Joe and his team at Hour Movers were fantastic. We had them move one very large couch across the city for us and the team was very friendly and professional. It was noticed when our couch was delivered that there was slight damage, and their team quickly rectified the situation by coming back and retrieving the couch. Joe personally repaired the damage (which was discovered to have potentially not been caused solely by the move) and deep cleaned the entire couch for us as well as it is a white couch and had gained a couple of dirt marks through the two moves. Would certainly hire again.

Called me and left me there number when they took a quick lunch break abd called me when coming to my new place. These men were ao helpful. Very friendly and great communication. Very experainced. I would use these movers again.

Joey and Mike Nemeth use their employees and abuse the fact that there workers are dependent on them to live... They don't pay drive time for the crew or properly pay them and especially for the staging jobs they try and run out the jobs to make an extra buck. I hope they start paying there employees properly.. I am blown away about how skeezy they really are.. I highly recommend Greaves moving and A to B over these guys.

Mike and Clint came on time, they were professional and hardworking, quick problem solvers, and they showed great care in moving all of our belongings. It was easy to book a time for our move, they were responsive to our questions, and their original estimate ended up being very accurate. This is such hard work, and I was happy to pay a fair price for their high quality service.

I have moved 52 times in my life and without a doubt, the service I got from Devon and Michael from Hour Movers on Wednesday was the best I've every experienced. My new couch was the problem ... firstly it wouldn't fit in the elevator and had to be carried up 3 flights of stairs. They started the challenge with a smile and a quick chirp to break the tension. What they did next was nothing short of miraculous! Railings, doors, couch legs had to be removed, light fittings taken down and replaced, extraneous items moved and "pivot, pivot pivot!! laughter, encouraging words, patience and more - and finally my couch found it's place in my home!! It was an gigantic ordeal! I was astounded at the effort and fight that they approached this immense and crazy task and have the utmost respect for their tenacity and care. I highly recommend them and will forever be grateful!! Thank you again guys!! You rock!!!

I needed help moving an oversize, extremely heavy couch that another moving company was unable to move. Instead of struggling like the other company, Hour Movers found a way to disassemble the couch and move it easily, quickly, and affordably, and then reassembled it at the new place for me. I once again moved. Internally in my complex and at the same time as someone else using another company and the comparison was night n day. Hour movers were so professional and kind. Others in the complex commented. Well done! I have moved 5 times in 7 years and utilized a variety of moving companies and Hour Movers were superior in terms of attitude, work ethic and price. if I were to move again this is the company I would use and I recommend them to anyone no matter the size n style of their move.

It’s Christmas Eve. You’ve just bought a couch. A couch you’ve been waiting forever to buy. But now, how do you get it home? I’ll tell ya how. These guys!! Not only did they respond quick, make it happen in less than 24hrs notice but when they got it to my condo, it was too big! Did that stop them? Heck no! They removed the legs and tried every which way to get it in. And you know what? They made the impossible possible. Tenacious. Skilled. Friendly. These guys go the extra mile. Worth every gosh darn penny. Love you guys!

These guys were AMAZING! We met them when we ordered a couch from a high-end, local furniture store. They were so careful and professional moving our new couch, so of course we asked for their card. We had very recently had a horrible moving experience with another moving company (not to mention any names, but it includes the word "Burley"...). We had to move a bunch of other furniture today, so we booked Hour Movers earlier this week. They were so professional from start to finish. All emails were answered within 10 minutes. Booking was easy and transparent. On moving day, the movers were highly communicative and easy to coordinate with. They are also GURUS at disassembling and assembling furniture. They wrapped everything carefully and moved slowly through doorways and hallways. We would give them 6 stars if we could. Finally an amazing moving experience!!! Thank you!!!

I called them last min on the 29th needing a mover after having tried several companies that basically laughed becasue it was so last minute. They said they were also fully booked but gave me a number of another place that might be able to do it. I called back and said the other movers were busy too. They took my number and said they would make it happen for me. I got a call with in 20mins and he said he had rallied some help and did it that day! Not only were they competent and professional but they were willing to give away business to another company just to make sure I got the help I needed. I shall 100% use them again ! It just blows my mind that a random company I had never used before went so far and beyond just to make sure I was taken care of.
