My movers were kind and attentive to my concerns which I submitted through their website just before booking with them. Amazingly they just had to look at their notes on the moving day and knew what I wanted - my large leather sofa was hard to move out of my tiny apartment but Simple moves done it simply. Lol

Moving is a pain, and you’re essentially trusting strangers with all of your possessions. Simple Moves is worthy of that trust. All of our interactions with them, right from the speedy quote to booking, confirmation, and move day to the follow up – were efficient, friendly, helpful and clear. We had wonderful experiences with Jani from previous moves, and he’s built a company up to his high standards. Our moving crew (Judith, Jimmy, Doug, Omar – thanks so much!) were really lovely, they listened well, were careful with our things and our walls, and did a great job. Simple Moves turned the usual chaos of a move day into a smooth process. Pricing was completely reasonable, and we’re totally satisfied. Highly recommended!

From the moment I first spoke with Nathaniel at Simple Moves, my stress levels at trying to organize an apartment move in a very short period of time were relieved. Nathaniel was clear, helpful, professional, and the three movers who did the move, Judit, Landis and Cassidy, were well organized, efficient, friendly and professional. We were EXTREMELY pleased with the service provided by Landis and Jani. Everything arrived safely, and "the boys" ( since I am 74 I can get away with that) were kind enough to put together our king size Ikea bed since there was still time remaining on the contract. Awesome Company ! They moved us from North Vancouver to Prince George, B.C. They did the packing and moving for us. Very Friendly Staff. I highly recommend Simple Moves, We couldn't be Happier. The packers took their time packing our fragile items, not one thing got broken. The furniture was all wrapped in plastic wrap, and covered with blankets so nothing got scratched. Thank You Simple Moves !

Our experience was wonderful. Our movers were very polite and friendly. Their communication was outstanding. They did a very good job of keeping us informed of their arrival time for picking up our stuff, and also kept us well informed during transit and delivery. The movers were very efficient in packing our stuff up, and during load up and unloading the truck. The pricing was very reasonable and fair. They guaranteed the price, rather then most other companies where you get hit with some extra costs, i.e. cause it took the movers longer to deliver you stuff then they estimated, or demand tips (even if the service wasn't great).

I researched local moving companies and found that Simple Moves had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau as well as good customer reviews online. From the regular communication with the owner to the moving team's friendliness and care with moving my stuff, Simple Moves did not disappoint. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Here is my feedback on my move: We had a 4-day move scheduled. Everyone was on time and looking sharp. We had a team lead. Packing and Loading Unloading (thank God I had an overlap between the two homes) Packing and Loading again Unloading the last bit PLUS move out cleaning at the old place. WORTH EVERY PENNY

2nd part: My furniture arrived 100% in the same condition and the same awesome team of movers came to help me with the set-up! Anyway, I just wanted to follow-up on this review, so you know what to expect in a two part move. I'm upgrading to 5 ????! Thanks boys! 1st part: Me and my sister were madly looking for movers after finding a new rental in Langley City, because I sold my place fairly quickly but my new home is not ready yet! Such a shame that once you sell, you cannot buy! Nevertheless, we asked around and my realtor told me he heard good things about Yani's moving company and so I should call him! My sister set up the appointment and she met them while I was taking care of other things, so anyway Yani came to see my house and he promised to wrap everything no matter what. So anyway we booked them because we didn't have time to call too many people and wow! they are wonderful and kind people, I was so scared to have some horrible movers but these young people were sensitive and happy! So anyway, there were a little ding in the wall and my dresser was scraped but now they fixed both because they felt so awful. Anyway I'm waiting for my new place now, and I already set up the move with Yani because they were kind people. Hopefully my townhome is ready in a month or two and then I'll be finally settled! I had called a couple of moving companies, and went with Simple Moves because they were the most affordable in the market. 3 staff showed up (Jani, Lance and Nate) in time and with great disposition to get things done. They were very pleasant to work with and extra accommodating. From the time they quoted me over the phone (Lance) and answered all my questions 'till the very last box moved into the new place. The place we moved into has a lot of stairs, and they managed to carry even the heaviest piece of furniture in a very professional way. They were fast, clean and fun. They didn't miss a beat! Another thing I really liked, is that they protected all our items with reusable fabrics, instead of using bubble wraps or plastic bags; you gotta love others that protect the environment we live in! I am not looking forward to another move anytime soon, as it's a lot of work even when they did the hard part, but if I had to, I would call them back without hesitation! I highly recommend this business and Thank them for their fantastic job!

Recently hired to move a 2 bedroom apartment from Deep Cove to storage and then a 1 bedroom from Lonsdale to Deep Cove. The guys showed up early and were extremely friendly. Very fast and efficient. Start to finish around 4 hours. Not only were they quick but all my property arrived properly protected and undamaged. Couldn’t have been happier with the service and would definitely reccomend/ use again!

We moved from LoLo to Lynn Valley in 2021 and the five gentlemen who helped us with the pack up and moving were wonderful! They even lent us some wardrobe boxes for a week, at no charge, because our closets were not fully finished yet! I will be sure to recommend to others.

I have been moved around a lot. I have hired many different companies before I hired Jani, the owner of Simple Moves. Moving from New Westminster to Coquitlam Centre would have been pain in the ass without his help. Unlike the other company, they worked efficiently and fast!! I honestly can't belive how amazing these guys were! Judith was so incredibly organized, fast, efficient, professional and friendly. I've quite honestly never seen anything like her, I was in awe, and after 30 mins most of our stuff was on the lawn ready to put in the truck. Landis and Arman were really careful with our belongings, everything was assembled and put in the correct place at our new home and all done with exceptional customer service, the boys were very kind and polite and we felt very comfortable having them in our home.
