Armour Transport is my new LTL provider after using another local carrier for our watersports shippments we found Armour to be lower cost and they, so far, have been far more gentle with our shippments. I recommend these guys for large LTL shippments cross country.

Communication is poor. They attempted to remove a defective range 5 times without notifying me although I had told Armour several times that they could not remove the defective range until the replacement arrived for Armour to deliver. When the range finally arrived, I was informed after checking not once but twice that the removal of the defective range & delivery of new range would occur on a Saturday. To that end I rearranged my work schedule to be home for the delivery only to discover that there was no truck for the Saturday delivery. When they finally delivered on a later date, although I wore a mask during the Covid pandemic, neither delivery men wore masks to enter my home. Although polite, the service is poor. I would highly not recommend.
