Man, these guys are awesome. Got a very quick phonecall back after requesting a quote, and the guy on the phone was really helpful setting everything up. Movers (Dave and Jon) arrived exactly on time, were courteous and really careful with all our stuff. Everything arrived intact because they really made sure it was wrapped and loaded properly. Bill ended up being less than the quote as well, because they worked so efficiently. Would highly recommend this company to everyone!

I got a dozen or more many calls about needing a deposit, and I'd call back to pay it, to be told I didn't need a deposit; over and over, which was annoying. The guys were 3 hours late on moving day, they moved slow and took way longer than I expected. They were nice, and polite though and it was a very very hot day. They broke or damaged a few of my items as well and didn't offer a discount or to fix them. Wasn't a great experience.

Booked on short notice for our move from Red Deer to Blackfalds and they were very easy to deal with. We had Brian, Parker, and Travis handle our move and they were great. From when we first contacted them - they have been helpful and efficient. We were provided with several packing tips when I first booked the move (have not used a moving company before) and we took all their advise. We were contacted two days before the move to ensure everything was in order. On the day of the move we were contacted by the team 30 minutes before arrival. Travis and Andrew were fantastic! They checked out everything we needed moving from a 3 bedroom house (upstairs, downstairs, garage) and just started moving. Those two never slowed down. We moved to another City - two hours away. When they arrived with our load - again - they moved everything to the exact location we requested. No scuffs, no breakage. Excellent work! It made us tired watching them move heavy furniture both upstairs and downstairs. We would not hesitate to use this company again. And we highly recommend Andrew & Travis - top notch guys!

Our things came in one piece and they were hard working and friendly. Moving is stressful in its own but they made it easy on us as much as they could. I would highly recommend this company. WORST MOVERS IN TOWN!!!! Inexperienced, not strong, do not care what they wreck, struggle to get a queen size mattress aren’t a corner on oversized stairs. Multiple pieces of furniture damaged and it can only be explained by absolutely not caring about damaging homes and furniture. Easily the worst movers I’ve used after multiple times using movers. Gouges taken out of walls, paint removed from door frames and doors. Stuff left in the alley of the pick up house. Stuff left in the pick up house garage. Stuff left in the drop off house garage because it was to heavy, an elliptical trainer my wife and I carried. There were 3 of them. A bottle of rum went missing. We are still discovering damaged items over a month later. People this unprofessional should not be tasked with being responsible for moving your possessions. The compensation offered was woefully inadequate for the damage caused and it was clear it would be like getting blood from a stone trying to get FAIR compensation. Besides all I’ve mentioned, if you want to be overcharged, your things damaged and in general to be disappointed then look no further. Look elsewhere. Pay attention to the 1 star reviews.

Hard workers, steady, took all the stairs like troopers, well organized & very efficient. Definitely recommend! About 3 1/2hrs loading, 3 hr drive to destination, another about 2hrs unloading. Long & gruelling day! Very impressed

I wish I could give these guys 0 stars. Without sharing too many details, it ended up with the cops coming and demanding they unload our stuff despite them trying to extort us for 30% additional cost of a $4000 move from Saskatoon to Calgary. It was rediculous. They broke DOZENS of items, didn't strap down the truck. What a horrendous company to deal with. Judging by their customer service, they have became so jaded from dealing with customers that are angry with them, they just make issues worse.

Overall my move went very smoothly and i had two guys working very hard for me for over 10 hrs!!! Excepting some damage to the caning of one my dining chairs which probably should have been wrapped better I have no complaints! From the moment I first asked for a quote, this company was very professional, well organized and friendly. Their representatives contacted me several times prior to move to let me know how the move was to be organized, asked me if I needed anything special in the way of coverings, etc. and advised me that they were on top of everything. The two men that were responsible to move our items were very prompt and phoned me 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Their lead, Travis, was very professional, friendly, polite and personable. He was very fast, and very careful to wrap up all of our furniture with blankets and tape. The move went so quickly and they placed all of our furniture exactly as we wanted it on the other end. They also offered to set up our beds. Will definitely recommend this company and use them in the future. Thank you!

Was very happy with Steve and his assistant from Red Deer. They came Calgary to move furniture to a location 2.5 hours away. Courteous, punctual and efficient, these fellows took extra care to wrap up the very large heavy custom oak display cabinet, along with the other furniture. We even had a third fellow drop in to help with unloading the furniture from the truck, as he just happened to be driving by after finishing up a move further up the road. Wonderful.

We hired a team of 3 individuals to help us during our residential move. I’ll start with the positive. The company is super professional, organized and made the booking very easy. Our date of the move changed and we were able to reschedule with ease. I made sure I listed the items I wanted the movers to take. We have a lot of large items which were a concern for us. A lot of new heavy gym equipment. When listing these, we were informed that disassembly wasn’t an issue for the team and that they were good at assembly at delivery also. The 3 gentlemen were quick with loading what I showed them 1’s it was peace of mind to not have to worry about that stuff. They also took numerous other items upon request as needed and we were able to fill their truck entirely which was great. My only few negatives was the gym equipment. I have a brand new bowflex treadmill that’s very heavy(I made this clear at time of booking), and I was reassured they were great at disassembly and reassembly. After my treadmill was loaded and parts were taken off, I found several loose bolts, nuts and washers in my bathroom. They were just taken off and set aside, same with other several parts for various other gym equipment. I felt I was running around finding parts and would have preferred a more more organized approach considering the costs of these items. I brought them all to the movers so they wouldn’t be forgotten. A piece of my elliptical was broken off also during the loading process also, which I later found in my current garage. Upon paying at the end... I then again found my treadmill bolts and reminded one of the gentlemen that the parts were here and needed to have my items assembled, which one did. Today, to the side of my treadmill.. I’ve found 3 random pieces for the treadmill and about 10 washers that were to go on during assembly. So I’m a bit irritated with this portion of the service. As I paid about $179 and hr for all of this not to be a concern. Now I’ll have to tear this equipment apart again, just to ensure it’s now been put back together properly. Overall, like I said.. great organization on the business side and the movers that were sent worked very hard, were respectful and I’m happy in every other aspect!!! Thank you

We had these movers handle the emptying of my mom’s apartment after she moved to assisted living. The move went quickly and items were handled with care. Unfortunately, the employee that I communicated with either forgot or chose to ignore a couple of my prearranged instructions and had to return to the building after they’d left to empty my mom’s storage units in the basement. They also left a few items in the apartment, which the building coordinator notified me about and required us to retrieve the next day. A bookshelf, vacuum cleaner, wall mirror, two sets of curtains and curtain rods and some other miscellaneous items were left behind. The crew had my phone number and I had asked them to call me with any questions or concerns. They could have asked me if they were in doubt about whether items should stay or go, but chose not to ask. This did cause us both time and inconvenience after the move had been paid for in full. This crew just needs a bit more organization and thoroughness in the details to go from okay to excellent.

Was bait & switched by this company. Great sales & horrible after sales & service. Botched my move, overcharged me & I had to hire extra movers. Guys were great but where hung out dry by management who wouldn't answer my calls. Company couldn't be worse run. I would give them a zero if I could. DON'T END UP LIKE ME! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ended up costing me way more for the move than the most expensive bid I got for movers. If you are thinking about DON'T DO IT for the sake of your family, your finances & your sanity

The this company has such poor quality of customer service from their office right to their workers. When they go to jobs they don't respect the property let alone the people that live at the property. They will block parking spots and tell people they will need to wait for them to get their job done and than treaten someone for calling the office. I would not recommend anyone use this company they are better off going to the uhal company at riverside that not only can you rent a truck for cheap but they also offer some amazing help

I got movers to help take some stress away for my move. Huge mistake going with this company. I got a quote based on my entire house and advised them I would be moving the majority of the items. Leaving only about 10-15 heavier/bigger things. When the movers arrived they advised it would be likely 3- 4 hours total. After 8.25 hours I went to check why it was taking so long and saw my stairway was damaged so badly that chunks were missing from my wall and I asked them to stop and that was enough. They left 2 beds in my back yard and charged me the full amount. The 3 boys doing the move were all very young and very small And very inexperienced and the one in charge actually said they were inexperienced. He wrote on the invoice it took far too long for the amount of articles moved. I opened a claim and they are compensating me for damaged but are refusing to pay back any of the time it took for the move saying it was what was quoted. The quote was based on a full Move and I made of lost of what was moved and it was under 15 things. Horrible customer service. Won’t even give a contact number to call. Only will deal through email and disregards everything I send. Do not use this company!

We hired this company to move our parents from an acreage of 23 years to a house in Sylvan Lake. They were the only company to call me back and email as well. Booking them was as easy as it gets. We had a crew of 2 trucks and 4 guys, Steven, Brian, Travis and Parker. These guys were amazing with our parents and their belongings. They were kind and honestly cared about what our parents wanted and where they wanted things put in the new house, even when they had to move some pieces more than once!!!!
