Easy move with this company. They were on time, professional and fast. They didn't waste a minute, although they were paid by hour. one point is they might not have been 100% careful with covering their mouth and nose with masks all the time but they were respectful and understanding when reminded.

Incredible job by Get Movers. We challenged them with moving lots of large and heavy items (tables, mattresses, couch, wrought iron furniture), plus 50+ of boxes). They tackled some of the toughest stairs with great attitude and were great. I am gonna use this company again and recommend to all my friends!

They showed up at 8 in the morning, and packed my three-bedroom, two , with an oversized two car garage, but they did it so quickly amd efficiently. A very hard working crew! They were extremely careful with our belongings during our move and also made sure not to damage any walls or floors of the current home and the new home. Stating the facts, I provided details for my move over the phone. Their quote was competitive with other movers, they estimated time to complete the move and cost. They were to arrive at 9:30 AM, actually showed up at 10:20 AM. It turns out their approach is to shrink wrap every piece of furniture including mattresses and box springs, lose items and boxes that were not tightly sealed. It takes them hours just to do the shrink wrap. I honestly think the shrink wrapping is over done and causes the time length of the move to be too long. I was not told their approach in advance, if I would have known I would have made sure to minimize the amount of shrink wrapping. Upon arriving at the new house, most boxes were labelled with the room they needed to go. I estimate 25% of the items ended up in the wrong space. I was not there directing them with each item as they entered the house as I was taking shrink wrap off items so that I could start unpacking. A couple items were damaged on route. I have notified my sales contact and no response as of yet. The crew did work hard and were polite. My issue is about their process which caused the estimate for the amount of work to be understated and caused the move cost to be about 35% to 40% higher than quoted.

The staff in the office were extremely helpful and answered all of my inquiries and ensured they had the correctly sized truck and number of movers. We had a lot to fit into the storage, and they used all of their experience to pack in such a way that everything fitted and arrived in perfect condition with no damage or breakages. Thanks guys!

WORST MOVING SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER GOT. PLEASE SAVE YOU MONEY FOR SOMETHING ELSE. NOT ON THEM. I got moving service from Jun 1st, they sent over three unprofessional movers. they hitted my wall and my floor with big dents when they wraping the furniture and they didnt even applogize. I called the head office and asked them to send someone who are professional and they agreed, but never send a new crew. Later on, I decided to call someone else to do the urgent moving. they didnt fix the dents and didnt even return my deposit.
