I have been purchasing furniture and other staff from Bricks Yellowknife store, since 2016. I just want appreciate the wonderful customer service they have. Specially, Nithin REDDY is so amazing staff. Really, polite, respectful, takes his time to help you with regard item types, prices..ect. keep it on!!!And hopefully the company considers his excellent customer service.

Great service. Professional. Fast delivery. Single mom with no help so the workers took the time to bring my couch set (bought 2 yrs back) upstairs in my tiny apartment (even had to take my doors off) So that shows how dedicated they are..5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worst place to shop. Have bought 2 items in 2 different orders from them and every time it is a night mare, First item is a simple box spring, they had to have it shipped from Edmonton got to their store on dec 22, I live 2km away and they only can deliver on the 6th of January, on the 6th I call to make sure everything is going to plan, the secretary answers that they are not going to deliver today because they are busy with other stuff. No one called me to informe me of this and I took a day off work just to be home for the delivery, wich is 100$ by the way for 2kms worth of gaz. If you have to pay twice the price in another store for an item I say its still worth it not to have to deal with this incompetence and lack of professionalism. I understand nothing is perfect but every phone call and everytime in store has been a night mare. Still do not have both my orders, first order was done back in october. If you do buy from here I hope you are in no rush and an angel patience. I have never seen this in any other store EVER

This store is just simply a frustration. A catalog would be more useful. everything is order in only and when I asked when it would come in they gave me a date 2 months away and then said, "but even then it could be delayed by a further 2 months". OH but we require full payment upfront, for that item we have no idea when it will show up. no thanks! i'll take my money else where and support local company's that dont give the "fly by night business" impression. Also pay attention to prices in the store, i've often seen "mistakes" that had hundreds of more dollars on them, check the price tags and the website and the flyer, they'll try to get every extra dollar out of you.

Received great customer service from these folks. I just loved my Black Stainless steel appliances! Btw, they're amazing too! Delivery guys were helpful and they did a good job fitting my fridge through the entrance door. Overall experience is awesome.

In October 2019 I bought a couch from the brick, within 3 months it developed a hole, I called the Brick who said they would send a service man out. They never did, I kept at it and after three months of battling I got a replacement. Fast forward 15 months the couch wore out again for the second time in the exact same place. They said they would send a service man, that was almost two months ago. Then every time I call about it he is traveling and off for personal reasons. I have been trying to work with the store and head office to get a refund, I offered an 80% refund to cover the cost of the entire couch including everything. Even would settle for a store refund. It has fallen on deaf ears and cannot even get a phone call to someone. I keep hearing we are sorry for your issues, but nobody is doing anything. Clearly Buyer Beware Here.

Kudos to the delivery guys at The Brick.. they went above.. honestly.. they drove that awful highway for 2 hours.. and ended up in Behchoko searching for my house for another hour after realizing it was in Edzo.. and stayed until all furniture was put together and in the house.. they didn’t leave until 6:30 ???? then had to drive that crazy highway back again.. wish I had cash to tip them.. but we will when we go in.. great patience and knowledge????????

Their sales staff there do not know their product line. Bought a dishwasher the other month. I asked specifically, twice, if it came with a front panel. I was assured it did. Received it and discovered it did not. I would have bought another model if they had given me the correct specifications. Now I am on the hunt for a panel to complete the install. This has created aggravation, disappointment, delay and added cost. I would suggest any northern buyer skip the Yellowknife franchise and buy out of Edmonton where staff might be more likely to be knowledgeable.
