I really dont think they cooked the food. The pizza crust was so oily and uncooked. It can't be legal to wreck pizza that bad. My night was totally destroyed and stomach rebelled. They don't deserve a star, the pizza wasn't cooked ! They don't deserve a star !

Haven't gone back in a couple years since the pizza was undercooked (got food poisoning on my birthday), district manager offered us coupons and requested we use them and contact him to ensure quality had improved, never heard from him again. Told us the one oven was not working for a while and that is why our food was undercooked. They KNEW the oven did not work and still used it! Still waiting to hear back....

Good buffet, service changes with every experience from good to bad, how busy it is doesn't seem to have an effect on this experience. For example, we've been there as one of two groups and found it impossible to get a refill, and we've been there in a day we had to wait for a table and had better service... Hit and miss.

A lot of salty dogs are reviewing here. I recommend that if you don't like Pizza Hut and prefer another pizza place, don't eat at the place you don't like. Also, if you are ordering at or around supper time, expect at minimum 30 minutes wait time. I ordered on Christmas Eve and the Pizzas arrived in half an hour, piping hot. I was expecting it to come in another half hour so I set my oven on 'Keep Warm' and when it was time to eat the cheese was still gooey. Ooooh yeah!

This is the only place that we have ever been that charges for a one year old to eat at the buffet. She didnt even eat a whole piece of their tiny pizzas...Wont ever be back.. highly disappointed.

Has a great lunch buffet. Wish the service was a bit more friendly. And I've noticed they seem to let their families hang out while working and their kids run around like little crazy people and scream. So I don't love that. But good fast lunch.

I've ordered from here twice before without any issues since I've been here. I'm in Moose Jaw for work and the 3rd time i ordered i got informed since i'm literally JUST ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF TOWN in a motel i'm getting charged an extra $3++ WHAT A GOD DAMN JOKE THIS PLACE IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The food is good and the driver is a great guy but never again am i ordering from here and paying extra on top of extra for delivery!!

Got a stuffed crust pizza two years ago it was very good, got a stuffed crust pizza today and they barely even stuffed the crust with cheese and the pizza was cold... it is ashamed that pizza hut is the only stuffed crust in moose jaw I think I'll make my own next time....

Terrible service. I tried ordering online with the coupon but the site would not work with any of our 5 cards. I called and tried to get it to order but they refused to take my order. I will continue to never order through them. I would recommend to everyone and my co workers to stay away. We ultimately went somewhere else after I was told that I could not afford it. Get real...

Pizza was undercooked and gooey, when I called they said to order it well done next time. Disappointed. Tried again 10 months later, ordered triple treat box, couldnt get wings I ordered nor dessert. Called the 1800 line and was directed to the restaraunt line where the manager argued I got a dessert worth more than I ordered when all I wanted was what I ordered. If I knew it wasnt available I never would have ordered but they told me it was already ready when I called, then the manager called me to tell me she had to switch. If I knew I couldnt get what I had ordered I would have gone to a restaraunt that could fill my order. Why would the manager argue with me then hang up on me?

Everything is so expensive it's not even worth buying from there it's just like a regular Domino's pizza you order the stuff crust and it's not even stuffed they only put a little bit of cheese in it ever ordered from this place again I paid $85 for this whole order really ridiculous

The pizza is good but the customer service is terrible. Ordered two pizzas for pick up, only half of my order was correct. They wanted me to go back pick up the new pizza, not a whole new order, and give the old one back leaving half my order cold. Will not be reordering.

Hello guys, I strongly recommend not to go there, every time I go there it makes my day worst. Magzino Rodylto is the guy who serves me every time I go there. The buffet is really affordable and is truly enough choices for the price you pay. There's chicken too. Food is always freshly cooked. They won't refill all the time when it is not that busy so rest assured you will have your food right from the oven. Servers are amazingly friendly. They will give you the service you deserve.

Called in an order for delivery. After 10 minutes of repeating myself I was given the wrong bill total. Once the term “replace mushrooms with olives “ was repeated for the fourth time, the online price matched the phone-in price. Knowing the order was destined for mistake, we discovered that veggie pizzas doesn’t include tomatoes as advertised. As an added bonus, the “stuffed crust “ wasn’t since it leaked out onto the tomato-less disappointment. Overall, the pizza was flat, scarce on veggies and an excellent argument to go for Delissio. A $40 mistake.

Last time I ordered pizza Hut it was un godly terrible the sauce tasted like licking a 9 volt battery, the crust was raw in the Centre and the measly portion of pepperoni I got was pathetic and dry to the point I questioned myself as to when the last time they bothered to actually check their make tabe. As a former pizza industry worker it was the single most pathetic attempt at making a pizza I have ever attempted to eat in my opinion order rodos. Currently under renovations but a polished turd is still a turd
