Would be really great if your drivers that park on Whitney Rd off Bowen Rd would stop blocking the sidewalk. We have a lot of elderly and young people putting themselves in danger by having to go out onto the road. That blind hill is already very dangerous. Have some consideration for your neighbors!

I can’t even begin to tell you how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Brandon and his company is! Firstly, he is a very honest person, and gives very fair pricing that will be cheaper than anyone else. He saved us thousands of dollars moving our house contents! He was extremely accommodating with every aspect. He was flexible on dates, completes last minute requests, offered to get rid of any of our unnecessary items, offered to help us pack, offered storage, never once asking for additional money. He does NOT charge by weight, which means there is no scamming the customer into having to pay more at drop off, citing more weight than estimated, like most other companies do - I know, it happened to us before with a different moving company. Once here, he dropped our belongings off at two different locations for us. Best of all, NOTHING was damaged!! We had extremely important heirlooms and expensive collectibles, and Brandon handled everything so carefully and with utmost respect. He is a SUPER friendly and respectful guy. By far the BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!! I recommend him to everyone I know! You will not be dissappointed!

These guys are an incredible moving company. From the get-go they saved us fairly last minute when another company bailed on us. The owner Brandon was super empathetic, kind and helpful even offering to send boxes and whatnot to lessen our stress. He even offered again the night before the move to see if we needed any last minute boxes or anything else which is considerate and really appreciated. :) Their rates are good too. Then on moving day we had Dylan and Mike as our movers. They were on time arriving and careful of our carpets and belongings. Not only was this move done very quickly in comparison to other moves we have had, but there was zero damage to anything done at either house. They are great at their job and very friendly, even double-checking to make sure we were all on the same page about positioning of furniture once moved over to the new house I think my fave part was how Dylan showed up at the new house holding my 5 year old's big teddy bear out for him when he knocked at our new front door...totally made his day and those little extras from the crew did not go unnoticed. :) I will definitely be using this company for future moves and highly recommend them.

Had them move my mother, full service move. Packing included. Nanaimo to Edmonton, they did the trip with in three day's and where$1700 cheaper than 2 Burley men! The owner Brandon was a great . Over all a very great deal woring with 1st call moving Nanaimo, best of luck going forward guys ! Cheers. Helped moving mom back home at a responsible cost

Was moving from Vancouver to nanaimo. Decided to try support local small business. I Payed the deposit before hand to secure the day and so he could pre book the ferry(which i was told he would do). We got up at 6am. Was told the movers would be on the first ferry. So arriving at my apartment for 8.45. Called to confirm there was no answer. Recieved a message saying they weren't on it and that they will get the 10.45 or 1pm ferry. So eventually shows up 5 hours after agreed time. Doesn't Apologize. I did alot of the moving just to get things sped up as We had a walk out inspection on our old apartment and a walkthrough on our new one and we had a shaw tech coming in nanaimo to hook us up. He got a additional worker over in nanaimo to help which was nice but again I did alot of the work because it was so late. Other 2 movers were nice. Tried to charge me the full amount even after I brought up these issues with him. Gave me 100 off in the end. Not much difference. Moving is a very stressful time and movers are meant to relieve some of the stress not add to it. Most of the other reviews are from friends and family. Will go with professionals in the future.

These guys are awesome movers. I honestly didn’t think they could get all our things into our sea can but their Tetris skills are strong. On top of that, they were friendly and handled all belongings with extra care. We’ll be calling them again for sure. Thanks guys!

These guys are extremely amazing! They went above and beyond. I purchased some couches from a seller on Facebook, not only did they went and picked them up but they sent me images and feedback of the condition of the furniture in real time to make me feel better and happier as I couldn’t be there to view the item beforehand. Unfortunately, we did have a hick up when they arrived at my home to deliver them and I was stuck at work and my landlord who I instructed to let them in did not show up. However, it was no fault to theirs. They stayed for an extra 45 minutes and did not even charge me for it even after offering to pay. Now that’s called customer satisfaction to the highest degree. Thank you guys, and thank you Brandon. I will be in touch and I promise to be a returning customer!
