Bob was there himself on the day of the move and prior to the moving date was always available to answer questions etc. On our move date the crew was great - friendly and professional and stayed on time with the move too! Even when the rain started coming down the crew stayed positive and focused! We would not hesitate to use Bob the Mover again in the future and have already booked them again for our parents and an upcoming move.

Great service! The guys were fast... everything was done in under 2 hours, which included moving all our large item furniture from our old second story walk-up apartment, driving to our new house, and placing the furniture in the rooms I indicated. I appreciated their care in protecting our carpets and brought covers to keep them clean. They were very careful to not scuff up the walls or ding the furniture and overall great to work with. I obtained a number of different quotes for my move from various companies in the St. Catharines region. Bob was very responsive and professional. After looking at the contents of our house, he gave me the best quote and was one of the only companies to give me a flat rate, and he seemed trustworthy. He called the day before the move to confirm the timing and on move day, him and his team were on time and delivered amazing service. They were all friendly, professional, and incredibly careful with our belongings. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I'm hoping to never move again but if I ever did, I'd definitely hire Bob the mover again. Highly recommend!

Bob and his crew of 3 promptly appeared at 8:00 to move our furniture from a pod and garage into our bungalow that was still in the process of being renovated. Within two hours they had everything moved into place, much to our surprise. They worked quickly and efficiently and were pleasant to deal with. It had previously taken 9 hours to move everything into the pod and garage from our previous residence just a few minutes away.
