Alero's quote was $1000 off, and then Westmount Moving demanded another $700 after the contract was agreed upon. NEVER GIVE A CREDIT CARD TO A MOVING COMPANY AS SOME WILL HOLD YOUR STUFF RANSOM.

I had a government paid relocation (military). So this was a FREE service provided to me by work. They were so bad I would have rather paid my own money to ship my stuff myself in hindsight. That's right I would rather pay to ship it myself than have Alero move it for free. It was that bad. Jason (one of the managers) was rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. I rarely leave one star reviews. I always try to be fair and give 2-3 stars reviews if I felt it was bad service. Please don't mistake me for someone who over exaggerates. Terrible Terrible service.

Fantastic Customer service, the team moved me from the 3rd level apartment to another 3rd level apartment with no elevator ! They did it quick with out damage and they had very good use of their time. I would highly recommend. I had also purchased product online, and the same company delivered, unpacked and assembled my stuff, they were very informative.

They work with Susan from Clarity over Clutter to scam customers. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Charged me 500 dollars for 3 hours for 2 men?!!! 16 minutes distance from pick up to drop off.

I don't believe I have ever come across a company that had worse customer service. Shockingly rude in dealing with an issue where they damaged property at the building they were delivering to. After only one phone call and two emails trying to follow up and get an answer was accused of "flooding" their email and voicemail and they wanted to know where they could deliver the replacement item "so I never have to hear from you again". I would never recommend or use this company. Disgraceful.

I was sceptical about choosing a moving company to do our move into the far North, but Alero Moving & Storage made it so worth our while and executed a moving process from packing to shipping and unloading that I never thought could be done so smoothly. It only took a few days for them to quote, pack, move, and unpack. My family and I are very grateful for the professional service we received and will use them again when we need to. Quote was $400 off. They came to move us, started loading the truck and then said the highway was closed (it wasn't) and they couldn't finish our out of town move. They loaded up all our stuff and took it back to the office, which we got charged for. They showed up the next day to finish the move, and while the 2 dudes that moved us were absolutely amazing, Rick's quote was $400 off. He had put down several other companies, saying they quoted one thing and then raised the price, yet he did exactly that. DO NOT TRUST HIS QUOTE. And don't expect him to answer you once he's got your cash, either. I tried 4 times to call him and never reached him. Shady AF. Don't waste your money.

I didn't hire them as a service and I hope I do not see these people again. The number listed to the business also was out of service so there was no one else to try and reason with. They parked their moving van to block the whole alley, refused to move so I could get though. They were in violation of Winnipeg parking bylaw 86 section h which states that you cannot be parked in such a way as to cause an obstruction. All they would have had to do is adjust their moving van a bit so I could get by, I needed about 4 more feet so I could squeak by. I guess asking these people to be considerate is too much.

Hmmm, Bosh slide in range here is $2,499 and the exact same on at Rona is $1,999? They call this a discount store, check prices else where before you buy here, not all are good deals it seems.

They run discount furniture winnipeg, they always seem to have great new products in at bargain bin prices and it's always a rotating stock so you never know what might be there

Licence #PCV 343 Made a delivery in St. Vital on Saturday, June 24, 2017. Apparently they can not read, disregard laws and bylaws by parking their trucks in front of a no stopping sign in a space provided for emergency vehicles only. When I approached the driver, he rudely brushed off my comments . He stated he did not care as he did not pay for the ticket that would have been given out if I chose to call the police. This shows good (negative) public relations that employees of Alero company project.
