Worst experience customer service. Highly recommend not to go with them. Customer service people will laugh, when you ask questions about your moving. Will not give you any correct information and also try behave as disrespectfully as possible. Before moving if this is the situation, then think about after moving......

Metropolitan Movers East York literally saved the day!!!!! I was planning a move for a few weeks and had everything ready including a moving company. The originally booked moving company didn't show up and did not answer their phone. A friend recommended Metropolitan Movers East York. I called them last minute thinking there is no way someone will move me with same day request on such a critically rush schedule. Metropolitan Movers assured me not to worry and that they will get job done. All i had to do is sit back and relax. They showed up an hour later, the movers were super proffesional and expert at what they do. The move went so smoothly that i forgot about the stress i had earlier in the day. Thank you Metropolitan Movers. From now on I only call and recommend you!!!!!!!
