My amoire was seriously damaged by 3 loaders who then lied about how the damage occurred. I was promised $500.00 by the district manager as compensation but never received anything WARNING If you choose Jays, make sure that you are insured to the hilt because you can be assured that you will need it. I have used them twice & had losses both times. NEVER AGAIN

Levi & Ethan were very professional. They were delivering appliances for us - checked out where everything was to go, put out runner, unpacked items, moved items into home, would have set them up but our other renos weren't done yet. They inspected for damage and pointed out one piece that had damage, but appears to be a defect in the item from the factory. We have to contact the seller about it and go through them. NO FAULT of Jay's moving. They also hauled away our old appliances. That was a service provided by the seller through Jay's. We also had Jay's moving when moving from Alberta to Saskatchewan. Very pleased with the service we received then.
