Among all moving companies I used in the past 16 years, Move Up Inc is by far the best ever moving company I used. Every single person in this company I contacted were respectful, kind, responsible and caring. They arrived right on time at 8:00 am as promised. The moving team (Mohammad and Hamid) were very respectful and hard working gentlemen. They did the highest ever care of my move and I couldn't believe how my moving went smooth. Mohammad and Hamid did not waste even a single minute and I had to force them to stop twice to take a break. They were non stop working and just doing the work with respect and dignity. I am extremely honor to write this review and recommend Move Up Inc to every one who wants to be relax in their move. Thank you all at Move Up Inc, specially Mohammad and Hamid to provide my family a very relaxing move.

We used Moving Up to move locally in North Vancouver. They were exceptional from creating the inventory of our house to the placing of the boxes in our new home. Mo and his team never said no to some of my crazy requests – they were very accommodating and went beyond to meet my expectations. I had to move a sensitive and specialised piece of equipment – they prepared a special plan and moved my equipment safely and securely handling with care and attention at all times. They also had to move a king size bed by hoisting it to the first floor which they did very easily to our satisfaction. All the moving staff are pleasant to talk to and happy to serve. I highly recommend Moving Up – they treat you like you are their only customer and make sure you are happy every step of the way. Truly professional and saved me all the stress and anxiety of moving house.

We hired Moving Up to pack and move a truckload of furniture and household items for my 94 year old mother. Mo and Hamid were very polite and friendly and they took great care with her treasured antiques, wrapping each item professionally to ensure no damage occurred. They arrived on time, worked quickly and delivered the truckload of items to her new apartment without a problem. Owner, Mo, followed up by text to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Movers are very friendly, professional, and responsive. Easy to talk to and understanding of our concerns and directions. Offered to help us relocate the stuff inside the house where we need them to be. (On a separate note would totally give the movers themselves 5 stars) 1 star less because: 1) Main reason: Rates are by the hour, so we packed our own stuff and got it ready so it would presumably be less costly, but we didn't know there was a 3 hour moving minimum fee. This might a) be industry knowledge, according to the CEO, but I'm sure not all new movers know about this as we are not in this industry to begin with, b) have been told to us through the phone but we didn't remember. 2) Lesser reason: Were half an hour late, but this is probably not in their control.

There were absolutely no complaints about carrying our furniture up our steep driveway, and also the hill at the side of our house. I have moved quite a lot and have never been so happy. I got to know about this company through a friend and thought I should give them a try, I wish I knew them before! They came at a very short notice (less than 24 hours) and right on time. They were very polite and helpful. The place we were moving from lies at a very steep slope and when we reached the other place we were moving to, the loading zone was occupied. The workers were extremely helpful and did not let me feel uncomfortable the least. I later learned that this company is lead by a professional manager who has been in this business for many years. They worked very fast and all my furniture and things were moved in perfect conditions. I would highly recommend this company.
