I just want to let you know first hand that i will certainly be doing a review of your company and it will be less that positive. We had you booked and confirmed May 15th for 10am on the 17th. Here we are May 17th, moving day, a 7pm, we sit, hoping that the remaining 3/4 of our belongings in the truck will make it back to us sometime tonight. The fact that you pulled the guys away from a job that was pre booked to go do another job half way through because the store closes is BS. That delivery should have had to wait till tomorrow. A move that should have taken a couple hours has set us back a whole day. I would just like to point out that is approx $1300 in lost wages so we could sit around all day and wait...unsure if your guys would actually show up. So what is it you will be doing to make this right? I expect that the few hours it would have cost will be waived and some sort of reimbursement. We are not happy, nor are we impressed at all. Once we were able to start unpacking and rearranging, we noticed our kitchen table was broken as well as our dresser; which happened during this move. Shau., the guy who confirmed our appointment, responded to my text to say, "the next time the guys are in PA they will stop in and see how broke the items are". Needless to say, i highly doubt our items will be fixed or replaced. Terrible service by Shaun. The movers themselves worked their butts off and were polite and personable.
