I was so impressed by the excellent service from SONYA!! She is amazing at her job and even at last min she did what she could to get me my storage unit yesterday. She was very patient and helpful so I give her 5 STARS. I also wanna give Lee a 5 star for coming in on her day off when she didn't need to, to cover Sonya so she could come do my paper work and get me into my unit. BOTH OF THESE WOMEN DESERVE 5 STARS!!!

Sonia was so great!! We had so many laughs together. When I first started looking for a storage unit I was a little nervous because it was only myself, I thought maybe it wouldn’t be so easy.. When I walked in; SONIAS energy was immaculate! She was so welcoming and it honestly felt like she was someone I knew for a while. Thanks to her I got the perfect size storage unit on the same day! I saw a couple in there also and they were the utmost friendliest and respectful due to covid protocols which I really appreciated! Never judge a book by the cover! If I’m being honest, it didn’t look like a fancy place but I was totally wrong when I stepped in; it looked just like the other ones but for the best price!!! Anytime I had questions Sonia did the most to provide me with the knowledge I needed. Storing just became easier and more enjoyable! Thanks again!!!! I’d recommend this place for sure!!

Everything was organized, set up, and paid off in under 10 minutes; I just needed to do my part, and when I did I received immediate confirmation. Just a professional company to deal with from check-in to check out ! No issues , good service hands down. And reasonable pricing However,I felt it was unfair to charge so much money for a fob , which is of no use to me to own. Where as you could reprogram and use it again.

Ace storage I called ace storage and spoke with Sonia back in February that I would need a storage unit for the end of March. Sonia got right on this for me and a few weeks later she called to me say they had one available and made the process so easy to do over the phone . I moved from Northern Ontario to Barrie and Sonia made getting storage so easy. Sonia has been amazing from start to finish. Ace storage has cameras every where so putting your life in storage this makes you feel a lot better. I would highly recommend Ace storage in Orillia dealing with Sonia is and has been a true pleasure. At any time you can call her and ask a question and she is always yup beat and if she don’t know the answer she gets it and actually calls you back unlike some companies say they are going to and never do. We stored with Ace for about two years. The unit was extremely clean. The staff were very helpful and when we could downsize were more than obliging. Our additional storage needs are no longer required but I would recommend Ace to anyone.

The staff at this facility was very good. The halls are very narrow making it difficult to move large items. Not enough carts for moving belongings. Often have to wait for others to finish with Carts. The parking lot is filled with huge pot holes. During the winter months the ice build up on the entrance ramp and on the roof is a huge problem and dangerous if it was to fall. The facility is kept clean and is well lit.

Contacted this company through their live chat option to browse for storage units to find the best price and their live chat person was quick to reply! By the next day I had received an email thanking me for my interest along with a phone number to call of I wanted to set up a time to go in, I tried to call and didn’t get an answer but responded to their email saying what it was I was looking for and a phone number to reach me at when they were available. They got back to me in about 15 minutes. By then I had an appointment booked and all the info I needed to determine what facility to use. I went in for my appointment and Sonia was a huge help she got us all set up, made sure we knew everything we needed to know and sent us off! She was great! Super friendly, and knowledgeable! This place also has great prices compared to others I’ve seen in town! Will definitely continue to use this facility!
