An extremely helpful personable driver showed up in about 30 minutes when I was told it would take 2 hours. He was fantastic and offered to try and boost my car instead of just towing it in. He got my car running in minutes. You've got a superstar employee in Alex. Fantastic service! He even offered me giant warm gloves to wear that he carries extras of!

Got stuck getting off the lake this morning and called DJs. Prompt and friendly service. They were unable to get to me, but the guy was super helpful and advised me how to get out. No charge.

Trevor is amazing. I called for a tow first thing on a Monday morning. He was super friendly and light hearted .. he made a stressful and annoying situation so much better. I would definitely call DJ's when you need a tow!

Waited 90 minutes for a boost. The guy showed up and glared at me because the vehicle wasn't plugged it. He then took out a small battery booster pack from Canadian tire and tried to boost my Escape with that. He did not try with the truck but stated that no power would boost it because it wasn't plugged it. This was a lie. My co-worker had the same situation a week before, but owns a GMC Acadia which is a bigger vehicle. They tried to boost it with the small booster pack then when it didn't start, DJ's Towing used their vehicle and started my coworker's vehicle right away. When I called in to let them know about the situation, I was lied to again about their reasoning on why they didn't use the truck.

Very quick and good at what they do. Alex has gotten me out of a couple tight spots now and he does it with a smile and a quick joke to make a stressful situation seem easy. Have gotten towed multiple times by DJ's and would definitely recommend them to anyone

Had occasion to call the DJ guys out to pull us out of the snow last weekend. Not one but two wreckers showed up in 30 minutes time and though it was a tricky maneuver, they made quick work of it. No damage to the vehicle and rate was as good or better than anyone else we called. Would definitely use DJ's again (though we hope we dont need 'em !)
