Available Movers were ready, willing and able to move a piano for us within a specific window of time, on relatively short notice. Oleg and David expertly and swiftly prepared the piano for the move. Their efficiency was impressive, as well as their ability to quickly figure out the best ways to move this large yet fragile instrument. They had to move a very large umbrella and that thing is no joke, but they didn't complain at all. Hiring movers is like playing a game of Russian roulette. The past traumatic imprint still lingers with my last moving experience. But luckily the movers today arrived 5 minutes earlier and highly efficient with the move. I was notified of any damages on furniture which I was aware of since they were caused by the previous moving company. The 3-persons team worked very well together and fast. They even helped me to assemble my furniture and set them in the right place within my budgeted timeframe. If anyone were to use this company, the team that assisted me were Buba, Gamja, and Oleg. I would highly recommend them.

Quite a decent experience. They came and did their work quickly. There is one dresser that they refused to take up the stairs (it was a big one) and would not de-assemble and re-assemble. They were also a but in a hurry at the end since they had another appointment.

I was booked “around 6 pm” then I received a call from their mover at 5:30 pm saying they will come at 8:30 or not coming at all. I called their provided number again. The lady who picked up the phone said I was “booked around 6pm not exactly at 6pm” and if I want them to come at all. I said, “8:30pm is not around 6pm and if you book someone at a time you should come at said time.” She went like, “I have 1000 calls a week I know how I’m booking.” Then she HANG UP ON ME!

This is by far the best service and delivered well beyond our expectations. The rates were very reasonable and outstanding value for money. The booking process was simple and professional. We received follow ups from the service with all details, in a precise and timely manner. Special recommendations go out to the 2 movers - Oleg & Raj. They arrived at our location well ahead of time. Our building's lifts were busy during the time of the move but they were very patient and friendly. They were able to professionally move all of our boxes and furniture in a very safe manner. Even though there were some tough policies in our building, when it came to parking the truck and transporting the boxes into the apartment, they were very cordial and accommodating. Especially during these times in the pandemic, Oleg and Raj took all the necessary safety precautions as well. Damaged some of the furniture, the walls, broke my TV entirely (which I only noticed after I had paid them) and charged a lot more than what was originally quoted. Really nice guys, but I am very dissapointed by the lack of accountability for damaged items. This is the first time I've ever written a bad review publicly, but as I had to purchase a new TV, I feel it necessary to make it known and hold them accountable in some way.

Buba, Gio and Michael just finished moving the content of my 3 bedroom house. WOW! They were so polite, professional and humble to say the least. These guys did NOT stop working. They showed up at 9am and had the entire place loaded up which included wrapping with moving blankets any furniture to prevent damage, and shrink wrapping everything else. The even moved a very heavy stove and did it all in 2 hours which included travel and unloaded the truck at the new location! Highly recommend these guys. I feel like moving again just to watch how fast they work. ????????

I needed to hire movers for my upcoming move. I got quotes and information from 10 different places and asked a bunch of friends for suggestions. Based on the price, what was included and their google reviews I decided to go with Available Movers. They showed up on time and were very efficient. They didn’t take a ton of breaks like I hear some places to and I was very happy with their pace. I was worried the truck would be too small but they fit everything perfectly in it. They wrapped valuables with plastic wrap and blankets as needed and were very careful with our stuff, which includes a lot of collectibles. I would definitely recommend them!

We recently hired Available Movers after finding out about their competitive prices through research on the internet. I was somewhat skeptical at first considering I hadn't really heard of the name, however these movers did a fantastic job. David and Mitri came bright and early in the morning and were extremely professional about the whole thing. These are the kind of people that you want as Movers. They're not sketchy or inexperienced. They come and get the job done and that's it. Both were very friendly and skilled at what they do. I would recommend these 2 any day of the week.

I have Available Movers help with my moving yesterday - yes, the service was provided amid a pandemic. And Roman and Sergii were super professional and practiced physical distancing with gloves and masks. They were well aware of timing and tried to complete the work in an efficient and careful manner. When the truck arrived, there were 3 guest cars parking right at the move-out area (which was something I would have complained with the building manager), Roman was real quick to help with directing those cars away to clear the space for moving. The team always asked for the instructions and were very attentive to details and well organized. At the destination point, they put everything in such a great order and made sure that things were so well placed - this even exceeded my expectation because I did not give any clear instructions! Moving is always frustrating and you both made it much easier for me. I felt a big relief yesterday when the process went smoothly according to my 2 hour time budget (from downtown TO to GTA). I completed a move yesterday with the help of Available Movers. Daniyar and Dito were absolutely amazing! The called me on route to confirm their ETA and they walked in my door EXACTLY on time. They were quick to ask if I had anything they should know and get started. Within 5 minutes they were loading the truck. At 920 they started and at 1120 - they had loaded up, driven to North York from Whitby and unloaded and said goodbye. They were amazing and I would 100% recommend this company to anybody looking for a quality, safe move. They were respectful of my stuff and everybody they encountered. Went for it because a friend referred me to them but I had the worst experience with this moving company. Other reviews look great though and I suspect this service is like Uber for movers - depends on who you get. Movers were late and called at the scheduled time of arrival that they were gonna be late by an hour. A little later, someone else called to say they could be there by 7pm - full two hours late. The proprietors did not pick up my call even when I repeatedly tried reaching them. This Tim guy had the gall to tell me “delays happen” when it was time to pay. And that it was my fortune that I had got movers at such short notice. (Screenshot shows that they’d confirmed the reservation) The movers never apologized for being late - in fact argued with me about none of this was their fault. Nor did the proprietors try to make up for the delay even in words. Absolutely do not use this service unless you ask them how much delay can you expect and what they’ll do in that case. The lady at the phone is impatient and it’s hard to get all information upfront. Use this service as a last resort and be ready for extreme delays and poor manners.

I was moving into a condo unit from a basement and while I thought the experience would be stressful- it proved to be easy, quick, and efficient! It only took them a little over 2 hours to load up, drive to the location and unload. They packed the elevator so well that they only needed to make 2 trips! Don’t think about it - go with Available Movers! Raj and Vitali did an amazing job with our move. We went from a condo to a house. They arrived on time and were patient and flexible when there were disruptions with the moving elevator. They were exceedingly careful with all of our belongings and took care to strap down breakable items. They ensured no walls/floors on either end were scratched or damaged. STAY AWAY. Literally had the worst experience with booking this. They were over an hour late and had the worst customer service imaginable! When i called the company to ask where the movers were the lady on the phone hung up on me and i kept calling back which then after another man got on the phone and started yelling at me for calling to ask where my movers are. He then said he is cancelling my move and told me to shut up. I called back and the women i had been speaking to before told me the movers were still coming. I had simply told them that a courtesy call to the client expecting their movers would be nice if they are going to be late. STAY AWAY

Do NOT hire these movers. This was hands down the worst moving experience in my life. I work in the film industry and have a lot of experience with professional, caring movers. Available Movers was not that. I watched one of their employees turn my dresser on it's side and drag it across the floor. When I called him out on it, he told me I was crazy and had mental problems and threatened to offload the entire cube onto the side street and drive away. I had to call a male friend as back-up as his response was totally explosive and scary. As a female moving alone, I did not feel safe. Worst experience ever.

PLS dont respond to this with your lies you HARASSED me all day with coming early then you showed up anyways!!! Then you came with a trailer and stuffed all my belongings and broke and scratched my dining table you work fast doesn't always mean efficient you jammed everything in and bent my rod iron pieces this was worst experience ever I have had and ive moved alot!!! It's interesting the claim to have a manager who would follow up with this complaint its now 2 weeks tom and I haven't got a phone call this is a SHADY BUSINESS STAY AWAY!!!!!! Still waiting for a phone call from management they constantly lie on here dont trust this business very SHADY!!!

Her new place has a laundry list of oddities - no loading dock, open lobby that echoes, and small hallway to navigate towards her. They handled it all smoothly and without issue. Minimum hire period was 2 hours and they actually managed to finish the work (moving furniture of an one bed room condo) under the minimum time period! Everything seemed good to go with these guys. They were on time, communicated well beforehand and were professional upon arrival. The reason for the 1 star review is that they threw out my nearly brand new mattress despite me telling them it was coming with us (I had a few other pieces that were being tossed). By the time I noticed it was not at the new place and called them, the mattress had been sitting in a dumpster for 3 hours, with garbage and other people’s mattresses. I understand a miscommunication, but when that miscommunication ends up costing me money, I expect some sort of compensation. The only offer they would make me is to come pick up the now dirty mattress from the dumpster and deliver it to me (this was at 9PM that night, they refused to come back until 8 hours later). Steer clear.

Is it even possible to find movers on 3 hour short notice? Absolutely, with Available Movers! Scheduler was kind courteous and explained all the fees and details, cut right to the chase and answered any questions. When David and Alex arrived (early I might add) they were straight to business and were respectful of my wishes for being careful with certain items. They were quick! They were also very patient because I had some complications in removing some items affixed to the drywall. They gave me a hand without any hesitation.
