Extremely rude staff; totally untrustworthy. They booked a move for me for 24th June, confirming on email and later declined to honor their commitment saying this was not confirmed and they are too busy at this time of the year. Very frustrating experience. I contacted the Owner but he sided with his employees instead of helping and resolving this issue.

The movers arrived on time, and were very nice and friendly throughout the whole process. The guys worked fast and made every effort to make sure nothing was damaged. Overall I was very happy with the service they provided, and will definitely be calling them for our next move!

Taylor Moving and Storage arranged to ship belongings from the U.K. to Ontario for us. Donna Murray who deals with international shipments, was extremely helpful throughout the process with all the complications of the government paperwork and stages for organizing this move. Once the goods arrived in Canada and were through customs, the goods were delivered to our house, unpacked and placed where we wanted them. Nothing was broken and the items had been wrapped very thoroughly in the U.K. This was a job very well done. Our thanks.
