I got stuck like a professional, in deep and no traction at a cross angle. I had concerns with how to get it out without causing any damage as the vehicle was only a week old. The driver from Dakota Towing knew the vehicle type and how to extract it without damage. He explained the process and did a great job and was quick to respond. I will use again if I have a need. Was Stranded on the side of the Highway In the middle of the Night last Night and No other company would pickup and the ones that did had no drivers or No trucks working. The guys at Dakota dispute having a down flatbed still answered and Came out and Dollied my Lowered Import Home. And no surprise prices just exactly what they had quoted. Thanks again guys !!!????

So far they are costing me a headache and extra money and stress, not getting my vehicle to SGI to get inspected from an accident, leaving me with out a vehicle so I have to try a different get other transportation. Vehicle was not at appointment so Was rescheduled 10 more days later. if they were unable to get my vehicle there they should have got another tow truck company to take it there we got a hold of SGI earlier and I could have arranged a trailer or something this is 100% unsatisfactory unacceptable this is screwing with people's lives when they don't do their job no exceptions they could have got another tow truck company to take it there for me let's see if it shows up at the next appointment are better because this is screwing me really bad.but on the plus side I suppose they get to charge SGI extra impound fees for storage fees and get to make money off it I'm guessing even though it cost me an extra headache and extra financialy on an already stressful event!.
