We hired Ontarion van lines to move our family, and we weren’t disappointed at all. They showed up on time, took amazing care of all our items loading up and when it was time to off load everything they took amazing care again. Absolutely nothing broken or damaged, everything was wrapped and packed as if they were moving their own homes. I would use them again in a heart beat and would recommend them to everyone. They were happy, smiling, pleasant and most of all honest - hard to find these days but these guys were the best.

Had a great experience with Bill and Avi, they were amazing at making it look easy, just like the website says. He was very on top of communicating and making arrangements for the pickup, and was very accommodating to my schedule. He didn't waste time getting things on, or getting it from Moncton NB to Etobicoke ON ... Loaded on Tuesday morning he was unloading Thursday afternoon. He was very professional and took good care of my belongings, including 2 motorcycles! When Bill asks you what you have, be sure to think of everything because the man doesn't waste , space, time or money. Would 100% use again, and definitely recommend to anyone looking.

We rented a container (Cubit) and packed our stuff in it. Turned out to be a mistake . All sorts of hidden costs. Was referred to Bill.He quoted me a great price. After another problem with cubit.Italked to Bill told him i was diabetic and my stuff was it the container.He had his guys get my stuff from the container and bring it 350 kms to me at 12am saturday night. I would highly recommemd Bill and his crew at Ontario Van Lines for any thing that you need moved. Forget about the containers (cubit) they are not reliable. Bill we thank you and your guys again . Awesome crew! Having a century home, the box spring would not fit up our regular or spiral staircase. The ingenuity, resourcefulness, and determination of ensuring that no walls were damaged by removing upstairs windows in order to accomplish the task was a resounding success.

Excellent experience, from booking the transport, flexibility when I had to reschedule twice, and the actual move from home to storage re an estate cleanup. Bill from head office had some great personalized transport and storage suggestions and on the day of the move the team of Jeffery and Bryan arrived on time, carefully protected delicate items, and moved the items to an out of town storage space where they carefully unloaded my items. Overall great, professional and personalized service!

My sister, husband and I hired this company to help us with our move from Ontario to Newfoundland and they were simply incredible! When they arrived both fellows were masked. During covid this was very important to me. They also came with pockets FULL of manners. I wanted to help but was told they've got it so I didn't have to lift a finger. One thing they moved was a full sized toolbox full of tools. I swear the thing weighed 1000lbs and they (2) got it up from the basement. I was very impressed. They are also storing all our stuff until we are ready for it in Newfoundland. I highly recommend this company and if I ever need to I won't hesitate to hire them again . Oh yes, Bill was great making all the arrangements for us, picking the size of truck, everything. He took all the stress out of what could of been a very stressful day. Thank you so much!

Best movers I’ve ever had, hands down. I have done my own moves in the past and used movers as well, but I couldn’t do much now due to some physical limitations. My move was up two flights of stairs and the movers had me moved from one city and into another in less time than I could have loaded a truck myself. Everything arrived safely, they took care to avoid damage to items and homes. Avoid cheap movers, hire Ontario Van Lines and have a successful move!

OMG! I can’t say enough about these guys and we haven’t even moved yet. We are moving from Ancaster, ON to Moncton, NB at the end of this month. We had to buy a house sight unseen because of COVID 19 so I am a little stressed about this move. We hired Ontario Van Lines to do the move and to do 8 hours of packing for us. Their quote was very reasonable compared to the other quotes we received. I expected the packers to get the kitchen done and maybe take apart some of our IKEA wardrobes. THEY PACKED THE WHOLE HOUSE! I have a bad back so I just sat and watched them work like rabbits all day with only 1 very short break. We had Lomas and Avion for the packing. Loved them! Lomas kindly put up with my chattering while she packed the kitchen and the main floor. She bubble wrapped each piece and carefully placed the items into boxes while Avion dismantled our wardrobes then packed the bedrooms AND the basement. Bill gave me a great price for the packing and, trust me, it was worth every penny. Today I was freaking out because well, that’s what I do lately and because the storage bin place, where we have excess furniture, told me they wouldn’t have our bin available to be unloaded on Sunday, our moving day. Bill (Ontario Van Lines) called the president of the storage facility and had the problem solved right away. What a life saver! I can’t wait for our move now. Stay tuned for another review in 2 weeks. Barb ps - I don’t normally give reviews, let alone one this positive. So far, I couldn’t be happier with Ontario Van Lines.

I will never use a different moving company for the rest of my life. Not only was the pricing aggressive ( I was going to do it myself but they made it affordable) but they just took care of business through the whole process. 1) They didn't have the access they thought they'd have and adapted on the fly. They even send a third mover to make sure the job was done ontime 2) Pricing was "all in" and absolutely no surprises. It was very refreshing. 3) Because of some super oversized items, one of the movers slipped and the item just braised the wall. Not only did they send a professional the next day to fix but...I think they even fixed an area that they didn't damage but just wanted to make sure they had a happy customer. Way over the top. 4) They way Bill the owner treats you, you can tell he's interested in his reputation, referrals and repeat business. Amazing company and amazing job. Thanks guys.

Wow. Thanks Bill and the group of guys that came to move us. 7 hours to pack their truck. 4 hours to unload into our new place. Plus they came back to help move some pieces when we started to unpack. Great rock star movers. #noworries indeed. Couple knicks and scratches on a couple items. But it’s a move. Whadya expect. Nothing truly damaged. Thanks again Bill for taking care of us! I was referred to OVL by a local mover I had used before as we were moving from Ontario to BC. My requirements were clear - fixed price, no messing around and I needed all of our stuff packed and unpacked and the same trucks that left Ontario should be the ones showing up in BC. They didn't disappoint. Bill the owner quoted me a price and never waivered. He showed up personally twice to see how things were going for this 3 truck move as we had a large personal gym to move which was a heavy load. It's funny to scroll through the reviews and see that the company refuses to acknowledge any bad ones, claiming they have never worked with the customer. If you want a company that has the tendency to provide untruthful information, be disrespectful to customers, falsely charge customers, take your possessions hostage and refuse to provide any resolution, look no further than Ontario Van Lines. Truth is that they control every step of the moving process without providing transparency to customer and you will see a huge bill awaiting without any auditable backup information. Be careful because you might be shocked and spend your hard earned savings paying for a scam. The actual movers are nice people.
