What started as a good review has sadly turned bad. I rented my unit for 2 months only and said that repeatedly during the initial rental process. Now they charged me for an extra months rental after i already vacated the unit. Said they will not refund my money because the locker was left unlocked(they have to check it to ensure it is empty so why the knit picking) and a ladder left out of place supposedly even tho it was usually in that same position whenever I went to the locker. I have a witness from the moving company too. Office keeps blowing me off and told me they feel the issue is solved. Head office, my bank and the BBB are my next stops this week. Truly disapointing that a business feels they can steal from customers anytime much less nowadays. I will not stop until I get my refund.

This facility is affordable, clean and well organized. Setting up the locker was relatively easy, with reasonable terms. Please keep in mind that the Upper Units are only accessible with a portable staircase that is shaky and narrow and not suitable for moving large or heavy items. The on-site manager was not on-site and had a condescending manner. After struggling with the lock, I finally got it closed and it seems to be working okay.

Centrally located for me, but, I now what your taxes are and well, it’s a bit expensive! Figure out the square footage of a 700 sq ft apartment at your charges and everyone would be homeless! Living in tent city! You’re gouging just a little! I was born in this neighbourhood in 1947! I think it’s time to revisit your rates! The people who need your service, have to go without to pay! I’ve talked to them as I’m a member of Quadra Courts Club! Profits are necessary, but, give it a second thought! I started at $145 a year and a bit ago, now $165! Ahhhhhh hello! Great local facility. Easy to communicate with and rates are reasonable. Only downside is they are by the keg so if you. go during hours of the keg the parking lot can be a bit of a circus getting to the storage facility.

Rented a small unit from Stop and Store for four months. This is an amazing business. They have nailed all the little details, particularly communication - something so many businesses fail at. Every single detail regarding access, contract,cancellation, etc. is communicated by e-mail and is flawless. Office staff is organized and efficient and VERY helpful, as is anyone encountered on site. I would give a big thumbs up to anyone wanting to rent a storage unit from them, and will recommend them to all my friends. A pleasure to deal with!
