He picked up a parcel from us to deliver elsewhere. Davis, the owner was very very rude and unprofessional. Treating me, and our fellow employees like were slow and stupid because we, employees couldn't fulfill his request because we did not have the power to charge the parcel to where he was requesting it to be charged to. I'm not going to be so nice next time. Work on your "great customer service" skills.
