I am really pleased with my decision to go with Access Storage. I did phone other storage businesses to cost compare. The entire experience was easy. I enjoyed the professionalism and care that the staff provided me. I wasn't rushed at all. Holly Kirk took the time to meet all my storage needs and gave me options for my future storage needs. I highly recommend ACCESS STORAGE.

Had a great experience only needed them for a month due to moving. Got in on their deal, great customer service the girl I got was really awesome. Walked me through everything including how to work the system to get into your unit. Highly highly recommend. I'd pay full price to be with these guys again ❤️

Great Storage so far. Only been with them for a month. But they are friendly and accommodating. The only thing that is unfortunate is their storages go very quickly and you cannot hold them in advance without paying for the entire storage locker to guarantee. — We needed a larger locker for December, but we wanted to hold 1-2months in advance to make sure we have a big enough storage for our furniture. December rolls around and I went to order and all they had was a 5X5. Also, the storages are not as clean as I hoped for. I had to bring our broom, mop, and cleaning wipes for the floors and walls to make sure our stuff didn’t get ruined. Especially during COVID, definitely Access Storage could put more effort and time in cleaning the lockers. However, they are definitely one of cleaner storage lockers that I have seen which is good.

If I could give you a zero rating I would. Not very impressed with this company. My dad and I have a unit at the moose jaw location and 4 days ago they found out that one of their customers units had been robbed. Not once since the incident did they try to contact me or my dad. I had to see an article posted on a Facebook page. So I immediately went to check the unit and low and behold I can't get into the gate as they changed the code. Again no communication. Had to call and then get some guy in Toronto who does not have a clue what is going on. So not impressed with your lack of respect you have for your customers and their belongings. May just have to find another storage place with better security and management that have RESPECT for their customers and their precious belongings!

I rented a unit for a short time in Moose Jaw, SK. I was very pleased with the service I received - from the first phone call to inquire about rates and availability right to the end of using this service. I really appreciated the reminder emails and the ease of interaction with the office staff. I also very much appreciated that the unit was clean, the units were located in a secure, fenced area with access anytime, day or night, and needed moving supplies were available in the office for purchase. A very good experience.
