthday. However the cleanliness is not up to par. The toys seem dirty, the ball pit is full of broken balls and is also dirty. It seems like the structure itself is in need of some repairs. Disappointing.
