i love this place because its some good food i got in forever and i got food poisoning when I was younger. but the reason why i give it a 3 because of a food poisoning but 2 years ago i had it it was good but yea i don't give it a 5 stars

I got a big chunk of a pepperoni “slice” at least a inch thick and the cheese was falling off easily. Overall: rushed and careless.

Ordering online is ridiculous. They promote good deals, then when you go the check-out everything is marked up. Example $15.99 Large Favorites Deal turns into $28.00 when your check out, and they have the nerve to tell you that you saved $5.00! This has happened multiple times. don't know why I keep looking. Not sure if this a just a Yellowknife thing but c'mon, honour the website prices or take them down.

Pizza fresh and FAST! Customer service in the pickup area are excellent and efficient! Prices are higher than southern locations, do not carry MOST specials and or charge more money when they do carry anything.

Priced way above online menu. Franchise gets to set their own prices. $34 for a 14" pizza. You never know what anything costs on the menu until reviewing your cart and it's typically 50-70% more than the listed price.

This outlet of Pizza Hut is one of the worst outlet I have ever been. They do not have an area where you can wash your hands if you want to eat. In fact, they want you to eat your pizza with dirty hands because they do not have a washroom or even a sink to clean up your hands. They do not have trash can on their premises. If they are selling food, why the city of Yellowknife allow them to operate without a washroom and a trash bin inside the restaurant?

Super overpriced, food always makes me sick, there's always some type of screaming coming from the kitchen, waitstaff have no idea what they're selling and are bound to not write something properly. The restaurant itself is very disorderly.

On the over priced side, quite greasy the dough almost looked soaked in oil.....so although my husband and I love thier chicken pizza (tastes like Alfredo) we definitely wouldn't eat hear often

Ordered a large pizza with home style crust with extra Indian butter sauce and ended up with pan crust with no sauce at all.I really hate pan crust and I never ordered such kind of pizza in my life. This is not first time, third time I’m having this pizza and when I complained them they don’t have any good answer. Always getting wrong topping and I don’t know same mistake how can they do every time. Order taker was so disgusting and no proper communication at all in their members. it is expensive and when you got such kind of pizza then you have to sleep empty stomach. Really disappointed:(

Terrible customer service. Ordered food online for delivery and i was waiting but i got a call you need to pay online rather than paying in person. Which is not even mentioned anywhere online, I did order online yesterday and paid cash. NP But she just make an excuse on moment we are not doing delivery today unless you pay online. extremely unhelpful staff in Yellowknife pizza hut.

“Trying to do contact-less delivery” is such a joke. Clearly you just want payment before delivery and are using Covid as an excuse. If that’s so, change your business practice and make it public on the website as opposed to using Covid as an excuse.

I called the store to enquire if they are currently hiring or not. Its just a simple 'Yes' or 'No' question and this lady on the phone said "I do not answer anything on the phone. Come to the store" with a very rude tone.Everyone is trying their best to maintain social distance due to Covid where as this store wants people go there physically to just ask a question. Well I think that's how they talk or treat when you do not have much choices here whether its food or Jobs. Very bad customer service. They should train their employees on how to talk to customers. If you don't treat your customers well, you do not have business. They forgot that logic I guess.

Placed an order online and ended up with a thin crust pizza. I hate thin crust and I would never order such. When I called the lady on the phone argued with me so I asked to speak to the manager but she told me she was the manager. She then refused to tell me her name. Very unprofessional and rude!
