Came through in a pinch for storing my personal items. Denise in Orillia was pleasant to deal with and informed me of the renovations going on to expand storage. After a brief overview, I was on my way to store my items in a nice climate controlled 5x10 locker. Push flatbed carts certainly aid in moving your items from the vehicle to the locker. Highly recommended in the Orillia area. Tell them Richard Callacott sent you.

I must say this was a great experience, I have heard horror stories about storage facilities, but the experience I had at Access storage in Orillia was so smooth and secure. Denise the manager in the office is so informative, makes the process a breeze. Her personality is top notch ! would recommend this location specific.

The customer service here is awful from that thing at the front desk and management. The "employee" was very abrupt saying there was nothing she could do about the mould in our unit and didnt seem to care saying we had to give her 2 weeks notice to leaving and if she seen us moving out without notice that my card would be blocked and i wouldnt be able to get my stuff. She also moved a good friend of mine from unit to unit then made her place all her stuff outside for storage, charged her 2 months rent then told her to have her stuff off the property within 2 weeks or it was going to the dump, she called my friend over 20 times saying that she had to pay money to repaint the place. there is music playing close to our unit and they are playing foul music, nice to have at a company where you may take your kids to get something from your unit. EVERYONE be aware do not use this company they are nasty nasty people i would never deal with that women again .. might have been that time of the month but its not the way to treat a paying customer!!!

Good Day, On Sunday October 5th 2014, I bid on the locker #84 and I paid 950$ no tx. This locker was clearly staged from one side to the other. Brand new EMPTY boxes of TV, iPad, Blackberry, motorcycle helmets, etc. They were all taped as if they were new, they were all empty!!! A small fire safe box with an added padlock on it, giving the look that there is something in it. After opening the box we found it to be empty. Who would lock an empty safe or tape empty boxes. After the auction I went and talked with the management and they literally laughed at me. After speaking with other people attending the auction, out of 15 units that were auctioned that day, 2 other buyers spoke up about the same thing. SAD and CLEARLY STAGED auction!! POOR SERVICE Absolutely not recommended to anybody!!! David

I would have given it 5 out of 5 but they don't have valley parking, the TML, or an open bar....... But seriously the lady I delt with was polite, had a good attitude, vary informative and knowledgeable. The units are easily accessible lots of storage space per unit and I like the fact the entrance is controlled with the proper amount of video surveillance as well

The manager Denise is extremely rude! My husband and step father were treated like garbage while they unloaded our things into our unit! She also lied after stating we could pay weekly but apparently now we are unable to do that and have to pay for a full month! The units are nothing but plywood and if it wasn't for my mother getting us a unit here, I would've never bothered!! Will never recommend and will never rent from an access storage ever again!!

i have been with rent smart for about 2.5 years and i haven't had a problem with anything as of yet. the only thing i have notice is when i go into my storage unit my things are full of white dust actually everything is covered in it... another then that i haven't had a problem with staff.. they all have been very helpful. i do recommend using them if you are ever looking for a unit. ;)

I was comfortable knowing my belongs were safe and secure while at the facility.

Easy check-in. Very friendly and helpful. Downside at the Orillia facility it only has loading docks for big trucks at this time. Good news is that a handicap ramp is being built in a few weeks time. Facility is being renovated at this time.

Manager is incredibly rude, told me I was trespassing when I park my truck in the parking lot yet I am a customer and have a storage unit there. Same lady Paige mentions in her review. Also watched her tell at some kids biking on the side walk not even in her parking lot. Called the police and told them I don't even have a unit. To bad it's on my visa statement eh. That chick spun for sure tho.

Wow! What an amazing experience I had! From start to finish the manager Denise was so amazing. It took me nearly all day to move in. Denise checked on us, brought us water and even cracked some jokes to keep up our spirits because she could see how tired we were! Such a sweet woman!
