Terrible, and it's being kind. These guys agreed a fee with us, packed our stuff....received their payments, but upon moving and unloading it, they all of a sudden doubled their asking price. THERE ARE HIDDEN FEES FOR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. When we asked why, they quickly dismissed it and hung up on us. They breached their very own contract, and their response to our question for change of price was: "If you're not happy, go ahead with some other company" AFTER THEY HAD COLLECTED $4000 FROM US. Zero respect towards the customer, hidden fees, full of lies and bs, don't trust a single quote or words they tell you. These guys take zero responsibility and treat the customer like a gullible fool.

I worked with this company 2 years ago and I had such a horrible experience that after 2 years I thought I should write this review. I write the entire story and they are more than welcome to contest any part if not true. We were moving from Oakville, ON to Ames, Iowa. They gave us an estimate of $8500 with a 26ft truck. I told them half of our stuff barely fit in a 26 footer when we moved in the Oakville house, but the guy who visited our house to give us an estimate insisted that it'd work. First off, on the day of packing 1 of the crew members didn't show up at all. The other guys walked in and said "there is no way you can fit all of your stuff in a 26 footer"!!! Also, "there is no way, we can get done in 2 days". I called their boss Ron and he said "don't take the word of bunch of movers seriously". I still trusted him. On day 2, another guy showed up whose name was Daniel and he said he is "brain surgeon" of moving and he thinks he can still fit everything in a 26 footer truck. By noon, it was obvious that they couldn't. I called Ron and he said we would need a second truck and that will cost us an additional $5000. I told him 1- either they scammed me by giving me a low estimate or 2- they guy who visited the house for estimate didn't know his job. We settled on $4000 additional cost. Yes, they got me! Either case he wanted me to pay. I was so close to fire them all but I had to evacuate the house and start my new job in 2 days. They rushed packing and moving so much to the point that they damaged so many of our items. They even didn't deliver the 2 trucks at the same time. They delivered them within 1 week and we as a family of 4 didn't have beds, blankets, plates, etc for 1 week. I could have paid less money and hire another company that would deliver everything in one shot. I sent them pictures of all the damaged items multiple times, but they never replied, let alone compensate us. Their driver said "every move has some damages, if we pay for all moving damages, we go bankrupt"!! The driver left our stuff in the driveway under rain and the driver left. He falsely claimed about his allowed hours on the road. When I did my research about the hours in the US I found out he just lied. All in all, (1) they either scammed us or at best did a horrible job in giving an estimating. Yes it's an estimate but it should not go off by 50%!!! (2) We paid $4000 more. (3) They damaged a lot of items with no compensation, (4) they made me pay fully to unload the first truck, that means one week before we unloaded the second truck, (5) left our stuff under rain. I have moved a lot and this was my worst experience. I seriously thought about suing them.

I moved from Ontario to BC. Pick up was on time, drop off was on time. The guys in Ontario were very nice and plesant, the same with the guys in here. Nothing was damaged or broken. They didn't just drop and go. They stayed and helped me. I am very happy with my choice. Thanks everyone in Miracle Movers.

Amazing amazing amazing! They were very accommodating for the day and time we needed even tho it was last minute. They even talked it over and then called me back an hour later to tell me they could make time for us. They were very professional on the phone and very thorough taking our info to make sure there were no mistakes. The movers were booked for 9am, and at 8:58 am they were calling saying they were at the loading area. They offered up some extra boxes to help speed up the move. And they never once complained or made us ever feel like we were inconveniencing them. They were very careful moving furniture making sure not to scratch walls or let things hit the floor hard. Great guys! Great company! Can't recommend enough!

It was a long way from Toronto to Temple Arizona. I moved all the way down back home. It took 16 days to deliver the stuff. Thanks to Miracle Movers everything arrived at time. I expected my belongings to be shipped 2 times faster, but weather conditions worked against of us. Anyway everything was moved safe. The price was competitive because of the distance and weight. But the good part there was no hidden fees. I will recommend Miracle Movers to my friends.

Horrible experience: I had a bed, dresser, hutch and 20 plastic stackable boxes. I clearly wrote what went upstairs, kitchen and basement. They gave one mover who did most of the work but who didn't speak English, I think this is why some of my boxes ended up in the wrong area. I really thought I made it easy. There was no consideration to the client as the boxes were stacked in a way to block our path to the washer and dryer and fridge. The other mover did very little work but kept smoking and calling head office. Making excuses not do work. Their website indicates they will dismantle furniture but they didn't come with tools. So we gave them our tools and than he said there was no time left. He was willing to abandon my stuff on his truck and some in the rain. Their head office insisted on payment before the job was done, we were smart enough to pay half now until my stuff was in the house at very most. Makeung my move much harder and expensive than what it should have been. Head office was condescending. I never had such a bad moving experience.

Miracle movers provided me with the best quote for our lengthy move (from London, ON to Aurora, ON). As well, I was VERY impressed by how friendly, trustworthy and most importantly careful the movers were. We had many fragile items (such as a large glass dining room table, glass TV stands, TVs, mirrors, & crystal lamps). None of our furniture was damaged or scratched in the move. Miracle Movers took the time to individually wrap each delicate piece in blankets and tape them efficiently. I would use this company again without a doubt for my next move. Can't beat their price and am very happy with how careful they were with my things.

They arrived on time, fully explained what was expected, wrapped my furniture with plastic wrap and took the most care with our possessions. My friends living near Main subway station, wanted to move on 21.09 and arranged a booking with them. Upon arriving they refused to move the sofa citing pet hair allergies!! Couldn’t this be checked before? They also refused to move the elliptical machine. Came 2.5 hours late ans ultimately refused to move which caused much mental stress to this couple who were left at lurch at the last moment in the evening of their movement. Ultimately they went through much trouble to find another one and postpone moving date. Do not recommend!!

The good: their booking process was streamlined, our movers were hardworking, and the price we paid was fair. The bad: we advised the booking agent that our building has a long, narrow driveway and stair-only access, but the truck didn't fit and the movers expressed annoyance at having to carry everything down the driveway and up a flight of stairs. Our move was during the 1st wave of Covid, and one of the movers was quite vocal about his conspiracy theories about the virus and masks and didn't wear one for most of the move even when entering our building and unit.

DO NOT USE!!! WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!!! These guys are complete scam artists. You think you have insurance???? YOU DON’T!!! I don’t even know where to begin…The mover’s broke my two year old 52” Television because they got into a car accident and after speaking to Kevin at the main office - Miracle Movers REFUSED to pay for it saying “how do we know it wasn’t broken before”. They did not take responsibility for breaking my TV and instead insulted me and essentially called me a liar saying “how do we know it wasn’t already broken”. Meanwhile the movers got in an accident – hitting the exact location where the TV was positioned in the truck. The movers made a stupid choice to back up on Lakeshore West, which is a ONE WAY street, and it resulted in them hitting a guy on a motorcycle ultimately crushing his bike. The movers got out of the truck and instantly blamed the poor guy saying it was his fault (not sure how that is even possible considering the truck was backing up on a one-way street) THAT’S NOT ALL…. 2) The movers dropped a box of my wine decanters which had FRAGILE labeled on five sides – I heard everything smash to pieces inside (everything was wrapped in towels and newspaper. They looked up at me and said “opps”. THE RESULT: they only gave me $18 for all of them saying “we estimate the weight of this box to be 30lbs and we only insure $0.60/lbs. Needless to say they were worth A LOT more. Buy the way…this was Kevin at head office saying “we estimate it weighs 30lbs”…..how the hell could he know how much it weighed when he didn’t pick it up, he wasnt there. The movers couldn’t even remember what box it was or what it weighed…. Head office JUST DECIDES what to give you or what they want to pay 3) A small box with my BOSE speakers in it said fragile on five sides. The movers put it on the bottom of their dolly and stacked two LARGE heavy boxes on top of it which crushed the box. I asked the movers “didn’t you see that it said fragile on all five sides?????” his response was “ha- well you never know what is really fragile”. What an IDIOT. Don’t you think you should air on the side of CAUTION when seeing FRAGILE??? 4) when the moving truck was missing for two hours, (keeping in mind that it is only a 2min drive from point-A to point-B, we called the head office and he located them on the GPS and said they were just taking a lunch break. He in fact LIED to us because this is when the car accident happened and Kevin/main office had already spoken with the movers. 5) we paid the movers to disassemble and reassemble our armoires – they put them together all wrong and the doors did not line up. They forgot to put the shelves in before they put the doors on – all which we ended up having to spend an hour and a half doing ourselves – EVEN AFTER THEY CHARGED US FOR THAT TIME THEY WASTED!!! This is the WORST WORST WORST COMPANY out there. Do not use them. The insurance is a scam. They will only give you a couple bucks for something if the break it because it’s all on their judgement. The worst part is after ALL of this...all my complaining...they charged me over $700!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was left high and dry the morning of my move at the pickup location in a limited time slot by a mover I found on Kijiji. A local cab company recommend Miracle Movers so I called and they moved around their movers to accommodate my dire situation. They saved the day. Professional, prepared, they were able to get their before my window of time to move closed. The location was really tricky and they had to remove doors and manoeuvre around tight quarters. They were so positive and so experienced. People at the pickup location mentioned how safe and careful they were. Their prices are exactly as they should be for the work involved. Really pleased !!!! I wish I had heard about Miracle Movers years ago! I have had bad experiences with movers several times in the past, and due to that I had even rented a U-haul and did the "DIY" move one time. But this was by far the best/smoothest move I have ever had. The 2 gentlemen, Sergio and Leo, who facilitated the move, were incredible. They were so proficient, professional and most importantly, they were very nice. They arrived early, did the work efficiently, and made the whole day so stress-free for us. The billing was very clear, we were charged exactly as we had agreed to, and we paid after the entire move was completed (no hidden costs or rounding up, and no demand for payment before unloading like other movers had done in the past). Our total was $650 which may sound like a lot, but it really isn't because ours was not just a 'point A' to 'point B' move. First we had a pick up at a condo (long hall way and elevator). Then there was a furniture switcheroo (living room/bedroom set) at another condo 20km away (long hallway/elevator). And then the final destination was in the basement of a house (several landings, winding stairs, narrow entrances, low overhead) another 20 km away. There is no way we could have done this ourselves; and maybe there are cheaper movers, but for us, this was worth every penny. In addition to the amazing movers, I was very happy with my interaction with the customer service office (Memphis and Ron helped me). From the first phone call I made to get a quote, to booking the move, to the post-move follow up correspondence (the fact that they even do this is impressive) everyone I worked with was so helpful and very professional. This was the first time I have ever have such a stress-free move. I am only using these guys for my future moves, and will be highly recommending them to my friends. Miracle Movers were the best movers that I've ever had and I will always go back to them. They were very punctual (began working at 9am on the dot) and kept the move within the quoted time frame. The two men who showed up were very good-natured and friendly. They did not take many breaks at all, and paced themselves well. I have now had time to go through all of my inventory and can say that no items were damaged. On top of that, their rates were quite reasonable. I managed to move all the furniture of a 1+1 apartment and another 1 bedroom apartment from two separate locations into a third location (filled a 20-foot truck) for approx. $900 in under 7 hours. They were so helpful and organized, and treated everything with care. The company didn't ask me for a review but I was so happy that I decided to provide one anyway! They did such a good job moving me from my condo earlier this year, that they were my first and only call when I needed to move my mother from one city to another on very short notice. I called on a Saturday, and they moved her to a town 3 hours away 2 days later. They are so efficient in their use of technology, and their personnel are so very polite and efficient. It was necessary to move the office for my company to the new address – actually to open a new office in the other province. We began with exploring lots of different moving companies (dates, prices). The cost of work with Miracle Movers was the lowest among the other five companies we called. The best part is that the low cost of the quality of work was on the top! However the moving process wasn't easy because we had a lot of furniture, office equipment, documentation, so the movers worked from early morning until late evening. These guys worked very well and professionally. By the way, all of their quotes, and even in-home estimates are free! In general, I recommend to all those who are going to move.

I'm very happy that I chose Miracle Movers. I moved a 2 bedroom apartment from Edmonton to Burlington, and I had never used movers before, so I was nervous about finding a good company. Most other moving companies that are marketed online contract out their services around and lack the transparency, and even if they appear to be a little bit cheaper in price, there is more risk involved. Miracle directly moved all of my belongings, without combining my move with other customers, so the move was faster, more efficient, and more secure than other moving companies. The movers were excellent - they were on time, extremely friendly and courteous, and worked very efficiently. They did a great job wrapping up my furniture and taking good care of it in the move.

Stay away from this horrible company. The move was booked a month in advance. The crew was supposed to arrive at my house between 2 pm and 4 pm. I get a call at 2.15 pm on the day of the move that the crew will be late and will arrive by 5 pm. I had no choice as it was end of the month and the planning was done so i agreed and spoke to my building manager to rebook the moving elevator for 5 pm. The crew didn't turn up at 5 pm as well so I called and was told they are on the way. They finally reached at 6.05 pm. As soon as they arrived, the attitude of the foreman was annoying. As soon as he entered the house, he spotted the elliptical machine and said he won't move it. (Please note that the elliptical machine was mentioned in the contract and I also paid an extra amount for it). When I reminded the foreman about this and called the company office to complain, the foreman got pisses off. Then he bought a measuring tape and told me it doesn't fit in the elevator. (Another moving company, who I had to book after this nightmare easily rolled it in the same elevator which did not even need disassembling). Then the crew tried to take our couch outside the house without disassembling it. It didn't fit through the door for obvious reasons and when I requested them to disassemble it their excuses about pet hair allergy started. (The crew had been in the house for almost 30 mins at this time). They did not even attempt to wrap any furniture and just dumped all our stuff back and backed out of the job at the last minute. We were basically abandoned at the end of the month when all other movers are totally booked. This company stole our deposit and are refusing to paying it back and making false accusations about excessive pet hair to avoid paying me back. STAY AWAY from these guys to save you the nightmare of finding new movers at the last minute and getting your deposit back. My suspicion is that the crew was late from another job and then saw our stuff and realized it'll taken longer than planned and wanted some excuse to back out.

We used Miracle Movers in Calgary for our recent move. We moved from a very horribly planned basement suite and moved into a full sized house. The basement suite was very hard to move things out of and the movers did their best to get everything out in a safe mannor. We unfortunately lost a box spring as we could not get it out of the suite. This was in no way the fault of the movers. We felt really bad for the 2 guys that showed up as we had a lot of heavy items and they were not the biggest of men but the didn't complain and were very carful with everything. They had moving blankets and straps to secure all our belongings in their moving truck and took their shoes off at our new house. This was our first time using movers and it was a very pleasant experience. Also loved the reassurance of you break it you buy it. The movers showed up on time and were very friendly. One of the movers did not speak English very well but smiled and says thank you quite a bit. I would use the again.

I recently used this company to move from two locations, to one final. My initial dealings with the office were all very well handled. My movers arrived a half hour early (as the booking for the elevator in the final destination had been shifted) they were amazing. Two Russian gentlemen with very quick but careful hands. There had been new items added to the storage unit and it was raining, two obstacles that could of caused issue but not for these guys. I personally over saw both sites and I was impressed, they finished exactly in the 4 hours quoted and I paid less than expected. Moving is a stressful process but this company knows how to do it right.

The apartment that took me and my friends 4 hours to move into, took these "professionals" 6.5 hours to move out from. Given that part of the service they provide is taking apart and putting together your furniture, they don't have many tools to do the job. They put together my bed which I needed to then fix myself anyway. They're rather slow given that we used their bins. They needed a lot of guidance on where stuff went when all our bins were labeled. I had to be there to guide them, I had to help them move stuff out because we ran out of time in our elevator reservation (3 hours is way more than enough, but not for them). All the work that I ended up doing, given the cost, I'd rather have done it with my friends and spend the money on them. Also, everything seemed to be charged extra with these guys... Even wrapping your furniture in blankets (which seems like a typical thing to do when moving) is $10/item.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I hired them to move furniture for one of my clients. They ended up dragging furniture on their new floors, banged furniture into the walls leaving dents and scratches, and on top of all of that they didn't even move everything in the house! It has taken me 4 business days to get the manager on the phone in order to get this resolved. Whenever I called they either have a "holiday" or they aren't "in" the office, yet 5 minutes later when I try calling back the person I'm looking for answers the phone. This company won't even own up to the mistake they made, and now I have a very upset client who can't even move into their home because of all the repairs that need to take place because of this company. WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.

Used them again. After being fantastic the first time and turning up in about an hour, it was all last minute and I was in a jam - they saved me. I arranged to meet them at my storage around King & Bathurst and take me to around Yonge & Finch. Wouldn't you know it, it started to snow the roads were covered traffic was at a snail's pace. Unlike companies I've used in the past these guys talked out how they were going to move an 8' tall armoire for me before they tried cramming it through a door. Could not believe that 2 guys got my cabinet down 2 very narrow flights of stairs without railings, moved it down the street in snow and there was not a single scratch on it. I usually don't tip moving guys, I've never had reason to but I left them an extra $50 bucks for how professional and careful they were. I should say I was very nervous about hiring movers. For some reason I can feel whether a moving company is a dark horse, with the movers doing the move with intention to break or steal any of my goods. And of course none of my scary thoughts wasn’t true at all. I booked Miracle Movers online, and received detailed estimate. Also I asked about in home estimate. The house was estimated and it helped to calculate the accurate price. Most of the companies wouldn’t come to provide the in home estimates. But Miracle Movers scheduled it without any problems. The salesman Andrew, explained me about the service and what to expect from the moving team. On moving day 2 man arrived on time. Worked very fast and efficient. I prepared ahead and packed everything that needed to be packed. So they only had to move stuff. I pointed out that the team used additional blankets and bubble wrap for the table legs and electronics which only made $30 to the final bill. It was about 2.5 hours loading all the furniture and boxes. Not a single thing was broken. It was a very pleasant experience. I’m happy I choose Miracle Movers. They are really professional!

I hired Miracle Movers a week before I needed to move from our three storey townhouse to a detached home. The booking process was easy and I liked that I could get clarification from a booking agent through live chat on their website. I was a little nervous booking an hourly mover but we didn’t have too many boxes, mostly big pieces of furniture. The two guys who showed up were efficient and did their job well - definitely no dragging feet here. I moved out of a place with two flights of stairs and narrow stairwells and they were great at navigating these without complaint or hitting any walls. Most importantly, they were able to bring down our solid wood bedroom set with no problem. When we first bought the set, it took three guys (who complained a lot) to move it in. My whole move was done in three hours, including a half hour drive between places. The final price including taxes and a very small fee I paid for having extra stairs (worth it) came out to half of what another well known flat rate moving company quoted me. Had a great experience and would do it again.

We were very satisfied with our long distance move. The two movers showed up right on time and moved quickly. They took reasonable care with our belongings, including a heavy acoustic piano which arrived in one piece and no damage. Although we paid for the optional "full replacement value" insurance, I'm happy to report we didn't need it. Miracle Movers was the only company I could find that offered same day move between Toronto and Ottawa. In fact, they gave us the option to unload on the same day, or next morning. The final price was within the quoted price range. We picked them although there were some negative reviews online (like for all movers). One thing that gave me confidence was that they have good record with Better Business Bureau, although they are not members (meaning they didn't pay BBB). One thing to be cautious about is to double-confirm your quote with them. At first they didn't say that piano moving was extra, until I explicitly asked. Also, make sure to confirm all the details the day before the move when they call you. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Miracle Movers.

The quoting was very misleading. They mention a "flat travel fee" but this didn't actually include the travel from one place to the other. I had to trust them in their traveling time since I couldn't travel with them, but it took twice as long as it should have been. However, they did show up almost 2 hours late and neither they nor anyone from the company blhaf the decency to call to inform us that they would be so late. I first hired Miracle Movers for my move from Richmond Hill to Toronto. I relocated from a one bedroom to two bedrooms condo. Our move was done in 3 hours and the final cost was only $327, the best price in the area. Before the move itself, Marcus was the representative who helped me with setting up the move date, cost estimate and other details. He asked all of my concerns via emails or phone calls. When the movers arrived, they were very hard-working and worked carefully and quickly. Everything was unloaded and placed to our specifications. We have recently booked Miracle Movers for our 3 bedroom house move from Toronto to Oakville . The staff provided us with very experienced moving and packing services. The movers packed our belongings very carefully and moved the whole house. The entire crew of three movers were very polite and a pleasure to be around . Floors were preserved with floor runners . All furniture was covered in shrink wrap and blankets. The price certainly matches the high level of service. Everything was arranged and moved very professionally. Very experienced and efficient company.

I'd stay away from them if you have a small move. Because they don't want to finish your move in 2hours even if that's what would realistically take. They will really make sure they charge you minimum 4hrs by doing the job slowly, and of course, you are being charged every minute of their presence. If they arrive 2:15pm, they will claim 2pm. If they are finished 5:45pm, they will say 6pm. any personal phone calls, truck cleanings and chats, you will be charged. It is very acward to point those out directly to the workers, so it is very difficult to argue at the spot, with all the chaos of moving your stuff. Afterwards, I made a complaint about the time, but they argued fiercely to not admit any of my claims. I am moving again next year, but I will never use them again, nor recommend to anyone. Oh the sales person will tell you anything to get the job, but once you put down the deposit, his attitude changes 180 and no longer cares if his promises were kept or not. MM's price is kinda mid-low range, that's why I chose them because I do not want the cheapest service nor pay a lot for the move. I think my decision was wrong. On the phone, the sales person told me the first hour is 130 which is including the truck fee and after that is 119/hr. however, at the end of the move, the truck fee was separate and I paid a lot more than I estimated. When I tried to get to the sales person when I had to pay, of course that person was unavailable. Now when I google searched to get this review, they claim $89/hr. on their website. what the heck? Not consistent, not professional, not trustworthy.

Great experience! Miracle Movers makes a stressful situation looks very smooth and straightforward. It's always tense when you have to move from one condo to another and the elevator bookings. They arrived on time, were very careful with our belongings and kept us updated throughout the whole process. SCAM ALERT! Horrible service! Crew is unprofessional, rude and not on time. When you call yo get a quote they are warm and responsive but beware if skmething goes wrong. We had to move and had booked this company a month in advance. Quote was given, each item was mentioned and all was set. On the day of moving they came 2.5 hrs late not bothering to inform in advance, the moment the crew walked in they started saying we wont take this or we wont take that. On calling the office which by the way closes by 5pm and remained closed on Sunday, no one refused to help! Finally the job was cancelled on mere pretex and the this company refused to refund the deposit even though the job was cancelled by their own crew! Stay a mile away from these scamsters! They will take your money and leave you stranded.

I asked around and did some research to find a Toronto moving company who would not charge a ridiculous amount of money for the few items I needed moved, just a few blocks away. Miracle Movers definitely offered the best deal. Fixed hourly price, no extra/hidden fees. They were a bit late to the pick up, as they were coming from downtown Toronto and there was construction going on in the city, however the guys were very polite and did the job professionally. They arrived and I showed them the things that needed to be moved down 2 or 3 flights of stairs. The whole move took only 2 hours and a half! I am positive about my next choice when I will be moving next time, as Miracle Movers really know how to make Miracles!

Do yourself a favour and avoid this outfit at all costs. We used miracle movers for our cross country move - items were packed with zero care, despite paying for their packing team, weight calculation was grossly inflated, delivery two and half weeks later than scheduled, items arrived damaged, wet and broken, and despite paying for premium insurance none of the damages were covered. Except for the $50 they offered as a "gesture". Customer service was terrible - they took forever to respond and kept saying they were understaffed. Huge red flag was their ongoing insistence that we pay in cash??!!?? Seriously, they are so many better moving companies out there. Do you research and avoid our mistake.

Miracle Movers are VERY efficient, careful, professional and are the best movers I have had. I have moved 16 times....so I would know. My place was on the top floor with impossible tight corners and turns. The past movers were not able to bring my stuff up, had to go up the firescape, and told me it was "impossible" . Miracle Movers got my stuff out in a blink of an eye, and carefully. They had NO problems with the tight corners, as they are experienced movers. I would definitely use them again :)

I am a landlord and a few weeks ago my tenant hired Miracle Movers to move him out. The curved banister leading out of the apartment is a stunning showcase piece with a special paint treatment that was damaged, along with severe abrasions to the door frame of the apt. They did not protect it with any moving blankets. I tried numerous times to discuss compensation but they claim damage was "pre-existing". They even "asked the crew" who obviously said they didn't do it. I have seen other reviews reporting similar denial of damage from this company. Disappointing they wont be responsible...given that other reviews are for the most part complimentary. Anyway, they will probably respond to this review that the damage was pre-existing, which will just reinforce my point as far as I'm concerned.

We had two movers and one truck who helped us move from Toronto to Whitby. The gentlemen who came were excellent. Very hard working, moving quickly and very polite. I would give them 5 stars. The reason I’m rating 4 stars though is because of the quote we received. On the phone we went through all the furniture we owned and I specified that we were moving into a 3 story townhouse. I was not notified of a fee for multiple floors (luckily the fee was small) and while the estimated time was 4h45m, it ended up taking 7h15m - but as I mentioned the men were very quick so I was just provided with a very quick estimate. Overall, I am still very happy with Miracle Movers and would book them again.

Miracle movers did not arrive on time and came almost an hour late. Then they did not bring 4 wardrobe boxes as I had double confirmed with the sale rep Alex. They had charged me for the wardrobe box but did not bring it. All my clothes could not be moved and I had to spend more money to move it at a later date. I ordered full packing services at my point of departure in Toronto because of expensive furniture. They also arranged and shipped my car via container. Me and my fiancé were moving to a new condo 3 weeks ago. We were going to get a U-haul truck but after going through all the stuff decided to hire a moving company to help us with the packing and lifting. Though I lived on the second floor in a building without an elevator, stairs to my apartment were not as wide as I wished it would be. This company was incredibly helpful and accomodating! This was my first time using movers and I'm so glad I did! Great experience and A+++ service. I was on a very tight budget while cutting it very close to the moving date. Gary, in the office, as well as his colleagues, worked with me to find me an option that could suit my needs. I wasn't able to afford the online quote they provided so they sent out a couple of their movers to survey my home and give a more accurate estimate. The surveyors were in and out in under 10 minutes. Gary called me and advised that they should be able to keep within my budget and they absolutely stood by their word! The 2 movers (unfortunately I didn't get their names)...were on time, friendly, professional, helpful efficient and incredibly hard working! If you are in the GTA, stay away from these "Miracle Movers" because you would need a miracle to have a good moving experience (can’t speak for the rest of their locations)... This was the worst moving I ever had (and I moved more than fifteen times in the past decade, both within Toronto and across the country). This time I was moving one bedroom apartment within Toronto - it took 2 movers 8 hours to move my one bedroom (includes loading, travel for 30min between the locations and unloading). Both locations had freight elevators. A bunch of friends would have done a better and faster job than these “professional movers”. Consider this: when I asked the moving team for packing help with some remaining items, I was responded that I didn't request packing assistance in advance, so they would not be helping with it. When I ran out of boxes, they told me that they had some boxes in the truck but the boxes were in such a condition that I wouldn't want to use them...When I wondered why professional movers don’t carry extra boxes in case a customer needs packing supplies, they said “we need to buy supplies from the company”. So on and so forth...According to the movers, everything was my fault – apartment was small, boxes were inconvenient, tape was wrong, traffic was bad...Professional movers respond to the situation at the customer site and come up with solutions – these are amateurs hiring amateurs...It seems that blaming the customer is this company’s tradition – if you read their responses to negative reviews, you will see that everything was the customer’s fault and there was nothing they could do about it...

I used MM last week for a move, and I was very pleased with the level of service I had received. They showed up slightly after the scheduled arrival time, however, called us in advance to notify us and keep us in the loop. They worked VERY hard, and rarely took any breaks (maybe 2-3 5 minute breaks in total) - not even a break for lunch. Everything went as planned, and no items were damaged/missing. As for people mentioning they "demanded" a tip - one of the workers had brought it up and asked for a tip as the fee goes to the company and the workers only get paid an hourly wage. I would say this is completely fair for a service such as the one provided by MM - a 15-20% tip is not at all egregious, especially how hard and fast they worked. Had they slacked off - it would've cost us at least the tip we gave them in additional hourly charges. All in all - a very pleasant experience. Would use them again !

Miracle Movers relocated me from Vancuver to Toronto, Scarborough within 8 days, making this moving my fastest. I wasn’t afraid to pay more money if that meant an impeccable service, but this company offers amazing service even for cost efficient prices. It’d be shame not to check them out.
