We moved from a townhouse to a 2 story detached in one day. On what should have been one of the most stressful days, the guys at Tetris made me feel like I should be sitting sipping a coffee (which I did) while they took AMAZING care of all of our belongings! They started the day by protecting all of the floors and carpets, unloaded a gazillion protective furniture blankets and packing tape into the house and then set to one loading the truck with our packed boxes, and two other guys carefully wrapping and protecting all of our heirloom furniture and regular furniture (9 month old stuff, 3 year old stuff, 5 year old stuff, and 2 adults). No one was EVER standing still! They worked so hard, made sure that everything was wrapped that needed to be, and placed it all in the truck. Then they checked with me that they were good to move onto the next house, informing me they would be stopping for a bite to eat so that I didn't worry where they were. At the new place they rolled out the carpets again and put everything in the rooms as requested. They didn't stop until we were completely moved in! Thanks for an amazing and successful move guys!

We hired Tetris Moving to move from a townhouse in Mississauga to a detached house in the Northern York Region. Dmitry and his team were diligent and efficient in moving our furniture and belongings. They wrapped everything with thick drop cloths, and carefully took our furniture apart. If the commute and move didn’t go to 11 hours, I would have kept them on to rebuild the furniture. I spent more than anticipated, and the move took longer than I had planned, but I can’t fault these guys for how well they took care of my stuff. You get what you pay for, and I’m happy I called Tetris Moving. I highly recommend them. I hope to not have to move again any time soon, but if I ever have to, I’ll be sure to call these guys back.

Where can I start? These guys are a life saver. I had a last min move and I called around and no one seemed to want to help me out. These guys came to my rescue for my last minute move and were so careful with my belongings. Love these guys! We got quotes for all the major moving companies and Tetris was quick to respond and provided a quote that was not complicated. There really were no hidden fees. Very professional, and worked as quickly as possible without compromising quality. All of our property was handled with utmost care. There were also elevator and loading dock issues at the condo with multiple hallways and construction going on. Ilia and Dmitry showed up at exactly 9:00 AM and took their time to protect the floor with rubber mats. Then all my furniture along with odds and ends were wrapped in pads and quickly brought into the truck. We moved from Brampton to Haliburton, about 230 km distance. Tetris moving company, headed by Dzmitry was one of two who responded to a quote request. I would say that from initial contact, Dzmitry, was respectful and mindful of all of my requests. He was very professional and responded in a timely manner when contacted. He was true to his words and had a very good understanding of the move process. The day of move was raining, and in the midst of winter, but their team of 4 managed to finish and got the move as efficiently as possible. Dimitry and his co-workers arrived on time and worked very smoothly through the boxes. The de-assembled the bed, and re-assembled it at destination placing every item in the intended place. They make sure of all the details, and ask whether they need to carry fragile things in a certain way. Most importantly, they dont cause any noise while moving around and in/out the building.

After spending all day on the phone I hired Tetris Moving because they had all the right answers and have reasonable prices. They were very professional, friendly, and communicative. Tetris arrived on time the day of the move and had me packed and ready to go in just over an hour. Here is where it gets interesting. The place i was moving was not prepared and had not packed a thing and the entire apt was full of their furniture. Tetris did not take advantage of the situation but helped tetris both sets of furniture into the apt and only set me back an additional half and hour in time. We used tetris to move from Toronto to another town around 100 km away. There was a slight miscommunication regarding the truck fees in the beginning but they promptly cleared it and provided some complementary packaging materials. Really professional and on time service. Packaging was also very good and none of the items were damaged at all. We used their truck for overnight storage and got our stuff delivered the other day morning, that also went smoothly. Our destination house has some stairs and they had to take some pretty heavy furniture upstairs, but they did it without any problem, I would definitely recommend them.

We did a thorough search for a moving company and called Tetris to move our house from Bowmanville to North York, because they were reasonably priced and had good reviews. On the actual moving day there was nothing we needed to worry about: team arrived at a promised time, padded every piece and brought everything to the exact spot in our new home. They also took extra care of our floors with their carpets. Also, they helped us to get rid of old furniture by taking it with them at the end of the day. I have moved with Tetris moving last year, and I decided to move out with them again from Condo to my new house. Ilia and Dmitriy made a great job with fitting all my stuff in their truck (because there were a lot of them from condo and storage) and put everything on their places in my house. I was really nervous about fresh white walls, but guys have done everything without any scratches. Great job! Overall, very professional team, who are also very polite and care about their customers. If I move out again - only with Tetris Moving.

The way they played Tetris with the packing and moving services would be disastrous, and it was. We were moving from 2 bedroom place. One of the owners came with a worker on the packing day. The owner packed a water spray bottle with other books on top of it. He also misplaced my USB 3.0 line for my phone. Many boxes I opened had materials shoved in to boxes. Speaking of the boxes, they use cheap single corrugated boxes that they bought off of another company that packs other things in it. Then they say there are 50 boxes and the the number starts to shrink to 40. And then when I started using the boxes available, they would tell me there will be a charge! I counted and there were only 28 boxes used. I told them to give me all the boxes and packing materials and they left me some but it was minimal. Even though there were a lot of packing materials left, the owner decided not to use bubble wraps for picture frames. They are all scratched and disfigured. Also the other worker started with kitchen, and he plays Tetris very slow packing one mug cup in 3 minutes! He took over 3 hours in the kitchen and only half done! My wife who is recovering from serious illness (which I told them that this is why I needed packing help) and I had to go through the kitchen over night as we have to move next day. Moving day: they send 3 newbies out who did not know how to carry things to their truck. They were lifting one box at a time. They are heavy ones with books. The owner did not train them to use dollies to carry everything at once to their truck to unload. It took 5 hours to load! The building management was furious that the elevator was held that long. And I was furious that 2 of the 3 workers stayed with the truck doing nothing. I asked them to come up and load the stuff. And called the owner to discount the rates, but this owner simply ignored and took one full hour of hourly rate after the clocked ticked 10 min past. Also, when I started chasing after the workers for loitering on my dime, they started picking up the pace. We unloaded in 2.5 hours. Why did it take them more than 5 hours to load? It is beyond my comprehension. Some people may appreciate all the wrapping of their sofas and furniture, but they do not understand that all they want is to spend the time to make money and avoid costly insurance. It took them more than 30 min to wrap my sofa for 15 min trip to a new place. As a realtor, I have used many good moving companies before, but the Google rating that this company carries is overrated. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HASSEL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. GAME OVER. P.S. The reply below show fabrication to cover their lack of proper professionalism. I had 2 bedroom apartment. I had used another company with only two-men to move the similar content in less than 5 hours at $700. I specifically asked them if they have packing experience and they said yes, but it was only in words. I would give 0-star for this kind of attitude. Will never recommend this business to my clients and anyone.

I had a few hiccups along the way with my move, but they handled each problem with professionalism and patience, and helped me with things that weren’t even a part of their duties. I had furniture that was not properly delivered to my apartment by another company, and Dimitry and Ilia were kind enough to not only bring my furniture up, but assemble it as well. They provide almost everything you need for your move, and dissemble/assemble your furniture without any scratches or damages, and did not leave any mess behind. Ilia and his team (4 total) were excellent from start to finish. I had a unique problem where I need my pinball machine in my garage that needed to be moved into my basement. Ilia was able to accommodate an immediate appointment just two days later and based on my preference in time. Once the team arrived they were very polite and friendly. They were able to get the pinball machine that was 287 pounds(!!!) up one set of stairs and then down two more sets of stairs of HARDWOOD floor without a single scratch on the floor/walls (thank you for protecting our floor with your red padded carpet). I was very worried about my expensive and rare pinball machine, but I had nothing to worry about. Tetris Moving was the most positive moving experience, due to caring for the item as if it was their own and expertise.

This is an overdue review! I was moving into my mothers house to help her out (she has dementia) and the entire time they were moving my things in, my mother was fussing and fighting about where to put things. there were times when things got dramatic and she'd start screaming at me in confusion. The Tetris Moving team was amazing to deal with from start to finish! While my husband and I were planning out move, we reached out to several companies to inquire about potential moving services however, it was Ilia at Tetris who's incredibly prompt, curtious and professional response that made all the difference. It was an added bonus that the price point was the most competitive out of all of the companies we reached out to as well. Dmitry and Dias, the movers who did all the heavy lifting, called ahead to confirm their arrival and arrived right on time. They were incredibly efficient, communicated clearly, and took the utmost care and caution from wrapping our larger furniture and table pieces. They put down a red carpet to protect our floors from damage when moving larger items with the dolly and to protect the carpets in the house from their shoes. The movers also took the time to confirm with us where each piece was going in order to make our move more efficient and they were truly a pleasure to work with. From start to finish took about 3.5 hours which is amazing considering how many items we had to move, plus the drive. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely hire them again. The team took a great deal of protecting our furniture and other things that they moved. We didn’t have to worry about securing our TVs and other electronics, or about the cleanliness of our home - the guys took care of it all. They packed the truck very neatly and were able to take every single item with them. The way they worked the whole day was so smooth and they provided an incredible service! Great job, Tetris.

I've hired Tetris moving company twice for my past 2 moves and I'm about to book with them for the 3rd time, that's how great they are at helping with my moves. They're always on time, very transparent with their pricing, no extra surcharge and they do their job quickly. One of the two moves I did was done for a "studio" size room and they did it under their minimum hours. I kept having issue when i tried to post the review the past 2 moves, but now that I'm about to use their service again, just reminds me that I should review because of how trusted this moving company is. I will post another review after booking my 3rd move next year!

We researched moving companies for our recent move and found Tetris to have good reviews and great pricing. We cannot say enough about our positive experience with Tetris. From the beginning the service was amazing, prompt to the appointment to review the job, and scope of work. On moving day the Tetris team were on time and prepared with all blankets, equipment, and floor protection needed. They work both carefully and efficiently to ensure our belongings are packaged and protected, transported and delivered without worry. We remained on schedule the entire day, and there were no surprises. The team moved all boxes to the designated rooms we requested, and even offered to move other items and furniture we already had at our new home. They were eager to help us in every way possible, including taking away all boxes, and materials. They were clean, efficient and careful with our items. There was no damage and we are completely happy, easiest and most hassle free move ever! Great Service, very reasonable cost. Thank you Tetris Team!
