Ordering on the app and online wouldn't work ordered by phone. The person on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful while taking and processing my order.

Chain ????. Used to b the best, now just passable. They do have several online coupons or bundles that r good value, but none of it is great. So 20 years ago my wife and I travelled by car from Canada to Washington Pennsylvania. We got there and they had a Pizza hut and we went for dinner and it was such a great meal,literally memorable. The staff, the food and the setting we're just amazing. A couple of Canadian tourists, getting hammered at the local hut! Police escort back to our hotel.hilarious! Anyway, pizza hut may have slid downhill a bit since then.

Location is very nice. Everybody there is very friendly. I must say this gentleman name Tirth is very amazing. He’s friendly over the phone and in person. He made sure my order was done right. I can see he was enjoying helping me. Great experience with Pizza Hut. I would definitely recommend this place. Go visit and grab your favourite pizza.

Employees and service good, but once again with pizza hut, asking for extra cheese, I get ripped off. I stopped getting pizza from the Memorial one awhile ago because of the lack of cheese, even when paying for 'extra'. So, I figured I would try the new one on University Ave., but no, it's still the same unfortunately.

I love to eat the pizza specially from the Pizza Hut since my childhood. One day ago I went to the Orillia and tried to pizza from the Pizza Hut which is newly opened in university avenue. The pizza was very tasty . Moreover, the staff are very polite and listen carefully to the customers demands and told the customers about the pizza offers and other services. I would recommended that you must visit this Pizza Hut shop and tried the pizza. They are providing the excellent services to the customers.

Manager Nick was horrible.. Asked for mushrooms, onion and pepperoni with extra sauce never received this found out once we got home.. He said I could drive back and get a new one.. ???? He also argued with me saying it was all my fault! Other pizzas ordered were under cooked and greasy.. Will not return!!!

The best pizza ever. This is absolutely the best pizza hut location. I tried many and nothing beats this location. Pizza Hut is my preferred pizza place. They have a great selection of toppings, allow you to choose from favorite combos or create a pizza of your own. Their website is easy to use. I love their crust choices, sauce choices as well as veggies and cheeses. Their customer service is great and they offer reasonable prices.

Pretty good walk-in deals. Staff are friendly. Pizzas are always a bit under-done, though. You can finish them off in the oven at home and they taste great, but it would be nice to not have to do that. Storefront lacks a vestibule (entryway) so the freezing cold air blows in every time someone walks into the place. Not much they can do about that, but it does make it unpleasant when you're waiting for your order.

Terrible service, I’ve placed orders for timed pick ups numerous times with this establishment and they have failed to be ready for any of those carry outs. When confronted the staff are rude and will literally lie to your face.
