I sold my home in Fredericton and the home I purchased in Moncton was not closing for 3 weeks so I arranged a storage unit size 10'x21' to house my stuff until I could get into the new home. On loading day we realized that we had A LOT more stuff than we thought. Instead of one truck heading to Moncton full of my belongings, we filled two trucks. I knew this would be too much to fit into my 10'x21' storage unit so I called Lexi at the Moncton store. Lexi told me not to worry, she had a 10'x30' unit available, she asked me to inform the movers that the code to the gate has changed due to the unit number changing, and she said if this new unit is not large enough then to instruct the movers to put the rest of the contents into the vacant unit beside it. She said we would figure it out the next day. Lexi also gave us her cell number as her daughter had an event near Apple Self Storage that evening. She said to have the movers call her if they ran into trouble and she would come right over to assist them. The next day Lexi called me to say there would not be any additional charges for the larger unit. I have to say that I have not had such exceptional customer service from any company in a very, very long time. Lexi made a stressful situation much easier and I was s grateful for her professionalism, her thoughtfulness, and her sincerity in assisting me. Thank you Lexi!

Convenient location and amazing staff. We're temporarily renting and downsizing after selling our house and waiting for the new one to finish being built - already not an ideal situation but Apple Storage really helped in making the transition easier. Booked a unit online only to show up and realize it was too small. Of course all my own fault there. Headed over to the office expecting to have to get a second unit as well but nope, office staff was super helpful and found me a larger unit in the same building that met our needs. Says a lot about a place when the genuinely help you find a cost effective solution instead of just milking you for extra money - so A+ there for sure. The facility and units themselves are super clean and well looked after. No signs of rodents or bug infestations. Lot's of cameras to help reassure you that your stuff is secure. Push carts and pump trucks available at the loading/unloading bays to help make moving stuff back and forth so much easier. Bays are also large enough for vehicles to back right in and close the door which is great for cold winter days. Some bays are also large enough for an entire U-Haul truck. Overall this place is worth every penny and I would completely put my name.out there to recommend them.

Decent storage that's temp controlled but their codes for the gate and the alarm on your locker are easy to figure out anyone else's once you see how they do the codes . Uhaul storage is much better temp and humidity controlled and the security codes are actually much more secure and they have a better layout, more then 1 cart an aria, security cams everywhere plus maps to help you navigate for only about $15 to $25 more for the same size lockers.

The space is clean, rates reasonable, and staff friendly enough however they refuse to refund money when owed. I moved out of my unit halfway through the month, have adequate notice, and was assured that the remaining half would be refunded to me. I received nothing. Contacted their head office and was told that yes indeed a cheque was mailed and yet nothing has come to me. This is not the first time that they've ripped me off. It's been 2 months since I vacated the unit and a 5 weeks since head office claims they mailed the cheque out. Crooks and scam artists.

Dealing with the office has been super smooth, the buildings are maintained and secure, the lockers are nice and clean and staff are always friendly and helpful. Bonus-tractor trailer moving trucks can pull right in so you don’t need to shuttle from one spot to another! Definitely a 5+ stars!

I should've known from the point of sale that I would have had issues. I walked in and the manager was pleasant enough. The woman who usually works Saturdays was off for an event so I thought I was in good hands with the boss taking care of my account. They tried to pitch an extremely overpriced padlock for my unit to which I had refused. She then charged it anyway. I thought it was basic admin fees associated with the first time payment. After looking at my bill and notified them, the manager was unsure of how to initiate the refund and tried to get me to keep the lock. As I literally had one in my hand, I refused. I had to come back for the refund. I asked how I'd be able to pay since I would be a couple of hours away and wouldn't be in Moncton once a month. She said she didn't have the payment information as the woman was off and would send that to me via email. A month came and no notification. I asked for them to send me an email with the payment information for TWO WEEKS. We confirmed the email half a dozen times they were sending it to, yes, everything checks out. I make my payment and refuse to pay the late fees as they were an admin error and not my fault. The continue to barrage me for 5 months AS I MAKE ALL OF MY PAYMENTS EQUALLY AND PRIOR TO MY DUE DATE EVERY MONTH. The issue I've been having has stemmed from the very point of sale purchase and with my payment history it paints a very clear picture. They've claimed they've added deductions to my account and want me to pay an extra $100 in late fees. I've explained to these people many times that the issue stems from the first initial month that was their error. I eventually find out its because my email on file was entered in wrong, even AFTER I confirmed my email half a dozen times. They then threatened to send my bill to collections BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR. I refuse to pay for late fees that shouldn't be on the account in the first place with money I've worked hard for that they're trying trying stiff arm me into paying. I'm extremely fed up with this and will pay more monthly out of principle to store my items at another location unless this gets resolved. I would never recommend this service to anyone after the experience I've had. The only competent person I've spoken to there that actually understands what happened is Jessica so if you end up deciding to use their service out of pure necessity, just deal with her.

We have lockers in a few sites with Apple Self Storage, I have been after the Moncton office to fix the door to our locker at this location for over a month now, service on this issue has not been up to the standards that we have been used to with other Apple Self Storage locations, hoping issue gets resolved soon

One telephone call to the facility and all was arranged - even the provision of a lock - since I could not be there when the stuff arrived for storage. Excellent service, fast, friendly, efficient.
