Ross did an excellent job of helping me plan my move, and making sure everything was setup ahead of time. On the date of my move Evan took care of making sure all my possessions were well looked after, padded, and secured in the truck. The guys were great, and never once complained about taking the stairs to my second third floor walk up apartment.

Fantastic service for my move today! The crew were right on time, very professional, courteous, friendly and VERY efficient. Because of COVID-19 precautions, they wore masks the whole time and practiced physical distancing. I wore one too and felt very comfortable with a move during the pandemic. This was the smoothest move that I've ever done (and I've had many over the years!) I had the boxes labeled and the crew put them in the correct room; they asked me where to place my furniture and when they left, gave me a small house plant as a welcome to my new home! Needless to say, they were incredibly professional, helpful, kind, and efficient throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful as is, but the team made the experience so easy and pain free. Here's the thing, when you move you want the movers to care about your stuff, be on time and listen to you. This is how it went for us. They were on time, took really good care of our stuff and worked really hard. Jessie and Evan were great and we'd definitely recommend them to others. Bringing us coffee was a nice touch, and, when someone was parked in the parking spot we paid to have reserved for the moving van, they stopped the clock to figure out how to proceed. Really appreciated their hard work.

Unloading was the same and the final bill was just as expected, no unpleasant surprises! One small mishap, not worthy of more than this mention. For sure worthy of a repeat service call.

Good movers, polite and careful with belongings, did a good job packing our things into a storage shed. Some undisclosed fees at the end came as a surprise though, $80 for a cardboard TV box which they insisted we had to have- on top of that, half an hr of paid time was spent waiting for an another guy to come drop off a TV box big enough- so basically cost $170 for a cardboard box which was ridiculous. Also got charged for a third trainee mover that we did not request, after being told that we would only have to pay for two movers. Not sure if we would go with this company again, the total cost of moving a modest 2-bedroom apartment a few blocks in town was over $1000– not exactly affordable.

Positive experience and would recommend you hire this company. Professional and kind staff. On the expensive end of the spectrum, but I wasn't worry something would be broken and they moved my belongings gently and effectively. Very light damage on a corner of my dinning table, but it's quite an heavy solid wood piece and it's nothing that I can't fix myself (light sending will fix it). They also offered to come and sand it for me, which is a delicate attention. The after service: a bit pushy to get a recommendation... but it's fair given that nowadays people shop around based on online reviews. Including myself. I must have moved 20 times in my life and I don't think a moving company can get any better than Move Me. You won't regret.

Let me start by saying that I've had a few different movers over the past few years (Green Movers in Vancouver, Abe, A to B, and most recently You Move Me), so I've had my fair share of time dealing with movers in recent memory. In addition to the move, I also went with You Move Me over reusable boxes (similar to Frog Box). Here’s a breakdown of the overall experience: **Blue Boxes** The blue box pickup and delivery was excellent. This was basically better than Frog Box in every way - the boxes were the same, the price was better, and the pickup and delivery was extremely well organized. Cody did a great job keeping this well coordinated and was super friendly. The markers and blue masking tape was also a very nice touch, as I believe with Frog Box they only give you labels and no markers. The labels they give you are also really annoying and fall off the boxes if you're not careful. If you’re thinking about getting reusable boxes for your move, I would definitely recommend You Move Me for this. **Moving Prep** This was another really nice touch that I don't think I've ever experienced with any of the other movers I've listed above. Between Patrick’s initial video call where I gave him a virtual tour of our apartment and all the things that needed to be packed, and a call I received the afternoon before my move with a bit of a "questionnaire" to answer, I woke up on move day feeling like this was the most well-oiled company in regards to organization. Obviously moving is a super stressful experience, so the peace of mind was awesome here. **Move Out** Having three movers show up was definitely a pleasant surprise. Typically my moves have had two guys, not three, so when I saw that we had a third guy, I got pretty excited. We have a 4 month old, and we’re both a little concerned with COVID right now, so I was really happy when the movers politely asked me if we wanted them to mask up (which we said yes to). All three of the movers were very kind, friendly, and professional. It took around three hours to get all our stuff packed up and out of the current place, which was about what I was expecting. I’ve had movers in the past kind of drag their heels here, but this was certainly not an issue with You Move Me. **Move In** The You Move Me team got to the new place quickly. I stuck around behind to do some cleaning at the old place, and was again pleasantly surprised to see that a lot of progress had already been made by the time I got to the new house The movers were also super helpful with setting a few things up for us as well. Our bed was assembled perfectly, everyone was very polite and offered to help us with setting up other things, unloading boxes, etc. And the little succulent gift was a nice little quirk at the end! **Cost** The cost was very reasonable for a big move like this – I didn’t feel gauged, which again I have encountered with some movers in the past. They also tagged the Blue Box payment right on to the final move, so it was nice not to have to do two separate payments here. **Summary** Overall, I'd say my experience with You Move Me was extremely positive, and while I hope I don’t have to call them again anytime soon – they’ll be the moving company I go with for future moves! Thanks again to Patrick and the team for making our move as stress-free as possible.

Liaising with Patrick over the phone and email to set up the move was easy and straight forward. The movers, David and Sunny, arrived right on time, with a 15-minute call ahead of time. They were consummate professionals, taking the time to explain their process, then getting straight down to business. They did an excellent job of covering everything with protective materials and were very careful with the furniture. It made the move so much easier to have them take care of the big items. I had never used YOU MOVE ME, I received quotes from 3 companies. Two of the companies sent a rep over to access and give us a firm quote. Patrick from You Move Me was one of the people that came over to assess our place and give us a quote. I found Patrick to be very professional & personable, when he left he told me he would email me the quote. He called as he did not have my email, after receiving it and looking over it, I called back to ask him a couple of questions, talked to my partner and then called to book the date. The crew was a little late getting to our place, but Alex called and let me know they would be at our place by 8:30. There were three people moving us. All three including Tom & Johnathon were wonderful. The weather was rough, however they all worked diligently to get our stuff loaded. Alex realized he would likely not fit everything in the 3 Ton truck especially the Kayak's. He told me they would likely do 2 loads. I let him know that we were moving to Shawinigan Lake and that would add a HUGE amount of time, especially on a Friday when traffic would be busy. He called Patrick and was told the same. Patrick came over with their other truck and between the two everything was able to get up. There were no complaints and I don't think they even took a lunch break. Had I known it was going to take that long I would have ordered in Pizza or something. However I was offering them Cheese, Crackers & Vegies out of the fridge I was emptying. Would I recommend You Move Me??? Absolutely, it took a little longer than anticipated and I paid a little more but it was worth it. Thank You M.J. Thomas

Hired You Move Me to help in my move to a 1-bedroom condo. Didn't have a lot of stuff to move. Just the bigger and heavier things. Dom and Matt arrived early and carefully padded my furniture and electronics with moving blankets and packing tape before loading things on the truck. The move only ended up taking about 2 hours. Super smooth move. The little plant they give you at the end is nice little bonus if you like that sort of thing.

EDITED: After creating my review I was contacted by them and they were very concerned with what I had said. Even though it had been more than 3 years since the initial move and all the problems, they decided to credit me back 10% of my bill, which was very much appreciated. I did appreciate this customer service immensely. Thank you. We used You Move Me Nanaimo and I gave them instructions that we had a Piano and were moving somewhere that was up 3 flights of stairs. They sent 2 teenagers who didn't even know how to use the rental truck they had that day, my husband had to show them how to lower the back lift. They did not come prepared to move a piano and were told it was "3 steps" not 3 flights. They determined that they couldn't move the piano and said they would store it at no charge at their facility until they could move it up stairs properly, but I had to take the contract from them and write in myself that there would be no additional charges for this, as they would give me their word but didn't want to write it. They then proceeded to un pack everything as slow as possible, we were so frustrated that my husband and I actually did more than half of the moving of boxes ourselves cuz we were getting fed up. They knew they were by the hour and were trying to milk it as much as they could. Then it was more than three weeks I finally called to find out when I could expect my piano, and they start to mention storage fees and moving fees. After a small fight they did see the contract stated no additional fees to store and move the piano. They still seemed greatly ill prepared when they finally got my piano back to me, bringing the same 2 teens back and one other fellow who was injured and should not have been moving anything so heavy. There was some damage but I was so exasperated and the damage was minimal and surface only, I didn't bother going after them for more. I was just glad i had my piano back and was done with them. I will never use this service again.

The only little issue is that they are not great at sending out estimates or receipts. Also make sure that they take your deposit off of the final bill at the end of your move. Great Job Guys!!!

I came to Victoria for the first time and I was helping someone with moving their office to Vancouver, I had no idea what company to use. There was 200 boxes I needed picked up and shipped to Vancouver in 48 hours. I called them and they came the next morning, got all the boxes onto their truck in 45 mins, went over to Vancouver and dropped them off for me all in the same day. I was amazed that they managed to get my huge pieces into the little elevator in my building. They were super careful with my antique furniture; everything got wrapped in blankets and taped. I can't say enough good and will surely use them again.

An older non-computer literate couple that I work with used this company and hated it! They felt judged (they were told their stuff was junk which, in my opinion, is not professional, no matter the state of their possessions. If it's stuff they care about, then treat it nicely.) On the day, they were told they had to remove everything from a filing cabinet so You Move Me could move it by hand instead of just using a dolly (they apparently didn't have one) and some tape to move it and its contents as a unit. The entire moving process was extremely stressful, very expensive and entirely unpleasant for them. As a company, You Move Me states they want to make your last day in your home as pleasant as your first day and in this case they definitely failed. They did meet the client's expectations of friendliness, professionalism or efficiency. I'm posting this on their behalf I feel their experience should be shared with others even though they aren't computer savvy.

My team was great! I was a little bummed I didn’t get a house plant as expected (this is my 4th time using YMM, so I was looking forward to it!), but the team itself was very pleasant and professional despite it being the end of a long day. We had a newer fellow with us as they were running a tad behind from an earlier move and wanted to finish at a reasonable time which was no problem with me. Overall their quote was pretty accurate and the guys were worth what I paid for the help. They asked appropriate questions to get clarification when needed and were very helpful in making sure all my boxes were placed as accurately as possible, as I was moving into a small space. I’m not sure by what means are these guys professional movers? I had booked You-Move-Me to migrate to my new home and I totally regret my decision now. They damaged many parts of my furnitures and didn’t even tell me until I started unpacking and noticing these damages. I don’t know why would anyone pay extra to hire a moving company that claims to do so-called professional jobs, but fails miserably. I even brought this issue to their attention and am still waiting on my replacements. I can guarantee that one could find a better moving experience with another reliable company that will actually charge less to do the same job of moving rather than damaging. You-Move-Me clearly does not consider your belongings as their belongings, otherwise they would do the job with more care rather than just getting it over with. If you’re thinking of hiring these guys, please reconsider before gambling with your life savings! The only reason I give them a two-star rating is because they were punctual and courteous enough to show up for the job on time. However, that will not change my decision to not move with this company again.

Didn't even bring me coffee. Needed 4 guys to do what the competition did with only 2 people, less than a year before and the competition had further to go (Vancouver to Victoria with longer distance between the truck and the suites) and also had to move 60 boxes on top of our furniture whereas this move I only needed the furniture moved, and it was only going a couple blocks. With this extra man power, I witnessed staff sitting on their phones in the hallways and lots of standing around and talking. These guys are young, which isn't a big deal, but I expected some hustle since I just had my bill increased. YMM Came in way over the estimate due to some items not being mentioned on the initial quote request (I made sure to mention all the large furniture and even disassembled it beforehand) and said, "the call centre girls don't know anything." Which honestly is insulting to their own female colleagues in the office and incredibly unprofessional. I should mention that Brittany from the office was incredibly helpful and professional. She was happy to answer my questions and gave us tips on how to make our move as smooth as possible. I just only wish the staff who showed up on the move day were on the same page and more respectful of their female colleagues (Yeah, I know moving is a boys club, but its 2021 guys.) Thanks for the houseplant I guess. Update: As of August 30, still no resolution or follow up other than a quick email saying they would look into it and then radio silence. Degraded to 1 star.

The gesture was appreciated, though it doesn't change my original review. *** Not sure what the coffee and housewarming gift are they speak of... They drove my belongings to the wrong address and couldn't figure that out until I literally walked over and found their truck. They were unprofessional, never smiled, rarely made eye contact... they showed up on time, but without giving 30 minutes advance notice as promised when I set the appointment. And they moved my things... but not without letting the elevator door close with several boxes inside when someone had called it to another floor. Oh, and I can't forget the part where they left my most valuable possession unattended behind the truck while they wrote up the paperwork. Almost fun? Not even close. They're lucky I booked them through RBC's offer. I do not recommend this company.

Great people all around, but I was a bit unimpressed with some aspects leading up to and of the move. There was some uncertainty about the move brought up to me the afternoon before, which brought less peace of mind than I would have liked, and was not enough notice to do anything but say yes to the changes. Kind of logistics problems that you would assume a customer would be told far sooner in advance so he can consider other options. The saving grace is the staff, everyone was super nice and hard working. I don't think I would use the service again, or recommend it to anyone who is not just doing a quick move in the CRD

I felt I couldn't post an honest review until I had completely finished unpacking. That done I can now give an accurate review and report on any breakage or damage. THERE WAS NONE! Not a single scratch, dent and ALL my fine china and figurines were intact! (SO relieved!) I booked our move over the phone, and opted to NOT have someone come by to see what was involved (due to Covid), so we estimated how long it would take. We moved from a one bedroom apt to a 2 bed townhome. The 2 friendly and polite fellows were a few minutes early on moving day, they had called ahead as I was advised they would. They reviewed the "lay of the land" as it were, which furnishings needed special care & etc.. That done, they began EXACTLY at the time booked. The "Boys" plastic-wrapped the items with drawers (antiques, antique secretary, pictures and other items that needed extra protection were covered with padded blankets). They worked quickly, carefully and efficiently. They staged the furniture removal to lessen any disturbance and inconvenience to other residents (it was a Sunday morning). A walk around with us to ensure nothing left behind and headed to new abode. They sussed out our new digs and got straight to work. The boxes were clearly marked and made it to correct rooms. They asked where I wanted each piece of furniture placed, and did so. (I even changed my mind once and they repositioned it). As the estimated finish-time approached, two more employees arrived and helped with the last of it (Mea culpa: I had seriously underestimated how many boxes there would be), with their assistance, the move was completed on time. When we were presented with the invoice for service- it was EXACTLY the amount quoted. NO "Oh, I forgot to add...." and NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE TWO EXTRA MEN. Much to my surprise, we were given a house warming gift (as well as "new home well wishes"). Thanks again to You Move Me, and KNOW should I need to move, YOU will be called upon again. (BTW: I have ALREADY recommended you to friends!)

I don't feel that moving from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment less than 10km away needed to take a full 5 hours. They pointed out a few of our self-packed items that needed some better packing which I really appreciated, they could have just taken them as is but they wouldn't have been as protected. Here are the issues we had with You Move Me: - Arrived 2 hours late - Half way into moving us, 1 of their movers were called away to do another move. This left only 2 movers to do the job of 3 so it took almost 8 hours to complete a move where the properties were 10 minutes driving distance. - Expensive leather furniture was scratched and and damaged - Front door was damaged when furniture was forced through This was a terrible experience. My family was rather disappointed especially after reading one raving review after another. It must have been an off day for this company.

The guys were great. Arrived on time. Told them had a lot of stuff to move to storage. They were very good in analysis of how to pack, so that all the furniture, and stuff got on to the truck. The same thing with packing in my 10*15 storage area. I had concerns that everything might not fit. But they surprised me again, with their packing skills, and everything fitting into the space. Unbelievably hard workers. I would recommend them in an instant. Will use them again.

Our movers were efficient and careful while moving. Made sure to wrap and protect furniture where necessary. 4 stars just because there was some miscommunication between the moving crew and the franchise owner who gave us our estimate and booked the move. We wanted the kitchen packed but the moving crew wasn't aware of this. So we moved all the furniture into the can first then packed the kitchen together. I don't think that caused the move to be take longer than it should have though so all things considered the experience was good. They will bring you moving materials before hand as well so you can pack everything up (of course you would pay for the materials that you ask for).

My initial impression wasn't the best but I'd say things wrapped up nicely in the end. My appointment was delayed a day due to an injury at the previous job, so that set back my entire schedule. However, they were very apologetic and appreciative of my accommodation and I was glad they took such good care of their employees. The morning of my rescheduled appointment, there was some miscommunication between members and they showed up an hour early. Luckily, they were able to be flexible and finished the job with little fuss or stress. They made good time and allowed me to juggle other meet-ups I had going on. Unfortunately, I later discovered that a box of flower pots and vases had been shattered so I made a claim for compensation. The general manager assigned to me was incredibly sympathetic and responsive; very apologetic and understanding. It was a simple process overall and I didn't feel like I had to fight to be heard. All in all, I'm very happy with how the company and individuals handled all the hiccups. I've had much worse experience with other moving companies so five stars for these guys! Thank you for the experience :)

You Move Me did a fast and efficient move from a heritage office building with stairs to an apartment building with an elevator. They called several times before the move to make sure all the details were correct. They gave me a discount after one of the sofa legs somehow got broken. They were able to take some unwanted furniture to Habitat for Humanity which was much better than the landfill. The guys who did the moving were young and incredibly strong! These movers made my move from Victoria to Vancouver seamless. I was very impressed with their efficiency and they even helped bring upstairs furniture in my new place. They also gave us a houseplant which was the cherry on top. I was told my long distance move would be over $2000 because the ferry ride is $500 but I was pleasantly surprised that the total came to around $1800. Nothing was broken in the move and even all my plants arrived safely. Very impressed with this company and would use or recommend any time.

Worked there when they first started when they had 2 trucks. So.etimes they rented trucks from budget. did trips to naniamo/ all over victoria and a few to Vancouver. Worked for a month. Never got paid. Brought it up after Mike believe his name was who lived by wilkinson prison he got fired for being useless. And they blamed it on the manager.lost my place because i couldt pay rent. Im not sure about now bit then a bunch of drug addicts ran the place. As i brought up the issue a few years ago they could have cared less and basically told me it wasnt there problem.

After having had a very bad experience with another Vancouver Island moving company, I was thrilled with these guys. Jared and his team were personable, accommodating, very professional and considerate, even shared their pizza with me! A great experience during an extremely stressful time. And the uniforms and trucks are great. There must be some requirement for the guys to be good looking and charming. I have seen 5 of them and they all were.

When unloading the truck at the destination, these guys didn't pay attention to room labels and fragile stickers and fragile tape. Even though our boxes had big 3" x 5" colour coded labels on every side of the box for the room they were to go in, they put them in random rooms. Also, we marked each fragile box with fragile box tape and put fragile labels on each but they were all at the bottom of stacks of heavy boxes. For example, boxes of heavy books were piled on crystal wine glasses. Every fragile box had some heavy box piled on it. Not just a random thing, but consistently like this. It's like they ignored every label on the boxes and just piled them randomly in random rooms. Followup: The manager immediately responded to my review and was very eager to work with me to find a solution to the experience. The movers were pleasant and seem to know what they were doing until the end part. The manager stated that he would re-coach/educate them on the proper procedures that You Move It insists upon. He also offered a little compensation for our troubles. Seeing that this looks like it was an isolated issue, I would now be inclined to recommend this company.

I normally do not write reviews online however I really thought Patrick and his team deserve this one. As a skeptic of online reviews, I want to confidently say their high star rating is completely justified if not wish I could rate them higher. They packed and moved my entire house for my 73 year old mother. They treated her furniture with care, they were respectful, down to earth and I just love to work with people who care about others. Patrick I believe who is the manager/owner- is an absolute pleasure to work with. He was accommodating to our needs and even was able to work with us on a last minute time change of our move. I have personally moved across the country for business multiple times and it hasn't come close to the care they took with her furniture (which included taking a piano down a flight of stairs). They were punctual, they allowed time with the bins to be unpacked at the house and were even willing to help my mom move her furniture around after, when they picked up the bins at a later date. I am literally blown away with their customer service, their value and will not do a move in Victoria without them. Now you guys just need to do national moves for myself lol. LASTLY: They brought my mom flowers as a follow up because they obviously knew she loved them from talking with her. This kind of service is why they gained a client for life. 5 STARS from an extremely happy client!! Well done guys you deserve it!

They were both moving in another building tenant when they noticed us struggling to get our couch into the elevator. Both Cody and Lucas went out of their way and asked if they could help us with our couch. I wasn't expecting this as they were already swamped with moving in another tenant, and we weren't even their client. Moments later they both managed to get the couch into the elevator, and went the extra mile bringing the couch up into our room on the top floor. The three young men that showed up were very nice and professional. Ryan the lead made sure that everything made it on the truck. I thank them for their efforts. I was originally quoted $1500 for my move from East Sooke to Metchosin but ended up paying $1950. It took one hour longer than planned and then there was a charge for having a gravel driveway. The unfortunate part was when they tried to move my king size mattress up the stairs. It was a tight fit and Ryan kept asking the other move to fold the mattress a bit to get it under the bulkhead of the stairs. He was frustrated and just starting pulling on the mattress. Well, he tore the side right off the bottom of the mattress. My 6 months old mattress now has a big hole. I was offered a $50 rebate or the owner would come out to look at it. He did and glued the torn fabric.???? no sewing…. Just glue! When I voiced my disappointment I basically was told. Too bad so sad but that’s the best I can do. I asked for a bigger rebate $200 and was offered $50 which I still am waiting for. I liked the team but would not recommend due to the owner not taking responsibility. So disappointed!!

I booked with You Move Me because of the online reviews. The quote was slightly more than some others, but I’m glad I did. The negative reviews didn’t seem so bad, or very specific to things that wouldn’t affect me; especially compared to some other cheaper companies. Overall, the move was very smooth and pain-free. The staff were great: Valentino was friendly, enthusiastic and informative when I made the enquiry; Patrick on email was quick to respond to my questions in the lead-up; Cody and Aiden on day of the move were professional, friendly and did good work. They were both physically capable of doing the job. The move: Cody and Aiden arrived on time and worked efficiently. We discussed the plan in terms of loading and unloading, and the guys knew what they were doing. All my furniture was wrapped with plastic film so drawers didn’t slide open and moving blankets for protection. No damage sustained, that I can tell. My (large) one-bed move within town (20 min drive in Victoria) was done with only one truck-load and completed in 4 hours. Would definitely recommend!

Mark and Lucas were absolutely fabulous, they took care of our furniture, were kind, and made the entire process a breeze. Their quote was higher than a couple other companies however their reviews are what made our decision for us and it was right decision. Nothing got broken, the movers took the time to wrap everything to ensure everything arrived in the same condition it left in. We hired "You Move Me" to move our bigger and hard to move furniture. It was a local move from a house to an apartment. The estimator was friendly, professional and the process was very simple. On move day, the 3 movers that arrived in a more than adequate truck wrapped and moved our items very quickly and efficiently. No damage was done to our things and the movers were very helpful arranging the heavy items in to their proper locations. Thanks guys for a job well done. The move took much less time than estimated which resulted in a very large discount to our bill down to the actual time spent. I highly recommend this service!

We heard really good things about this moving company so it was our 1st choice. We booked a consultation, for which they never showed up. I called and they were very apologetic telling me this rarely, if ever, happens and promised they would win us over. Foolishly, I booked another attempt at a consultation, only to have them not show up again. I called to complain and was told there were problems at a previous location. Not very professional. Very disappointed.

Thank you for your email. I did get the email but have not posted a review. We actually had a bad experience with our move. And we’re throughly unimpressed with the whole thing. Originally you were recommended by a close friend. So we booked with you. Two movers arrived- one was vocal that it was his last day on the job. The other one actually left to make a 10 minute phone call during the move. Claimed he was talking to the boss- but then later said all the bosses were away and out of reach. They made it seem like we had a huge amount of items and not enough time to complete the job. So we stepped in and helped move items. We even kept items back because they were concerned of the time- reaching the next job. Driving to the next address they got lost and had to call for directions. We waited 30-45 minutes for them to arrive at our destination, and they had left before us. Note they had this information when the move was booked weeks before. Again we had to move items to keep up the flow, time etc. At one point one said you can stop now and take it easy as we have a handle on it now. We both kept going because ultimately it’s our money. My husband worked harder than the workers too, hands down. Even paying which by the way what’s an absolute ridiculous amount…he joked and asked where he should give our pay checks. We had a couch, two dressers. Three mirrors, 30-40 boxes and 10 tots give or take. And it cost close to 700$. Not to mentioned they took a huge chunk out of our new wall carrying in the couch. We did receive a 50$ discount but it was a bloody fricken pain. I didn’t want to put a complaint in… but I am actually shocked at how horrible the situation was. Completely unprofessional, and will NOT be using your services again.

I was really impressed by you move me! They moved me when it snowed and unfortunately one of the workers injured himself slipping off the ramp but they immediately found someone else to take over. They were quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

I have moved around a lot in the last 6 years and have had such poor service with just about every moving company I used. The spell has been broken!! I told You Move Me I was on a fixed budget and they worked with me to organize a move to suit my finances. I was so grateful. If that wasn't enough they turned up on time and the young men were so quick and efficient. I was amazed that they navigated the stairs without a word of complaint. They even asked about parking which is so logistically important but which a lot of movers don't bother to do (I had the cops visit the last movers 2 years ago). Kudos to David and Abed. Great service!! Highly recommendable!! Thanks a bunch!

The moving team arrived on time and were friendly, professional and efficient. Over the course of our move, a large scratch was left on our brand new floors. I was certainly disappointed, but understand that accidents happen. When I approached the manager, Patrick, afterwards he assumed responsibility for the damage and worked with us to have it repaired at their cost. I would definitely recommend them! (And they left us a nice little housewarming plant)

I've never had a moving experience that went so smoothly. Right from the beginning, quick turn around on quote which was explained in depth. Follow up and same day reminder and check in, when onsite extremely professional, friendly and helpful, cute little gift after unloading. I've unpacked everything (and boy oh boy did they pack well), not a scratch, dent, or broken item. To top off the day, because YMMVI suggested given our timeline we go with 3 movers we ended up finishing far under our estimated time/quote. The least stressful and most pleasant moving experience ever. I rarely right online quotes but the customer service was so good I just had to. Thank you, thank you, thank you - you made an otherwise stressful experience a dream.
