Called busyboys moving for my one bedroom move, the distance between the move was 20KM. Overall the move was great until, after the move around 9:45PM at night the movers called me requesting more money for payment, after our transaction was already completed 5 hours ago. The mover Guri request $100 more mentioning that we were short $100 as the move took 1 hour more than expected. This is absolutely rude, you cant call a customer 9:45 PM at night for more payment. HE also requested that we handle the bill in the middle of the move not the end, due to company policy. The movers were also 1 hour and 15 mins late and there excuse was because he was a student he couldn't arrive on time. I dont recommend this moving service, they were quite shady on the numbers. The primary mover Guri had trouble calculating the total which he should have ready for me as the customer.
