Had a giant quartz island delivered from Niagra falls to Toronto. Four guys. Trouble shot some stubborn patio doors and removed a gate to make it happen. They were sweating and working hard and didn’t complain once. Very professional and super nice guys. Took great care of me so if you are thinking of using this company you should :)

They kept me informed as they had technical issues that they had no control over,but were prompt and showed up as soon as they could. They moved my piano in a timely fashion and they were extremely polite and friendly. Their price was amazing!!!! After being quoted 700 to move a piano, they quoted me 300, very reasonable. I am grateful for their help and how they did things. A real nice company to have move my piano. Thanks boys!!!!!!!

Ben did a great job for me. I needed a large item moved from one city to another. (Distance about 2 hours apart.) I called him, never met in person, made arrangements over the phone and he arrived to pick up on time and delivered on time. There was no breakage and he placed the item in my home with no issues. Very nice team to work with and all at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them in a flash.

We used the service to load up our truck for a move from Niagara Falls to Saint John New Brunswick. The guys showed up relatively on time and with a good attitude to get the job done. Things started to go awry when they went for their first smoke break and continue to smoke pot. We only notice their haphazard loading when we got to the other side at and saw multiple items damage from poor packing onto the truck. Items like our table insert were left face down on the floor of the truck, our paintings were stacked with sharp Corners in the middle of the stack. Needless to say our pictures were damaged with holes in the middle of them,. Our wooden dresser had other items pushed up against it and stacked against it so during transport it obviously rubbed in damage wooden dresser. Almost every single wood item we had was damaged. When we contacted the owner, we were told that the guys denied smoking weed and that we had only paid to pack the truck so there was no onus on them. I think this is malarkey because they need to pack the truck to be suitable for transport not just pack the truck and abolish all responsibilities at that point. Ownership seem to think that I lodged a complaint as some sort of personal Vendetta against the workers where that I wanted to get them fired, which is not true. I found the guys to be very nice and I'm glad they didn't lose their job. I just wish that ownership would take more responsibility for the damages. We chose this company because they came very highly rated and the service we received definitely did not reflect that.

I called Ben to arrange a last minute move from Thorold to a bachelor apartment in St. Catherines. He was able to accommodate our request to move late on a Sunday afternoon despite the notice of only two days. Ben and Sam tried to move a couch from the old house to the new basement apartment and when it would not fit down the stairs they took it back to the old house with no complaints whatsoever. They also disassembled an Ikea bed frame with drawers and took the tv off the wall very quickly. Once the bed was moved to the new apartment Ben put it back together again. Ben and Sam were very efficient and professional and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience! I was able to get a last minute moving day on a Saturday which was awesome. I was called by the company 20 min before they arrived for a heads up; they were respectful and quick. They took apart my Wayfair bed and put it back together for me perfectly. No damage anywhere! It ended up only taking a couple hours because of my preparation but it was still a lot less expensive than I thought it would be; excellent value.

Ben and the guy that came along with him were very late upon arrival. Unassembled and moved few items for a premium charge. Once they moved the items they didn't want to reassemble the items which would only take 5 minutes to do as they had the tools. Instead they left us stranded at the apartment without any tools. First he said they were running late and then he was trying to haggle more money for assembly. I said I would even pay more but he wanted double the amount I was able to offer. He shouldn't have been taking any extra as it was agreed upon prior to moving the furniture. Very unethical and unprofessional. He left the items exposed on top of his vehicle and they even got dirty. They should have covered the furniture and there was no care taken in the moving of it! They just wanted to take the money and go, very poor customer service. Would not recommend this service! There are tons of other movers out there that would be well worth your hard earned money!
