Very poor dispatch , they do not pick up call in emergency ,, this company harass drivers on based of LMIA, once you are hired they will force you to do illegal things related trucking and if you refuse to do they will do whatever they can do showing you power and you will feel that you are standing in middle of nowhere, dont fall in their trap its my advice

It’s fair deal place, you receive what you signed for. They got the driver - you get the PR. + Drivers receive truck attached only to them, not like in some companies - a “surprise” truck every trip. + You drive safe - they treat you well. New trucks, International’s and Cascadia’s. + Good “Home time” duration between trips, not a 36 hours reset and roll again. + Nice “home yard” - with own maintenance/repair shop, showers and laundry for drivers. - Sometimes lack of communication with drivers from dispatch... But we all just a humans after all! :)

Very bad company, not professional people . Don’t pay layover. They spoiled my future. One day I waited 4 days in truck but they didn’t pay me nothing 0 dollars, they cut miles also . This time Compnay banned they cannot apply any PNP . So don’t spoil your future with this company.

This has to be the worst company for communication. The dispatch never picks up the phone no one answers the quellcom. We got an extremely dirty smelly truck took us over 8 hours to clean it and then they had the nerve to ask why we as a team are not going out till the following day. We had a truck that had been in a serious accident and didn't sit properly or run properly. I DO NOT advise anyone to work here. It's the worst.

No doubt equipments are new and well maintained but drivers are not getting enough miles which they really deserve. Mostly need to wait on road for next load. Whenever go to mechanic window staff members speak rudely to drivers excepts few staff members. At last, Drivers deserve good miles and respect from company.

Good place to work. They treat you with respect. Equipment is new and well maintained at their own shop at the office yard . Several drop yards in Canada and a few in the US also. They offer steady year round work. You are assigned a truck, no slip seating.

I have been a driver for the last 8 years at McConnell"s Transport. The experience has been a very positive one. Being a first time driver at the age of 52 they were willing to give me an opportunity which others were very hesitant to do. Since then I have found them to be fair and professional in all dealings. I'd, recommend this company to any Class 1A driver willing to work. Expect, full workshifts day after, day. With, some nighttime driving required on certain days... ( It's just the nature of the work.) Equipment is NEW. The, trucks have automatic transmissions. There's a Full Service Shop at, the home terminal. All, maintenance is regulary done by; the shop. If, a breakdown occurs on the road. You, simply send a message through your in cab satellite communication screen; could make a phone call for quicker response... The, dispatcher or, shop manager will immediately respond to your situation. The service needed will get addressed asap. ( The problem will get fixed.) The, traffic managers do their best to make everything work for you. Including, when you want to be off for your home time. I've never been mistreated in any way. ( Possibly, why I'm still working for this fleet.) Staff is professional. Your part of a team who cares here. Being, qualified to drive into, the USA. I, drive close to 55% of my miles in the US & the other 45% of miles in Canada. I've, been employed with this company for 9 years. Contact recruiting if your a good driver... I, bet there hiring.

Zero management . Miscommunication b/w staff . Never on there words . Nothing planned . Don’t have drivers inviting drivers from Ontario to NB for work and told everthing is paid but did not pay a single penny so if anybody want to work there work as a volunteer.

They have new and well-maintained equipment. You will get lots of miles with the respect you deserve by working here. Most of times its hook and drop. Several dedicated lanes to choose from. No forced dispatch Friendly and supporting atmosphere. Safety is taken very seriously here. They always do what they promised upon hiring.
