On time, happy attitude, dealt with problems well, worked hard for hours to get it done.Bill saw the challenges, talked with us, solved the problems our move presented and, with a “let’s get this done and done well” frame of mind, did just that. The diligence, strength and work hard attitude of Orie and Ryan (sorry if spelling is not correct) kept the work of moving on time . Thank you guys. Nothing was damaged, the job was pretty much kept on time and the delivery was as good as it could be. They drove to the interior, met us when they said they would and carried on to deliver our new home positive experience. Thank you nothing but smooth work from the Smoother (est) movers. Doug and his team were absolutely incredible to work with! They were professional, respectful, and got the job done well. We had a complicated move with an oversized piece of furniture that required extra wrap and padding, and then to be lowered off the deck as it was too large to exit through any doorways other than a sliding door. These guys didn't break a sweat, and flawlessly executed their plan. We had two drop off locations, one in North Vancouver and one on the Sunshine Coast. The first drop off went great, and I really appreciated them being able to accommodate us to drop off a single bedroom set at a separate apartment (without an elevator in 30 degree weather, so thank you!). It was a long local trip for them to the Sunshine Coast, but when the team arrived to move all of the furniture into temporary storage and into it's new home, they went above and beyond to make sure that any furniture going into the temporary (outdoor) storage was exceptionally well sealed with shrink wrap and moving blankets. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional experience. Our move had been difficult up to this point, and Doug and his team took away all of the final stress. We've sent his contact information to our real estate agent to add Doug and his company to their recommended movers lists for the North Shore. Thanks Doug! We'll be using you again in the future if we ever need to move ourselves.

Have yet to do business with this storage company, but they have been so polite. The owner even answered a phone call after hours and gave me the information I needed, as well as giving me information for cheaper places to get boxes. So far their prices and demeanor have been great (and I am not even using their storage.. yet) I would give 5 stars but I haven't stored my property yet, but if their business is as good as they have been to me already, I'd give more than 5 stars

What an easy move! We are so thankful to Bill & Kevin for all their help yesterday! They made the move an absolute breeze and packed our probably too small truck like absolute pros - I tell ya, they must be some pretty good Tetris players! Would highly recommend them for this alone but they were also very conscious of our belongings and the building. They were extremely careful with everything. The only one thing I would say was a less positive experience is that they opened the blanket bag in the uhaul we rented which is an extra cost that we weren’t expecting, but I suppose we should have mentioned this at the start.

Just called and they don't even accept calls that the name is private. My number shows up, but why are you so interested in my name? I was going to get a few trucks to move my stuff but I guess I'm not gonna go out my way to give them my business. I suggest you pick up all phone calls ;)
